Claims (8)
- Manivelle (1) comprenant une tige centrale (2) reliée à chacune de ses extrémités, par un point d'articulation (3, 4), à une première tige (5) qui est connectée par l'intermédiaire d'une genouillère d'un cardan à l'axe de rotation du tablier du volet roulant, et à une seconde tige servant de moyen de préhension (6) à l'utilisateur, caractérisée en ce que l'un au moins des points d'articulation (3, 4) comporte un orifice (7) de section droite polygonale de manière à coopérer avec un palier (8) dont le profil extérieur est complémentaire à celui de l'orifice (7), ledit palier (8) comprenant un orifice (9) central à section droite oblongue qui coopère avec un axe d'articulation (10) disposant d'une pluralité de facettes (11) afin de connecter ladite tige centrale (2) respectivement au moyen de préhension (6) et à ladite première tige (5).
- Manivelle selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le palier (8), monté à force à l'intérieur de l'orifice à section droite polygonale, est réalisé dans un matériau plastique disposant d'un important module d'élasticité.
- Manivelle selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'axe d'articulation (10) à facettes (11) est réalisé dans un matériau disposant d'un indice de dureté plus important que celui du palier (8), de manière à permettre une déformation élastique de la surface interne de l'orifice (9) lors de la rotation de l'axe d'articulation (10).
- Manivelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tige centrale (2) est munie d'une pluralité d'orifices (13) répartis selon son axe longitudinal, de manière à permettre le passage d'une pluralité d'ergots (14) venant de caches (15), en matière plastique et éventuellement colorés, qui s'emboítent les uns au travers des autres, afin "d'habiller" ladite tige centrale (2).
- Manivelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les axes d'articulation (10) sont reliés, d'une part au moyen de préhension (6) et d'autre part à la tringle (5) de liaison, par l'intermédiaire d'une coupelle (16) et d'un manchon (17, 17').
- Manivelle selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le manchon (17) est conformé en un tube obtenu par une succession d'opérations de décolletage sur un profilé en matière plastique ou métallique ou par une opération d'injection de matière plastique, et présente à chacune de ses extrémités un orifice perpendiculaire (18, 19) à l'axe longitudinal du manchon qui reçoit respectivement l'axe d'articulation (10) à facettes (11) et une goupille de liaison avec la tringle (5), ledit manchon (17) étant recouvert par une coupelle (16) qui immobilise en translation l'axe (10).
- Manivelle selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le manchon (17') est obtenu par une opération d'injection de matière plastique et comporte à l'une de ses extrémités une partie (24) en U, traversée radialement par un orifice (25) pour le passage d'un axe (10) à facettes (11) qui permet de coopérer le moyen de préhension (6) à l'autre extrémité de la tige centrale (2).
- Manivelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le manchon (17, 17') dispose respectivement d'un capot tournant (20, 27) sur lequel l'utilisateur vient positionner ses mains lorsqu'il actionne la manivelle, lesdits capots pouvant être en plastique et teintés dans la masse d'une couleur similaire aux caches d'habillage (15) de la tige centrale (2).
