werden die Anpreßrollen 10 hochgeschwenkt, so daß der von der Förderbahn
1 nach oben abstehende Schenkel des Abstandhalterrahmens 2
die Anpreßrollen 10 ungehindert passieren kann. Je nach den Erfordernissen
ist in der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wenigstens ein
Paar Anpreßrollen 10 vorgesehen. Bevorzugt sind zwei Paare Anpreßrollen
10 vorgesehen, und zwar ein Paar vor und ein Paar nach den
Düsen, mit welchen Dicht- bzw. Klebemittel auf die Seitenflächen 4
der Abstandhalterrahmen 2 aufgetragen wird.The
Die Lagerung der, gegebenenfalls angetriebenen, Anpreßrollen 10 ist
so ausgebildet, daß sie an unterschiedliche Abmessungen von Hohlprofilleisten
2 angepaßt werden können. Hiezu sind die Anpreßrollen
10 in Richtung ihrer Achsen 13 verstellbar, damit sie an unterschiedliche
Abstandhalterbreiten angepaßt werden können. Zusätzlich
sind die Anpreßrollen 10 senkrecht zu ihren Achsen 13 verstellbar,
damit sie an unterschiedliche Höhen (in Richtung der Ebene des
Abstandhalterrahmens 2 gemessene Abmessung der Hohlprofilleiste 5)
angepaßt werden können. Die Verstellbarkeit der Anpreßrollen 10 quer
zu ihren Drehachsen 13 also, die Verstellbarkeit um deren Abstand
vom Förderband 1 zu ändern, kann auch dazu benützt werden, um die
Anpreßrollen mit dem jeweils erforderlichen Druck an die Hohlprofilleiste

Bei der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Ausführungsform sind die Anpreßrollen 20
als konische Rollen ausgebildet, deren Konusflächen 21 lediglich im
Bereich der Außenkanten 22 der Innenfläche 6 des Abstandhalterrahmens
2 anliegen. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform wird der nötige
Anpreßdruck der Abstandhalterrahmen 2 gegen das Förderband 1 und
eine seitliche Führung des auf dem Förderband 1 aufliegenden Schenkel

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von Abstandhalterrahmen 2 für
Isolierglasscheiben sind beidseits einer Förderbahn 1 Düsen vorgesehen,

Abstandhalterrahmens 2 aufgetragen wird. Oberhalb der Förderbahn 1

das Förderband 1 drücken. Die Anpreßrollen 10 greifen am Abstandhalterrahmen
2 im Bereich der seitlichen Ränder der Innenfläche 6 des
bildenden Hohlprofils 5 an. Dadurch wird ein Kraftschluß zwischen
Förderband 1 und Abstandhalterrahmen 2 bewirkt und der auf dem
Förderband 1 aufliegende Schenkel des Abstandhalterrahmens 2 wird
seitlich geführt. Die Anpreßrollen 10 brauchen nicht hochgeschwenkt
werden, wenn sich beim Beschichten von mit Sprossen 15 versehenen
Abstandhalterrahmen 2 Sprossen 15 an den Anpreßrollen 10 vorbeibewegen.In a device for
