Abstract
Description

Claims (14)
- Förderanordnung zum Fördern von in Schragen, die von Containern umgeben sind, angeordneten stabförmigen Artikeln der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie von Produktionsmaschinen zu Weiterverarbeitungsmaschinen unter Verwendung eines Zwischenlagers für leere und mit Artikeln gefüllte Schragen enthaltende Container, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Transfermittel (24) für Container (8) zur direkten Kopplung der Maschinen (3, 4; 12) vorgesehen ist.
- Förderanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufnahmeplattform (27) des Transfermittels in vertikaler Richtung verfahrbar ist.
- Förderanordnung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transfermittel (24) in horizontaler Richtung (26) verfahrbar ist.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenlager (Z) sich entlang einer Geraden erstreckt.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenlager (Z) voneinander getrennte Abteile (23) aufweist.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenlager (Z) mehrere Teilzwischenlager (21, 22) aufweist.
- Förderanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teilzwischenlager gefüllte Schragen enthaltende Container, das andere Teilzwischenlager leere Schragen enthaltende Container enthält.
- Förderanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teilzwischenlager sowohl gefüllte Schragen als auch leere Schragen enthaltende Container enthält.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenlager (Z) zwischen den Produktionsmaschinen (3, 4) und den Verarbeitungsmaschinen (16) angeordnet ist.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transfermittel gefüllte Schragen enthaltende Container direkt von Produktionsmaschinen zu Weiterverarbeitungsmaschinen oder zu dem Zwischenlager (Z) und leere Schragen enthaltende Container direkt von Weiterverabeitungsmaschinen zu Produktionsmaschinen oder zu dem Zwischenlager (Z) fördert.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produktionsmaschinen als Herstellmaschinen für Filterstäbe (3, 4) ausgebildet sind, denen Füllvorrichtungen (6) zum Füllen der Filterstäbe in leere Schragen nachgeordnet sind, denen wiederum Überführungsvorrichtungen (7) zum Überführen der gefüllten Schragen in Container (8) nachgeordnet sind.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weiterverarbeitungsmaschinen als pneumatische Förderanordnungen (12, 13) für Filterstäbe ausgebildet sind, denen Überführungsvorrichtungen (14) zum Überführen gefüllter Schragen aus Containern (8) und Entleerungsvorrichtungen (16) zum Entleeren der Filterstäbe aus Schragen vorgeordnet sind.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Produktionsmaschinen als Herstellmaschinen für Zigaretten ausgebildet sind, denen Füllvorrichtungen zum Füllen der Zigaretten in leere Schragen nachgeordnet sind, denen wiederum Überführungsvorrichtungen zum Überführen der gefüllten Schragen in Container nachgeordnet sind.
- Förderanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weiterverarbeitungsmaschinen als Packmaschinen für Zigaretten ausgebildet sind, denen Überführungsvorrichtungen zum Überführen gefüllter Schragen aus Containern und Entleerungsvorrichtungen zum Entleeren der Zigaretten aus Schragen vorgeordnet sind.
