Claims (14)
- Warenträger-System mit aufeinander stapelbaren Paletten (2) mit jeweils einer Auflageplatte (4) und mindestens zwei modular auswechselbaren Kufen (8), wobei jede Kufe (8) ein Auflageteil (21) einen mittleren, im vertikalen Querschnitt in Längsrichtung der Kufe U-förmigen Stützfuß (6), sowie zwei äußere, im horizontalen Querschnitt in Querrichtung der Kufe (8) U-förmige Stützfüße (9) aufweist und wobei die Auflageplatte (4) Aussparungen (3,5) zur Aufnahme der Stützfüße (6,9) aufeinandergestapelter Paletten aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder äußere Stützfuß (9) mindestens eine nach innen gerichtete, tiefgezogene Verstärkungskehle (7) aufweist, die sich von dem äußeren Stützfuß (9) bis in den Auflageteil (21) der Kufe (8) für die Auflageplatte (4) erstreckt. - Warenträger-System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kehle (7) in eine Versteifungssicke oder -rippe (11) des äußeren Stützfußes (9) übergeht.
- Warenträger-System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder äußere Stützfuß (9) beiderseits seines im wesentlichen vertikalen Wandabschnitts (28) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig abstehende durch Umformen gebildete Randbereiche (19) aufweist, die auf der Oberseite in das Auflageteil (21) übergehen.
- Warenträger-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Stützfüße (9) an dem unteren Ende einen nach innen gerichteten hakenförmigen Vorsprung (15) aufweisen.
- Warenträger-System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Verstärkungsrippe (11) des Stützfusses (9) bis in den hakenförmigen Vorsprung (15) erstreckt.
- Warenträger-System nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufen (8) aus einem Stahlblechstreifen hergestellt sind.
- Warenträger-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im wesentlichen vertikalen Wandabschnitte (28) der Stützfüße (6,9) nach innen konisch geneigt sind.
- Warenträger-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Wandabschnitte (28) der äußeren Stützfüße (9) zum hakenförmigen Vorsprung (15) gerichtet konisch zulaufen.
- Warenträger-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Auflageteil (21) der Kufe (8) im Bereich des mittleren Stützfußes (6) ein U-förmiger Bügel (14) angeordnet ist, wobei der mittlere Schenkel des U-förmigen Bügels bündig abschließt mit der Oberfläche der Auflageplatte (4) und der mittlere Stützfuß (6) der Kufe (8) einen dem Bügel (14) angepaßten, in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Schlitz (16) aufweist.
- Warenträger-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufe (8) zwei parallel verlaufende Verstärkungssicken oder -rippen (12) aufweist, die sich vom Auflageteil (21) der Kufen (8) bis in den Bereich der im wesentlichen vertikalen Wandabschnitte (20) des mittleren Stützfußes (6) erstrecken.
- Warenträger-System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungssicken oder -rippen (12) zu den äußeren Stützfüßen (9) gerichtet V-förmig zusammenlaufen.
- Warenträger-System nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine tiefgezogene Verstärkungskehle (7) der äußeren Stützfüße (9) in das V-förmige Ende der Verstärkungssicken oder -rippen (12) ausläuft.
- Warenträger-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich drei Verstärkungskehlen (7) an jedem äußeren Stützfuß bis in den Auflageteil (21) der Kufe (8) erstrecken.
- Warenträger-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Verstärkungskehle (7) in den Auflageteil (21) hinter der Querkante (22) des Auflageteils (21) ausläuft.
