Description
- un coffre anti-effraction défini par une paroi interne et une paroi externe s'étendant, depuis un fond dont elles sont rendues solidaires, parallèlement au plan de l'ouvrant coulissant à hauteur du chant avant de ce dernier, ledit fond du coffre anti-effraction étant prévu apte à être fixé en applique sur une têtière et comportant une lumière oblongue traversée par l'organe de verrouillage et dont les dimensions sont adaptées à la course de ce dernier ;
- et une gâche constituée par un capot comportant, dans sa partie avant, une ouverture pour la réception de l'organe de verrouillage, tandis que dans sa partie arrière, ce capot est à même de venir coiffer des moyens supports aptes à être rapportés en feuillure du dormant, entre sa partie arrière et sa partie avant, ledit capot présentant une forme sans contre-dépouille, ni aspérité ou décrochement empêchant l'accrochage d'un outil lors d'une tentative d'effraction.

Claims (7)
- Dispositif anti-effraction pour ferrure de verrouillage pour ouvrant coulissant (4), du type comportant au moins un organe de verrouillage (2) tel qu'un pêne à crochet, à même de se présenter saillant par rapport au chant avant (3) dudit ouvrant coulissant (4) en vue de coopérer avec une gâche (5) rapportée en applique sur le montant (7) correspondant du dormant (8), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte :un coffre anti-effraction (13) définit par au moins une paroi interne (14) et une paroi externe (14A) s'étendant, depuis un fond (16) dont elles sont rendues solidaires, parallèlement au plan de l'ouvrant coulissant (4), à hauteur du chant avant (3) de ce dernier, ledit fond (16) du coffre anti-effraction (13) étant prévu apte à être fixé en applique sur une têtière (11) et comportant une lumière oblongue (18) traversée par l'organe de verrouillage (2) et dont les dimensions sont adaptées à la course de ce dernier ;et une gâche (5) constituée par un capot (19) comportant, dans sa partie avant, une ouverture (20) pour la réception de l'organe de verrouillage (2), tandis que, dans sa partie arrière (21), ce capot (19) est à même de venir coiffer des moyens supports (22) aptes à être rapportés en feuillure (6) du dormant (8), entre sa partie arrière (21) et sa partie avant, ledit capot (19) présentant une forme sans contre-dépouille, ni aspérité ou décrochement empêchant l'accrochage d'un outil lors d'une tentative d'effraction.
- Dispositif anti-effraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les parois interne (14) et externe (14A) du coffre anti-effraction (13) sont reliées par des parois d'extrémité (15, 15A).
- Dispositif anti-effraction selon la revendication 1, dont la gâche (5) vient s'escamoter dans une rainure prévue en feuillure (6) du dormant (8), caractérisé par le fait que les parois interne (14) et externe (14A) du coffre anti-effraction (13) se situent extérieurement à ladite rainure, de part et d'autre des parois délimitant celle-ci latéralement.
- Dispositif anti-effraction selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le coffre anti-effraction (13) comporte des parois d'extrémité (15, 15A) venant s'inscrire dans ladite rainure dans laquelle est escamotée la gâche (5), en venant se situer au-dessus et en dessous de cette dernière.
- Dispositif anti-effraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens supports (22) comportent, d'une part, un sabot (24) destiné à être inséré dans une rainure (23) présente en feuillure (6) du dormant (8) et, d'autre part, une partie émergeante (25) sur laquelle est positionné le capot (19), ledit sabot (24) comportant des moyens de retenue (31), sous forme de picots, striures, nervures ou analogues, aptes à assurer l'immobilité en translation de ces moyens supports (22) dans ladite rainure (23).
- Dispositif anti-effraction selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens supports (22) se décomposent en deux pièces élémentaires (22A, 22B) comportant, chacune, un sabot (24) et une partie émergeante (25), lesdites pièces élémentaires (22A, 22B) étant ainsi espacées l'une de l'autre de manière à laisser un passage à l'organe de verrouillage (2) destiné à traverser une ouverture (20) dans la partie avant du capot (19).
- Dispositif anti-effraction selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que les pièces élémentaires (22A, 22B) constituant les moyens supports (22) comportent des ouvertures (32) de forme oblongue pour le passage d'organes de fixation (28), tels que vis ou analogues, assurant, simultanément, la liaison entre le capot (19) et lesdits moyens supports (22), d'une part, et entre ces derniers et le dormant (8), d'autre part.
