  1. Hinge fitting, in particular an angle support (1), for a door, window or the like, including a fixed portion (6) and a movable portion (7) ;
    the fixed portion (6) including means for fastening (9) in the fillister (10) of the sash-frame (3) of the door or the like, as well as hinging means (21) in the form of a bushing or a spindle (22), capable of co-operating with complementary hinging means (23) in the form of a spindle or a bushing (24), respectively, integral with the movable portion (7) inserted against the fillister of the leaf (2) of this door or the like ;
    said complementary hinging means (23) being integrated into a capping strip (4) said leaf (2) includes, this strip (4) being, furthermore, designed capable, on the one hand, of being inserted against the sash-frame (3) of the door or the like and, on the other hand, of accommodating the hinging means (21) of the fixed portion (6) ;
    the bushing (24) defining the hinging means or, as the case may be, the complementary hinging means (23) includes a bore (30) provided with a bottom (31) on which the free end (32) of the spindle (22), preferably in the form of a ball joint, is capable of resting, this bottom (31) being defined by a part independent from the bushing (24) and the position of which in the bore (30) is adjustable under the action of a set screw (33) rotationally mounted in the bushing (24), characterised in that:
    at the level of this bushing (24), the bore (30) communicates with a recess (34) extending parallel to its axis and in which said set screw (33) is rotationally mounted, parallel to the axis of this bore (30), so as to be accessible from the end (241) of the bushing (24) oriented towards the horizontal median plane of the door, window or the like;
    the part defining the bottom (31) laterally extends in said recess (34) by means of a nut-like portion (35) through which passes said set screw (33).
  2. Hinge fitting, in particular an angle support (1), according to claim 1, characterised in that the part defining the bottom (31) in the bore (30) of the bushing (24) forms a ball joint cage at the level of which the free end (32) of the spindle (22) in the form of a ball joint rests, authorising, on the one hand, the rotation of the leaf (2) with respect to the sash-frame (3) about a vertical axis of pivoting (25) and, on the other hand, a tilting of this leaf (2) with respect to said sash-frame (3) about a horizontal axis substantially embodied by the lower rail of said leaf (2).
  3. Hinge fitting, in particular an angle support (1), according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the part defining the bottom (31) is made of a material with a low friction coefficient, namely of synthetic material, this part being, in addition, defined symmetric with respect to a median plane (36) perpendicular to the axis of the bore (30) in the bushing (24).
  4. Hinge fitting, in particular an angle support (1), according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the means for fastening (9) the fixed portion (6) in the fillister of the sash-frame (3) are formed, on the one hand, by a supporting plate (11) defined capable of being inserted against the fillister of the lower rail (12) of said sash-frame (3) and, on the other hand, by a fastening plate (16) designed for being mounted on the supporting plate (11) in a way adjustable at least in translation in a direction parallel to the plane (17) of the door, window or the like.
  5. Hinge fitting, in particular an angle support (1), according to claim 4, characterised in that on said supporting plate (11) is mounted an eccentric (18) capable of co-operating with a properly shaped opening (19) provided for at the level of the fastening plate (16), so that from the rotation of this eccentric (18) and under the action of guiding means (20) results a linear displacement of the fastening plate (16) on said supporting plate (11).
  6. Hinge fitting according to any of claims 1 to 5, including, in combination, a bearing support (1A) ensuring the connection, in the upper portion, of a leaf (2) to a sash-frame (3) corresponding to a pivoting door or window, said bearing support (1A) including a fixed portion (6A) and a movable portion (7A), the fixed portion (6A) including first means for fastening (9A) in the fillister (10) of the sash-frame (3), the movable portion (7A) being inserted against the fillister of the leaf (2) through second fastening means (28A), characterised in that said first fastening means (9A) are formed by a supporting plate (11A) on which is mounted, through connecting means (38) of a retractile nature, a supporting plate (16A) made integral of the movable portion (7A) through a hinging pivot (42) integrated into the capping strip (4) of the leaf (2), so as to be positioned at the level of the axis of pivoting (25) of the latter, said fastening plate (16A) being axially movable on said hinging pivot (42) along a travel distance (43) corresponding, at least, to the backlash existing between the fillister of the leaf (2) and that of the sash-frame (3) at the level of their respective upper rail.
  7. Hinge fitting according to claim 6, characterised in that said connecting means (38) adopt the form of a buttonhole, on the fastening plate (9A) being mounted in a forced rotational relationship a T-shaped stud (39) including a head (40) that, in a given angular position, is adjusted to the cross-section of a slot (41) provided for at the level of the fastening plate (16A).
  8. Hinge fitting according to any of claims 6 and 7, characterised in that the fastening plate (16A) is mounted on the supporting plate (11A) through connecting means (38) in a way adjustable at least in translation in a direction parallel to the plane (17) of the door, window or the like.
  9. Hinge fitting for a door, window or the like the leaf (2) of which is pivotally mounted on the sash-frame (3), said leaf (2) including a capping strip (4) capable of being inserted against said sash-frame (3) in closed position of said door, window or the like, according to any of claims 6 to 8, characterised in that at the level of the capping strip (4), substantially at the ends of the rear stile (26) of the leaf (2), are provided for recesses for receiving, on the one hand, the complementary hinging means (23) corresponding to the movable portion (7) of the angle support (1) and, hence, hinging means (21) for the fixed portion (6) and, on the other hand, the hinging pivot (42) corresponding to the bearing support (1A), said recesses being designed so as to end in the upper and the lower portion of said leaf (2) and defining openings at the level of said capping strip (4), which are closed by means of adequate covers (44, 44A).
