Abstract
Bei einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine wird das eine Ende einer Einlaß- bzw. Auslaßnockenwelle (5,6) an einem vom Zylinderkopfgrundkörper (1) getrennten Lagerblock (32) gelagert, wobei dieser Block (32) so im Zylinderkopf (1) montiert ist, daß er im Querschnitt gesehen ein Zylinderkopfbefestigungsorgan (9) überlappt. Dies ermöglicht, den Motor mit geringerer Gesamtlänge kleiner zu bauen. Zudem läßt sich ein Überhang einer verstellbaren Ventilzeitsteuervorrichtung (10,20) um die Überlappung des Befestigungsorgans (9) verringern. In an internal combustion engine, one end of an intake or exhaust camshaft (5, 6) is mounted on a bearing block (32) separate from the cylinder head base body (1), this block (32) being mounted in the cylinder head (1) in such a way that it is mounted in the Viewed in cross section, a cylinder head fastening element (9) overlaps.
