Abstract
Description
Tinitus und Hyperakusis gemäß Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a device for the treatment of
Tinitus and hyperacusis according to
Durch das Geräusch bzw. den Ton aus dem Tinitusmasker wird der Tinitus "maskiert".So-called tinitus maskers are used to treat tinitus known to have a tone in a narrow frequency range produce. The sound produced is in the range of Frequency generated by tinitus. By the The sound or the sound from the tinitus masker becomes the Tinitus "masked".
For the treatment of tinitus and hyperacusis are the also known as noise generators, which have a broadband Generate continuous noise. By the application of the diseased ear with such The tinitus and Hyperacusis symptoms can be alleviated.
A disadvantage of these known devices is that the desired therapeutic success, d. H. the Reduction of hyperacusis or tinitus, not always sets.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to make known devices more effective.
des Anspruchs 1.This problem is solved by the features
of
It has been found that when using a pulsed tone or a pulsed noise or Noise is better for certain types of patients therapeutic results can be achieved than in the known Continuous tone noise.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention can the pulse duration in the device according to the invention and / or the pulse interval of the generated tones or adjust generated noise. With that, on the pulse distance and the one in an experimental way Pulse duration can be found to be the largest brings therapeutic success.
The noise generated by the sound generator can be a white noise, but preferably pink, red or blue noise generated and used. The vote is determined by the success achieved by trial and Error, by preferences of the patient and the respective Clinical picture.
It is also according to an advantageous embodiment possible the type of noise or the generated Noise or the generated tone sequence. Also this can be used for the experimental Find out the most effective type of noise for each patient.
Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the following description of a exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing.
