Claims (12)
- Dispositif de fermeture, en particulier serrure, à encastrer dans un battant de porte-fenêtre ou analogue, destiné à la manoeuvre d'une tringle (5) montée coulissante sur le chant du battant, la tringle portant des organes de verrouillage, comportant :un boítier plat (2) à encastrer ;un fouillot (14) monté rotatif dans le boítier autour d'un axe géométrique orthogonal au plan moyen du boítier, ce fouillot pouvant être entraíné en rotation par une poignée, en particulier une béquille (16), le fouillot (14) étant muni d'un bras de fouillot (17) qui commande la tringle (5) en coulissement,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen (21) pour entraíner le bras de fouillot comprend un doigt (22) lié au fouillot (14) ou au bras de fouillot (17), le doigt (22) étant situé radialement, respectivement, à l'extérieur du contour d'un moyeu (18) du bras de fouillot ou du fouillot (14), et étant logé dans un évidement (24) de ce moyeu de bras de fouillot ou du fouillot (14) respectivement, de manière à entraíner le bras de fouillot (17) pour le sens de rotation convenable en coopérant avec une butée d'extrémité de l'évidement (24), et à se déplacer librement dans cet évidement (24), sans entraíner le bras de fouillot (17), pour le déplacement en sens inverse de la béquille commandant le pêne.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'une grande face du boítier de serrure comporte un manchon (28) d'axe orthogonal au plan de la face, définissant au moins deux portées (29, 30 ; 32) décentrées assurant respectivement le guidage en rotation du fouillot (14) et du moyeu (18) de bras de fouillot autour de leurs centres de rotation différents (A, B).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon (28) comporte une ouverture circulaire (32) constituant la portée pour le guidage du fouillot (14), ouverture dont l'axe passe par le centre de rotation (A) du fouillot, et une surface extérieure constituée sensiblement par deux demi-cylindres de diamètres différents (29, 30) d'axe géométrique commun passant par le centre de rotation (B) décalé du bras de fouillot, les deux demi-cylindres se raccordant par deux épaulements (31) orientés sensiblement radialement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que le bras de fouillot (17) comporte au niveau de son moyeu (18) une ouverture (25) sensiblement semi-circulaire, de même rayon que celui de la grande surface cylindrique (29) du manchon (28), les extrémités de l'ouverture (25) du moyeu de bras de fouillot étant reliées par une traverse incurvée (26) définissant un arc concave intérieur de plus petit rayon épousant la surface semi-cylindrique (30) de plus petit rayon du manchon (28).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'un épaulement est formé à chaque extrémité de la traverse incurvée (26) pour venir en butée contre un épaulement conjugué (31) du manchon (28).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le fouillot (14) présente un contour cylindrique circulaire logé dans l'ouverture (32) du manchon (28), et une branche radiale (23) déportée de manière à enjamber la traverse (26) du moyeu de fouillot pour que le doigt (22) puisse entrer dans l'évidement (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le palâtre est réalisé en matière plastique et que le manchon (28) vient de moulage avec le palâtre (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le centre de rotation (A) du fouillot (14) et le centre de rotation (B) du bras (17) sont situés sur une droite orthogonale à la tringle (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9 comportant un pêne (39) de condamnation de tringle (5), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un moyen d'indexation (42) solidaire du boítier (1) propre à coopérer avec un moyen conjugué (40, 41) prévu sur le pêne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'indexation comprend un pion (42) solidaire du boítier, en particulier venant de moulage avec le palâtre (3) en matière plastique, et que le pêne (39) comporte une fenêtre (40) munie d'un bossage médian (41), fenêtre dans laquelle est engagé le pion (42).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'elle comprend un frein (43) de tringle , en particulier formé par une languette (44) venant de moulage avec le palâtre en matière plastique, prenant appui contre un bossage (45) de la tringle (5).
