Claims (16)
- Richteinrichtung für elektrische Leitungen, insbesondere als Zusatz für Leitungszuführeinrichtungen, mit zwei Richtrollensätzen (6a, 6b), die jeweils eine obere und eine untere Rollenbahn (127, 128) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenbahnen (127, 128) zu einer Vertikalebene (129), in der die Leitung (9) angeordnet ist, auf einer Schräge automatisch bewegbar angeordnet sind. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenbahnen (127, 128) mit jeweils in Transportrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Kehlrollen als Richtrollen (125) ausgerüstet sind und die Richtrollen (125) drehbar auf senkrecht zur Transportrichtung (5) angeordneten Rollenachsen (126) sitzen, wobei die Achsen (126) der unteren Rollenbahn (128) zu den Achsen (126) der oberen Rollenbahn (127) in Transportrichtung jeweils eine Weglänge (a) versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (126) der Richtrollen (125) mit einem Winkel β von vorzugsweise 45° zur Vertikalebene (129) angeordnet sind, wobei alle Achsen (126) eines Richtrollensatzes (6a bzw. 6b) parallel zueinander liegen und die Achsen (126) des Richtrollensatzes (6a) zu den Achsen (126) des Richtrollensatzes (6b) senkrecht ausgerichtet sind. - Richteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtrollensätze (6a, 6b) gleich ausgebildet sind. - Richteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Rollenbahn (128) des Richtrollensatzes (6a) im rollenseitigen freien oberen Endbereich eines Verfahrschlittens (130) lagert, wobei die Achsen (126) der Rollen (125) in Transportrichtung (5) in nebeneinander angeordneten Lagerböcken (131) sitzen, die im freien Endbereich jeweils in einem Führungssteg (132) auslaufen, die rollenseitig zur Rolle hin abgeschrägt sind, so daß ein Einführtrichter (133) für eine Leitung (9) gebildet wird. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstege (132) in zwischen den Lagerböcken (131) vorgesehene Lücken (132a) greifen und die Rollen (125) in sich in Transportrichtung (5) erstreckenden Schlitzen (134) der Lagerböcke (131) stecken, wobei ihre Kehlung in den Einführtrichter (133) mündet. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und/oder 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verfahrschlitten (130) an einem Führungssystem (135) auf einer Schrägen zur Vertikalebene (129) verschiebbar gelagert und mittels eines nicht dargestellten Antriebs verfahrbar ist, wobei das Führungssystem (135) an einer Lagerplatte (137) befestigt ist, die ihrerseits auf einem auf der Grundplatte (1) angeordneten Lagergestell (138) ruht. - Richteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Rollenbahn (127) des Richtrollensatzes (6b) im rollenseitigen freien unteren Endbereich eines Verfahrschlittens (139) lagert, wobei der freie Endbereich ebenso ausgebildet ist wie beim Verfahrschlitten (130), und daß der Verfahrschlitten (139) an einem Führungssystem (140) auf einer Schrägen zur Vertikalebene (129) mit einem Antriebsmittel verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei das Führungssystem an einem auf der Grundplatte (1) angeordneten Lagergestell (142) lagert. - Richteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Rollenbahn (127) des Richtrollensatzes (6a) im rollenseitigen freien Endbereich eines Verfahrschlittens (143) in einer Einrichtung untergebracht ist, die der gleicht, in der die obere Rollenbahn (127) des Richtrollensatzes (6b) bzw. in der die untere Rollenbahn (128) des Richtrollensatzes (6a) sitzt, wobei der Verfahrschlitten (143) an einem Führungssystem (144) auf einer Schrägen zur Vertikalebene (129) verschiebbar gelagert und mittels eines sich am Führungssystem (144) abstützenden Antriebsmittels verfahrbar ist, wobei der Schlitten (143) gegen einen im Führungssystem (144) angeordneten verstellbaren Anschlag stoßen kann, und daß das Führungssystem (144) an einem Lagergestell (147), das auf der Grundplatte (1) angeordnet ist, lagert. - Richteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Rollenbahn (128) des Richtrollensatzes (6b) mit den gleichen Mitteln wie die obere Rollenbahn (127) des Richtrollensatzes (6a) im freien rollenseitigen Endbereich eines Verfahrschlittens (148) lagert, der an einem Führungssystem (149) auf einer Schrägen zur Vertikalebene (129) verschiebbar lagert und mittels eines sich am Führungssystem (149) abstützenden Antriebs gegen einen im Führungssystem (149) angeordneten Anschlag verfahrbar ist, und daß das Führungssystem (149) sich auf einem auf der Grundplatte (1) sitzenden Lagergestell (152) abstützt. - Richteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Verfahrschlitten (130 und 139) ein Anschlagsystem eingerichtet ist, das für jede Leitung einen Anschlag aufweist. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagsystem eine Anschlageinrichtung (153) aufweist, die auf der Seite der Vertikalebene (129) angeordnet ist, auf der sich die Verfahrschlitten (130, 139) befinden, wobei die Anschlageinrichtung zwischen den Verfahrschlitten positioniert ist. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlageinrichtung (153) ein sich jeweils am zugewendeten Teil der Lagergestelle (138, 142) abstützendes Führungssystem (154) aufweist, in dem ein Anschlagschlitten (155) horizontal in Richtung Vertikalebene (129) verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei der Anschlagschlitten (155) an seinem vertikalebeneseitigen Ende einen Anschlagkopf (157) aufweist und mit einer Kolbenzylindereinheit (158), die sich am Führungssystem (154) abstützt, verfahrbar ist. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beidseits des Anschlagkopfes (157) am Kopf eine sich horizontal vom Kopf weg und parallel zur Transportrichtung (5) erstreckende Gegenanschlagleiste (159, 160) angesetzt ist, wobei zweckmäßigerweise die Leiste (159) flügelartig um ihre horizontale Längsachse um 90° verdreht zur Leiste (160) ausgerichtet ist, und daß die Leisten (159, 160) Anschlagelemente für die Schlitten (130, 139) tragen. - Richteinrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im freien Endbereich jeder Leiste (159, 160) eine Anschlagschraube (161, 162) verdrehbar eingeschraubt ist, wobei der Anschlagkopf der Schraube (161) schräg nach unten und der Anschlagkopf der Schraube (162) schräg nach oben weist und die Anschlagköpfe jeweils in den Bewegungsweg des Verfahrschlittens (130 bzw. 139) ragen und mit einem an diesen Schlitten angeordneten Anschlagelement zusammenwirken. - Richteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlagkopf (147) mit Gegenanschlagköpfen (163) einer vertikal am Holm (64) fest angeordneten Gegenanschlagleiste (165) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Gegenanschlagköpfe (163) in senkrecht zur Vertikalebene (129) angeordnete Gewinde in der Gegenanschlagleiste (165) eingeschraubt sind.
