Claims (16)
- Einsatzkasten zum Aufbewahren von Gegenständen (2) wie Arbeitsgeräte und/oder Arbeitsmaterialien, der herausnehmbar in einen Transportbehälter (5) einsetzbar ist und vier im wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zueinander angeordnete seitliche Einsatzkastenwände (27 - 30) aufweist, die einen Aufnahmeraum (33) zur Aufnahme aufzubewahrender Gegenstände (2) begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der seitlichen Einsatzkastenwände (27, 28, 29, 30) bei in den Transportbehälter (5) eingesetztem Einsatzkasten (1) unter Bildung eines Zwischenraums (55, 56, 57, 58) beabstandet zur zugewandten Innenfläche (59, 60, 61, 62) der gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Transportbehälterwand (7, 8, 9, 10) angeordnet ist und daß die dem Aufnahmeraum (33) abgewandte Außenfläche (63, 64, 65, 655) der wenigstens einen zurückgesetzten Einsatzkastenwand (27, 28, 29, 30) einen oder mehrere mit Halteeinrichtungen (70) zum lösbaren Halten von Gegenständen (2) versehene Bestückungsplätze (71) aufweist, so daß sich die mittels der Halteeinrichtungen (70) an der Außenfläche (63, 64, 65, 66) einer zurückgesetzten Einsatzkastenwand (27, 28, 29, 30) gehaltenen Gegenstände (2) bei eingesetztem Einsatzkasten (1) im zugeordneten Zwischenraum (55, 56, 57, 58) befinden.
- Einsatzkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsatzkastenwände (27 - 30) zusammen mit einem im unteren Endabschnitt (31) der Einsatzkastenwände an diesen angeordneten Einsatzkastenboden (32) den Aufnahmeraum (33) für Gegenstände (2) begrenzen.
- Einsatzkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere und vorzugsweise alle vier Einsatzkastenwände (27-30) bei in den Transportbehälter (5) eingesetztem Einsatzkasten (1) unter Bildung jeweils eines Zwischenraums (55, 56, 57, 58) beabstandet zur zugewandten Innenfläche (59, 60, 61, 62) der gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Transportbehälterwand (7, 8, 9, 10) angeordnet sind.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Einsatzkasten (1) Positioniermittel (111) vorgesehen sind, die den in den Transportbehälter (5) eingesetzten Einsatzkasten (1) in einer quer zur Einsetzrichtung (112) im wesentlichen unverschieblichen Lage fixieren.
- Einsatzkasten nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniermittel (111) mindestens einen von einer zurückgesetzten Einsatzkastenwand (27, 28, 29, 30) wegragenden, den zugeordneten Zwischenraum (55, 56, 58) überbrückenden Positioniervorsprung (113, 114, 115, 116) aufweisen, der sich bei in den Transportbehälter (5) eingesetztem Einsatzkasten (1) mit seiner Stirnfläche (117, 118, 119, 120) an der Innenfläche (59, 60, 61, 62) der gegenüberliegenden Transportbehälterwand (7, 8, 9, 10) abstützt.
- Einsatzkasten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Positioniervorsprung (113, 114, 115, 116) im Übergangsbereich zwischen der wenigstens einen zurückgesetzten und einer sich an diese anschließenden Einsatzkastenwand (28, 29, 30) vorgesehen ist und von einer über diese zurückgesetzte Einsatzkastenwand (27, 28, 30) vorstehenden Endpartie (36, 37, 48, 49) der benachbarten Einsatzkastenwand (28, 29, 30) gebildet ist.
- Einsatzkasten nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der bei eingesetztem Einsatzkasten (1) einer zurückgesetzten Einsatzkastenwand (28, 29, 30) gegenüberliegenden Innenfläche (60, 61, 62) der Transportbehälterwand (8, 9, 10) wenigstens eine den Positioniervorsprung (113, 114, 115, 116) seitlich abstützende Abstützfläche (123, 124, 125, 126) vorgesehen ist.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatzkasten (1) zum Einsetzen oder Herausnehmen in den bzw. aus dem Transportbehälter (5) über eine mit den Händen ergreifbare Greifeinrichtung (87) verfügt, die insbesondere von wenigstens einer in eine oder mehrere Einsatzkastenwände (27, 29) eingebrachte Durchgreiföffnungen (88, 89) gebildet ist.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Einsatzkastenwand (29) mit ihrer dem Einsatzkastenboden (32) entgegengesetzten oberen Endpartie (52) über die benachbarten Einsatzkastenwände (28, 30) in Höhenrichtung (39) hinausragt.
- Einsatzkasten nach Anspruch 9 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Greifeinrichtung (87) an der oberen Endpartie (52) der höheren Einsatzkastenwand (29) vorgesehen ist.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeraum (33) durch mindestens einen in Höhenrichtung (39) beabstandet zum Einsatzkastenboden (32) angeordneten und insbesondere herausnehmbaren Zwischenboden (92) in mehrere übereinanderliegende Aufnahmekammern (93, 94) unterteilt ist.
- Einsatzkasten nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Einsatzkastenboden (32) abgewandten Zwischenboden-Oberseite (99) ein oder mehrere Bestückungsplätze (71) für Gegenstände (2) vorgesehen sind, die insbesondere über Halteeinrichtungen (70) zum losbaren Halten der Gegenstände (2) verfügen.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bestückungsplätze (71) zumindest teilweise über Identifikations-Markierungen (108) für die anzubringenden Gegenstände (2) verfügen.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatzkasten (1) in eingesetztem Zustand den Innenraum (133) des Transportbehälters (5) im wesentlichen ausfüllt.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zum Transport des Einsatzkastens (1) dienende Transportbehälter (5) einen kastenähnlichen Basiskörper (6) aufweist, der mittels eines insbesondere angelenkten Transportbehälterdeckels (20) öffenbar verschließbar ist, der an seiner Innenseite zweckmäßigerweise einen oder mehrere mit jeweils einer Halteeinrichtung (70) versehene Bestückungsplätze (71) aufweist.
- Einsatzkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er über einen drehbar um eine in Hohenrichtung (39) verlaufende Drehachslinie im Bereich des unteren Endabschnitts (31) der Einsatzkastenwände (27 - 30) am Einsatzkasten (1) gelagerten Abstellfuß (135) verfügt.
