8,4 g prim-Hexylammonium-diisobutyl-phosphat und 100 g
Trimellitsäureester (Trimellitsäure-tri(tridecyl)ester) zugesetzt. Nach der Homogenisierung
mittels einer Dreistuhlwalze wurde ein Schmierfett der NLGI Klasse 2 mit
besonders langer Laufzeit auf der FAG FE-9 Prüfmaschine bei einer Temperatur
von 180°C erhalten. Die Schmierfettgebrauchsdauer der erfindungsgemäßen
Zusammensetzung und die Versuchsparameter lassen sich Figur 1 entnehmen.
Zum Vergleich wurde auch eine handelsübliche Schmierfettzusammensetzung
unter den gleichen Versuchsbedingungen getestet. Diese Ergebnisse sind in Fig.
2 gezeigt. Es läßt sich deutlich entnehmen, daß die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung

wurde ein Schmierfett der NLGI Klasse 2 mit besonders langer Laufzeit auf

in einem Prüfstand, dessen Aufbau in Fig. 3 dargestellt
ist, einem Dauerbelastungstest unterzogen. Dabei galten folgende Bedingungen:
Kriterium für die Beurteilung des Schmiermittels war dabei der vollständige Ausfall des Prüflagers. Durch den Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Schmierfettzusammensetzung wurde bei einem Spezifikationslauf die Laufzeit des Kupplungsausrücklagers von 1200 auf 2000 Stunden erhöht. Dies bedeutet, daß insbesondere im Hochtemperaturbereich von 140 bis 180°C im Grenz- bzw. Mischreibungsgebiet eine bedeutende Leistungssteigerung erreicht werden konnte.The criterion for the assessment of the lubricant was the complete failure of the test warehouse.
