Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anlage zur Hohlraumkonservierung von Fahrzeugkarossen nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a system for cavity preservation of vehicle bodies according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Bekannte Anlagen zur Hohlraumkonservierung von Fahrzeugkarossen, bei denen die Flächen der Hohlräume der Fahrzeugkarosse über in selbiger befindlichen sogenannten Flutlöchern mit einem flüssigen, Insbesondere durch Erwärmung verflüssigten, Konservierungsmittel durch Spritzen oder Fluten behandelt werden, sind als Großanlagen aufgebaut oder als solche in Fertigungslinien /-Straßen integriert, zum Beispiel in einer Anlage nach der DE 196 07 586 A1. Für die Behandlung kleiner Stückzahlen von Fahrzeugkarossen und für den mobilen Einsatz sind die vorgenannte Anlagen unwirtschaftlich.
Aus der DE 43 27 751 A1 ist zwar ein mobiler Werkstattwagen, bei dem der Innenraum des Wagens durch Auseinanderziehen zweier entsprechend ausgebildeter Segmente im wesentlichen verdoppelt werden kann, bekannt, jedoch ist diese Einrichtung konstruktionsbedingt sehr umfangreich und somit in der Herstellung, Bedienung und Wartung sehr aufwendig, also kostenintensiv. Ein wirtschaftlich gerechtfertigter Umbau zu einer Anlage zur Hohlraumkonservierung und deren Einsatz bei geringen Stückzahlen zu konservierender Fahrzeugkarosse ist daher ausgeschlossen.
Bekannt ist auch eine mobil einsetzbare Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach der US-A-4,872,419, eine "transportable Beschichtungsvorrichtung", bei der die zu beschichtenden Werkstücke mit einer vertikal bewegbaren Fördereinrichtung nacheinander in mehrere benachbarte Tanks mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Beschichtungsmedien getaucht werden. Die hintereinander angeordneten Tanks und die Fördereinrichtung dieser Vorrichtung bilden dabei eine Einheit. Damit diese Anlage mobil ist, sind an deren stirnseitigen Enden spezielle Zusatz-Vorrichtungen angebracht, mit denen sie nach Art eines ganz speziellen Schwerlast-LKW-Anhängers transportierbar ist. Diese Vorrichtung hat enorme äußere Maße und ist in der Herstellung, Bedienung und Wartung ebenso aufwendig wie die vorgenannte Einrichtung. Für den Wechsel dieser sehr speziellen Beschichtungsvorrichtung von einem Einsatzort zu einem anderen Einsatzort sind zudem besondere Transportbedingungen notwendig.

Claims (4)

  1.
