Claims (10)
- Reflektorleuchte, bestehend aus einem Reflektor und einer Lampenfassung mit Lampe, bei der die Lampenfassung fest mit einer an der Rückseite des Reflektors angeordneten Aufnahme verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lampenfassung (3) auf ihrer einer Innenseite (14) der Aufnahme (9) zugewandten Außenseite (21) mindestens ein Verbindungsböckchen (22) aufweist, das quer zu einer Längsachse (8) der Lampenfassung angeordnet ist und in einer Nut (13) der Aufnahme (9) längsverschieblich geführt wird und durch plastisches Verformen formschlüssig mit der Aufnahme (9) verbindbar ist.
- Reflektorleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei einander gegenüberliegende Verbindungsböckchen (22) quer zur Lampenfassung (3) angeordnet sind und mit ihren der Lampenfassung (3) abgewandten freien Enden (23) über eine die ihnen benachbarte Nut (13) aufweisende Wandung (12) der Aufnahme (9) hinausragen.
- Reflektorleuchte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Lampenfassung (3) abgewandte freie Ende (23) der Verbindungsböckchen (22) plastisch verformbar ist.
- Reflektorleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (13) zwei einander gegenüberliegende Innenflächen (16) mit zahnartigen Ausformungen (18) aufweist, die zumindest teilweise von dem Material der Verbindungsböckchen (22) ausfüllbar sind.
- Reflektorleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (14) der Aufnahme (9) in Längsrichtung angeordnete die Lampenfassung (3) führende Führungsstege (19) aufweist.
- Reflektorleuchte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (14) der Aufnahme (9) zu dem dem Reflektor (2) abgewandten Ende hin konisch erweitert ist.
- Verfahren zum festen Verbinden einer Lampenfassung mit Lampe mit einer an der Rückseite eines Reflektors angeordneten Aufnahme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lampenfassung (3) mit Lampe (4) im Reflektor (2) justiert wird und seitlich an der Lampenfassung (3) angeordnete Verbindungsböckchen (22), die längsverschieblich in Nuten (13) der Aufnahme (9) geführt werden, formschlüssig mit der Aufnahme (9) des Reflektors (2) verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Aufnahme (9) abgewandten freien Enden (23) der Verbindungsböckchen (22) plastisch verformt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Aufnahme (9) abgewandten freien Enden (23) der Verbindungsböckchen (22) durch Heißprägen verformt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glühwendel (6) der Lampe (4) bezüglich der Längsachse (8) des Reflektors (2) durch Verschieben der Lampenfassung (3) in Längsrichtung im Brennpunkt (5) des Reflektors (2) mit Hilfe einer Justierungvorrichtung fokussiert wird.
