Definitions
- the invention relates to the spinning can stand of a sliver processing machine, such as a flyer or jet spinning machine 1, which has a plurality of spindles in at least one row, with each individual spindle currently having a spinning can, a so-called working can, for removing sliver and the spindles in total at least one row of work cans, a so-called work series, is assigned.
- a sliver processing machine such as a flyer or jet spinning machine 1
- a so-called working can for removing sliver and the spindles in total at least one row of work cans, a so-called work series, is assigned.
- Strekken are among the machines that use fiber sliver (Stretching machines) and combing machines; here is instead of “Spindles” read “sliver-processing places”.
- a flyer's spindles are generally divided into two straight lines Rows - staggered - arranged.
- the spindles of a jet spinning machine should be in a straight line. Belong to a flyer conventionally at least four straight rows of round work cans (so-called Round cans) or work series. If between a work series and the spindles a gear or conveyor path is provided, can from the respective A sliver of sliver drawn with the help of a gate high above the conveyor to the processing spindle.
- the same applies to a jet spinning machine however, there are usually only two rows of round cans.
- the slivers processed on the spinning machines usually come from one or more stretching machine (s).
- flyers and jet spinning machines like other sliver processing machines Machines - previously supplied from pound cans.
- the round cans e.g. with the flyer, the round cans from a reserve position into a work position (work series) moved or the reserve cans are in a second row.
- the invention has for its object to overcome the disadvantages; in particular the can change should be made easier or more economical without to increase the number of work series, but even to reduce them, so that the number of routes is reduced. In particular, automation in connection with a can change.
- the invention Solution specified in claim 1.
- rectangular cans used instead of round cans. Rectangles (spinning) are known in each work series, whose small rectangle side is approximately equal to the radius of conventional ones standardized round (spinning) is parallel with its large rectangular sides arranged.
- the invention ensures that in each case instead of two round cans standing in a row in two work rows two in only Rectangular cans (the specified Proportions) are required for a certain amount of fibers. Because of the Geometry can make the two rectangular cans even more sliver than the conventional ones Pick up round cans.
- a current level is provided, which differs from that of a Differentiate neighboring work can by a certain fraction of a can fill can, at least the position of the most emptied Working jug a full jug, which is a so-called reserve jug, assigned.
- the "certain fraction” can generally be 0 to 1 of the can filling.
- the "difference" in the filling of neighboring cans can be close to zero go so that the neighboring jugs are equally full and (later) at the same time are empty; any "actual” differences in the can filling are also conceivable.
- the fill level of a work can preferably differs at the moment from that of a neighboring work can - the same work series or one Neighbor work series - by a quarter or half can filling. In every work series should preferably be at most two different fill levels from those currently running Work cans occur.
- the filling level of neighboring cans in this row is preferred by approximately half a can filling.
- the neighbor can mentioned stand in the same or in a neighboring work series.
- the cans can be inside one and the same series of work by a certain fraction - including Zero - distinguish the can filling; the invention also includes the Case that in each one and the same work row all cans have the same level have and that the inventive differentiation of the level by one certain fraction of the can filling in the ratio of work series to work series applies.
- a preferred solution is to that exactly two rows of work with tightly packed rectangular work cans be provided that the rectangular reserve cans in a separate the standby line provided between the work lines and that between the work rows and the standby row and around the latter is a clear path for empty or full cans - as a connection to one preceding machine or a memory or the like - provided the standby line with its large ones before a can change Rectangular sides parallel to each other and with space for one empty jug on each gap contains full cans (spare cans). Then stands in the standby line a full can for each of the work cans that will soon become empty when the flyer is operated ready.
- the empty jug or empty jug pulled out of the work series and into a (e.g. the closest) gap on the standby line. Then the full jug is ready brought from the standby line into the work line.
- This work can be done under the invention mechanically, in particular automatically using a can changer, but can also be done manually.
- a flyer exactly two rows of work with closely spaced cans provided and immediately adjacent to each row of work is a standby row arranged for full or reserve cans.
- Around the row pairs as well as between the row pairs can again be a conveyor for empty and full cans, e.g. connected to a previous machine.
- the respective standby row should be filled with full cans be.
- the tape can be removed from the resulting Empty cans on an adjacent one in the adjacent standby row pass the full can.
- the reserve or full can in the standby row is on site and Place a work can and the standby line becomes a work line.
- the function of the cans and rows of each row pair after this Aspects of the invention are therefore exchanged without a can movement.
- a Flyers exactly four work series, each with the same but different from series to series Level, can be provided (in principle, all work cans can also be used here have the same level).
- the fill level from row to row e.g. 1/4 or 1/2 can filling, changes, should be in the so-called cans containing so-called "sorted" Series of work
- the work cans on gap so with space for one spare jug each in the gap.
- Two work series can be preferred can be combined into double rows.
- the cans are said to be again with the narrow sides of the rectangle on an O-axis parallel to the rows of spindles border on both sides.
- a conveyor path can be provided for each empty and full can.
- the work cans in each work row should - at least block by block - at the moment they all have the same level.
- Block by block refers to a group of jugs, e.g. on 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 of a row of cans, for example on a group of cans that is to be exchanged with an exchange device at the same time.
- the same applies of course again in the event of application on a jet spinning machine, taking exactly two single-work series (with gaps) in a double row become.
- the new beginning of the belt can be particularly easily and safely with Helped by an automatic tape feeder and automatically at the end of the Tape of the just expired jug.
- the defined location of the The beginning of the tape can preferably be on a narrow side of the respective rectangular can be provided. If these narrow sides of the rectangular cans essentially on a line, e.g. on an O axis explained above, the Belt feeder or belt connector only a linear movement for execution to carry out his task.
- the spinning can stand of a flyer consists of two working rows 1 and 2 and a standby row 3. Be in each of rows 1 and 2 there are only working cans 4, in the standby row 3 are shown Condition only reserve or full cans 5. Between two full cans 5 is one Gap 6 is provided for inserting an empty jug. To the standby row 3 a conveyor path 7 leads around - between the two work series 1, 2 Conveyor path 7, a car 8 full cans 9 or 10 empty cans between Transport storage 11 of a stretch (stretching machine) 12 and standby row 3.
- the work rows 1 and 2 and the standby row become 3 existing spinning can stand 13 assigned to a flyer 14.
- the 4 sliver drawn from the individual working cans is (not drawn) pulled up and over a over the rows of cans 1 to 3 and the conveyor 7 arranged gate transported to the spindles 15 of the flyer 14.
- each working can 4th the work series 1 and 2 a current level is provided, which varies from that of each neighboring work can positioned in the same work row 1, 2 4 differs by half a can filling.
- the current shot 1 are the work cans 4 of the work series 1 to 2/4 to 4/4, the work cans 4 in the work row 2 filled to 1/4 or 3/4.
- the level of a work can 4 from the work row 1 from the level the next adjacent work can 4 of the work row 2 by 1 ⁇ 4 can content differs.
- the carriage 8 can - as shown - with two positions or with one position, but also equipped with any number of pitches for cans become. He can e.g. be trained so that he is capable of several Pick up or put down cans at the same time. In this way one can Accelerate can replacement in standby row 3.
- the trolley can replace 8 cans in sections or blocks.
- a section denotes a group 16 of spindles on the flyer 14.
- a block denotes several sections 16, e.g. half or full length of the flyer 14 or a row of work or standby cans.
- FIG. 2 shows a spinning can stand 13 of a flyer 14, which includes two pairs of can rows 17 and 18 with a conveyor path 7 running around the row pairs and in between.
- Each of the pairs of can rows 17, 18 currently consists of a work row 1 or 2 and a standby row 3a or 3b.
- a fill level ratio of adjacent working cans 4 is selected within the working rows 1 and 2, as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1. Since there are as many reserve cans as there are work cans in the can stand 13 in the embodiment according to FIG. 2, here ( 3 and 4, see below), in contrast to the case of FIG. 1, all work cans have the same fill level.
- the working cans are different Level, e.g. the cans of work row 1, filled to 1/4, need for the next reserve jug to be spun, no jug is moved at all, because it will be the beginning of the band that adjoins the empty can Reserve jug or full jug of standby 3a withdrawn. As a result this means that the standby line 3a becomes a work line.
- the downtime of the flyer 14 is compared with a can change the case of Fig. 1 significantly reduced.
- a can change namely only the stripped tape from a jug to a neighboring jug be placed.
- the previously created empty jug is then removed using the Wagens 8 picked up and replaced by a new full can. If the pitchers at a transition from a work can to a reserve can no longer be postponed there is an enormous time saving when changing the tape, a correspondingly short machine stop and an increase in Efficiency of the machine.
- the spinning can stand 13 according to FIG. 3 in that the cans of each of a double row 23, 24 pairs of Work series 1/21 and 2/22 with the narrow rectangular sides 25 on both sides border an O-axis 27 parallel to the longitudinal direction 26 of the flyer 14.
- a belt feeder 28 can be movably supported in this direction of travel 29 in the direction of travel 29 become. If it is ensured that the beginning of the band of each reserve jug or Full can 5 at a defined point, preferably on the narrow side of the rectangle 25 of the respective full can 5 is positioned, the tape feeder 28 can on the way in the direction of travel 29 (e.g. on the O-axis) grasp and automatically at the end of the band of the previously expired jug start.
- the downtimes become even shorter than in the representation according to FIG. 2, since not only the time for the can exchange during a machine stop, but also a large part of the tape application time be saved.
- the positioning and execution with automatic tape feeder can of course, with the appropriate addition - can also be provided in the embodiment of FIG. 2.
- the spinning can arrangement in booth 13 can be simplified even more if 4, the working cans 4a to d and the reserve cans each in the block 31, 32 positioned side by side or one behind the other in the double rows 23, 24 become.
- the two blocks 31 and 32 contain the same principle many work cans 4 and gaps 6 filled with rectangular cans like the work series 4a of Fig. 3.
- the difference is essentially that now (in Fig. 4) in a block 31 only cans 4a and in the currently adjacent Block 32 only reserve cans 9 are available.
- FIG. 5 shows in principle the design of the spinning can stand 13 from FIG. 1 for the case of a jet spinning machine 30.
- the work cans 4 running in a row 1 contain two different (for example 1/2 can filling) levels.
- cans 1 with the fill levels of 2/4 and 4/4 are shown.
- 5 is assigned a standby row 3. This is essentially identical to that of FIG. 1.
- the operation of the standby row 3 with the help of the carriage 8 from the store 11 of a route 12 can also take place along the conveyor path 7, as in FIG. 1.
- the variants according to FIGS. 2 to 4 can be designed accordingly for a jet spinning machine 30.
- the change consists essentially in the fact that half as many work series are currently being deducted as for the flyer 14.
- the work and standby rows 1, 3 according to FIG. 5 can also be pushed together completely ( similar to Fig. 2).
- the ⁇ conveyor path 7 should then lead around the row pair 1, 3 thus formed.
- a sliver can stand of a sliver processing machine, such as a flyer or jet spinning machine, which has a large number of spindles in at least one row of spindles have described.
- a sliver processing machine such as a flyer or jet spinning machine
- rectangular cans are used instead of round cans.
- every running spinning can (working can) a current filling level is provided, which differs from that of each neighboring work can by a specific one Fraction of the can filling differs. The position of each furthest an empty can is assigned a full can (reserve can).
