Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Ausbilden einer Matrizenhohlform innerhalb einer Prägevorrichtung für Papierverarbeitungsmaschinen, insbesondere für Maschinen zur Herstellung von Briefumschlägen, Servietten, Taschentücher usw., mit zwei an einer Transportbahn für Papierprodukte gegenüberliegend angeordneten und rotierend angetriebenen Prägewalzen (5,6), wovon eine erste einen ein erhabenes Prägemotiv aufweisenden harten Prägestempel (33), eine Patrize, trägt und eine zweite Prägewalze ein Gegenwerkzeug (45) dazu aus einem zähelastischen bis zähharten Material und wobei durch Einstellen des Abstandes der Prägewalzen zueinander mittels des Prägestempels ein bleibendes negatives Abbild des Prägemotives als Matrizenhohlform in das Gegenwerkzeug eingeprägt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenwerkzeug (45) und/oder der Prägestempel (33) unmittelbar vor dem Einarbeiten des Prägestempels (33) in das Gegenwerkzeug (45) erhitzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrizenhohlform (39') in dem Gegenwerkzeug (45) mittels des Prägestempels (33) direkt in der Papierverarbeitungsmaschine erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenwerkzeug (45) im Heißluftstrom erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenwerkzeug (45) durch Wärmestrahlung erwärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Gegenwerkzeug (45) aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff dieses so lange erwärmt wird, bis dessen Oberfläche (45') einen plastischen Zustand aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei gleichzeitiger Rotation der Prägewalzen (5) und (6) der Abstand zwischen diesen so reduziert wird, bis der Prägestempel (33) mit seinem erhabenen Prägemotiv (39) in die Oberfläche (45') des Gegenwerkzeuges (45) eindringt und dort ein bleibendes, negatives Abbild des Prägemotives (39) als Matrizenhohlform (39') einprägt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei gleichzeitiger Rotation der Prägewalzen (5,6) der Abstand zwischen diesen so eingestellt ist, daß das Prägemotiv (39) des Prägestempels (33) in die Oberfläche (45') des Gegenwerkzeuges (45) eindringt und dort ein bleibendes negatives Abbild des Prägemusters (39) als Matrizenhohlform (39') einprägt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägewalzen (5 und 6) so lange in Rotation gehalten werden, bis das Gegenwerkzeug (45) abgekühlt ist und die erzeugte Matrizenhohlform (39') verfestigt ist.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Rotation der Prägewalzen (5 und 6) noch weiter Wärme zugeführt wird.
