Claims (12)
- Packvorrichtung für Beutel in Verpackungsbehälter, miteiner umlaufenden Transporteinrichtung (1) mit Aufnahmekammern (13), in denen jeweils Gruppen von Beuteln transportiert werden, die eine Teilfüllung eines Verpakkungsbehälters bilden sollen, wobei die Beutel einer Teilfüllung untereinander gleiche Ausrichtung haben,einer Aufgabestation (7), in welcher die Beutel den Aufnahmekammern (13) zugeführt werden, undeiner Fördereinrichtung (2) zur Zu- und Abführung der Verpackungsbehälter zu mindestens zwei Abgabestationen im Bereich einer Packstation, in welchen jeweils die einer Teilfüllung entsprechenden Beutel von der Transporteinrichtung an die Verpackungsbehälter abgegeben werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fördereinrichtung (2) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie mindestens zwei Verpackungsbehälter (12) parallel nebeneinander transportieren kann, und daß
die umlaufende Transporteinrichtung (1) im Bereich der Abgabestationen geradlinige Abgabeabschnitte (8, 9) aufweist und in den Abgabeabschnitten jeweils mindestens zwei Abgabestationen nebeneinander angeordnet sind. - Packvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
je Verpackungsbehälter (12) zwei Teilfüllungen (4, 5) vorgesehen sind, und
zwei gegenüberliegende, geradlinige Abgabeabschnitte (8, 9) der Transporteinrichtung (1) vorgesehen sind, wobei in dem einen Abgabeabschnitt (9), die jeweils ersten Teilfüllungen (4) an die Verpackungsbehälter (12) abgegeben werden, und in dem anderen Abgabeabschnitt (8) die jeweils zweiten Teilfüllungen (5). - Packvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Abgabeabschnitt (8), der in Bewegungsrichtung (11) der Transporteinrichtung (1) der Aufgabestation (7) folgt, aus jeder zweiten Aufnahmekammer (13a) die in diese aufgenommenen Beutel in einen Verpackungsbehälter und die in den jeweils anderen Aufnahmekammern (13b) enthaltenen Beutel in dem gegenüberliegenden Abgabeabschnitt (9) in einen anderen Verpackungsbehälter abgegeben werden, der daraufhin mittels der Fördereinrichtung (2) zum ersten Abgabeabschnitt (8) befördert wird.
- Packvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmekammern (13) mehrere Beutel (3) in einer Reihe aufnehmen können und eine Breite (15) aufweisen, die kleiner ist als die maximale Seitenausdehnung eines Beutels (3) und größer als die minimale Seitenausdehnung eines Beutels.
- Packvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch Sternräder (6) im Außenbereich der Transporteinrichtung (1), die in die Aufnahmeöffnung der Aufnahmekammern (13) eingreifen, um die darin aufgenommenen Beutel (3) auf ein gewünschtes Packmaß zusammenzuschieben.
- Packvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Sternräder (6) in den nichtgeradlinigen Abschnitten der Transporteinrichtung (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Packvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Sternräder in den geradlinigen Abschnitten der Transporteinrichtung (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Packvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch
Abwurfmechanismen (24) im Bereich der Abgabestationen, mit deren Hilfe die Beutel (3) einer Teilfüllung jeweils in darunter befindliche Verpackungsbehälter (12) abgeworfen werden können. - Packvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch Fallschächte (23) unterhalb der Abgabestationen der Transporteinrichtung (1), die derart ausgestaltet sind, daß die Beutel (3) einer Teilfüllung lagerichtig in die Verpackungsbehälter (12) fallen.
- Packvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch Ausstoßvorrichtungen, die im Bereich der Abgabestationen die Beutel aus den Aufnahmekammern in die Verpackungsbehälter (12) stoßen.
- Packvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (1) eine Schiene (21) umfaßt, in der Halterungen (22) für die Aufnahmekammern (13) eingreifen, wobei die Halterungen (22) in der Schiene (21) umlaufen.
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von Beuteln in Verpackungsbehälter, bei welchem jeweils zwei Verpackungsbehälter parallel befüllt werden, die von einer Fördereinrichtung parallel transportiert werden, wobei in einem ersten Abgabeabschnitt die jeweils einer ersten Teilfüllung entsprechenden Beutel in die zwei jeweiligen Verpackungsbehälter gegeben werden und in einem zweiten Abgabeabschnitt die einer zweiten Teilfüllung entsprechenden Beutel in die zwei jeweiligen Verpakkungsbehälter gegeben werden, wobei die Beutel einer Teilfüllung untereinander gleiche Ausrichtung haben und die Abgabeabschnitte an zwei gegenüberliegenden geradlinigen Abschnitten einer umlaufenden Transporteinrichtung liegen, die die Beutel in Gruppen, die jeweils einer Teilfüllung entsprechen, zu den Abgabeabschnitten transportiert.
