Abstract
Zur Beschleunigung der Ermittlung von Verkehrsinformationen unter Verwendung von in einem Kraftfahrzeug mit Sensoren (1) erfaßten Daten, die von dem Kraftfahrzeug mit einer Sendeeinrichtung (5) kommuniziert werden, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn die Kraftfahrzeuge mit Empfangseinrichtungen (5) für die kommunizierten Daten ausgestattet werden und wenn typischerweise Gefahrensituationen zuzuordnende Sensordaten auf kurzem Weg von Fahrzeug zu Fahrzeug übertragen und im empfangenden Kraftfahrzeug zu einem Warnsignal verarbeitet werden. To speed up the determination of traffic information using data recorded in a motor vehicle with sensors (1) and communicated by the motor vehicle with a transmitting device (5), it is expedient if the motor vehicles are equipped with receiving devices (5) for the communicated data and if sensor data typically to be assigned to hazardous situations are transmitted from vehicle to vehicle over a short distance and are processed into a warning signal in the receiving motor vehicle.
