Claims (21)
- Ausgabekopf (7, 107) für ein in einem Behälter (2, 102) enthaltenes Produkt (P) von flüssiger bis pastenförmiger Konsistenz, mit einem axial beweglichen Druckknopf (26), wobei der Druckknopf einen Körper aufweist, dessen Innenwände eine Pumpkammer (22) mit variablem Volumen definieren, mit einem Eingang für das Produkt, der von einer auf einem Kolben (12, 112, 212) sitzenden Einlaßklappe (16, 116, 216) verschlossen wird, wobei der Kolben mindestens eine Dichtlippe (12a, 12b; 112a, 112b; 212a, 212b) aufweist, in Kontakt mit der die Innenwände sich zwischen einer oberen axialen Stellung und einer unteren axialen Stellung verschieben, wobei der Übergang von der unteren axialen Stellung in die obere axiale Stellung das Ansaugen von Produkt (P) in die Pumpkammer (22) über die Einlaßklappe bewirkt, und der Übergang von der oberen Stellung in die untere Stellung den Austritt des angesaugten Produkts durch eine Ausgabeklappe (40) bewirkt, die eine Ausgangsöffnung (36) der Kammer (22) verschließt, wobei elastische Rückholmittel (32) vorgesehen sind, um den Druckknopf (26) in die obere Stellung zurückzuholen, wobei die Einlaßklappe (16, 116, 216) und der Kolben (12, 112, 212) auf einen Ring (4) montiert sind, der über dem Behälter (2, 102) sitzt, wobei der Ring einen Sitz (18, 118) für die Einlaßklappe (16, 116, 216) aufweist, um jede Rückkehr von Produkt (P) in den Behälter (2, 102) zu verhindern, wobei der Kolben einen zentralen Bereich (16, 116, 216) aufweist, der in Form einer Membran aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material hergestellt ist, in der mindestens eine Öffnung (14, 114, 214) ausgebildet ist, um die Einlaßklappe zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (12, 112, 212) von einem ringförmigen Bereich gebildet wird, der aus einem steifen oder halbsteifen Material hergestellt ist, das sich vom Material des zentralen Bereichs (16, 116, 216) unterscheidet, wobei der zentrale Bereich (16, 116, 216) einstückig mit dem ringförmigen Bereich ausgebildet ist.
- Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Bereich (12, 112, 212) die Montage des Kolbens auf einen Zufuhrkanal (10) gewährleistet, der den Sitz (18, 118) trägt, wobei der ringförmige Bereich außerhalb des Zufuhrkanals positioniert ist.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (16, 116, 216) so auf den Sitz (18, 118) montiert ist, daß sie die Öffnung (14, 114, 214) zumindest dann dicht verschließt, wenn im Inneren der Kammer ein Überdruck herrscht.
- Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (16, 116, 216) so auf den Sitz (18, 118) montiert ist, daß sie die Öffnung (14, 114, 214) in Abwesenheit eines Unterdrucks im Inneren der Kammer dicht verschließt.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Bereich (12, 112, 212) des Kolbens einen einen Anschlag bildenden Abschnitt (12c) aufweist, um die präzise Positionierung des zentralen Bereichs des Kolbens auf dem Sitz zu gewährleisten.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaßklappe (16, 116, 216) und der ringförmige Bereich (12a, 12b; 112a, 112b; 212a, 212b) durch Bi-Injektion oder Überformen von zwei kompatiblen oder nicht kompatiblen Materialien hergestellt werden.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Bereich (12a, 12b; 112a, 112b; 212a, 212b) eine in Richtung auf sein freies Ende abnehmende Stärke aufweist.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaßklappe (16, 116, 216) aus einer Membran besteht, wobei diese Membran eine variable Stärke aufweist.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastisch verformbare Material ein Elastomermaterial ist.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastisch verformbare Elastomermaterial ausgewählt wird aus den Elastomeren der Propylen/Etyhlen-Copolymere, den Polyether-Blockamiden, den Polyvinylen, den Ethylen/Propylen-Dien-Terpolymeren (EPDM), den sequentiellen Styrol-Butadien-Polymeren (SBS), den sequentiellen Styrol-Ethylen-Butadien-Polymeren (SEBS-SIS), den thermoplastischen Polyurethanen, den Mischungen von Polypropylen mit einem der folgenden Elastomere: sequentielle Styrol-Ethylen-Butadien-Polymere (SEBS-SIS), Ethylen/Propylen-Dien-Terpolymere (EPDM), sequentielle Styrol-Butadien-Polymere (SBS), Silikonelastomere, Butyl- oder Nitrilkautschuke, Latexe oder fluorierte Elastomere.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastisch verformbare Material eine Shore A Härte zwischen 15 und 90 aufweist.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das steife oder halbsteife Material aus den Polyethylenen hoher und niedriger Dichte, den Polypropylenen, den Polyvinylchloriden, den Polyacetalen, den Ethylvinylacetaten ausgewählt wird.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (16, 216) in ihrer Mitte eine Öffnung (14, 214) mit einem Querschnitt aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Querschnitt des Sitzes (18, 118), wobei dieser Sitz an der Spitze eines Zufuhrkanals (11) zentriert ist, der von dem Ring (4) gebildet wird.
- Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zone der Membran (216), die die Öffnung (214) umgibt, mehrere radiale Schlitze (214a) aufweist.
- Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (116) mehrere konzentrische Schlitze (114a-114c) aufweist, wobei der Sitz aus einem Ringbereich an der Spitze eines Zuführkanals (11) besteht, der von dem Ring (4) gebildet wird.
- Spender (1, 101) für ein Produkt (P) flüssiger bis pastenförmiger Konsistenz, der mit einem Ausgabekopf (7, 107) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (4) einen Zufuhrkanal (11) aufweist, der auf die Längsachse (X) des Spenders zentriert ist und auf die Einlaßklappe (16, 116, 216) des Ausgabekopfes (7, 107) mündet, wobei der Zufuhrkanal von einem ringförmigen Abschnitt umgeben ist, der einen Hohlraum (5) um den ganzen Zufuhrkanal (11) herum bildet, wobei dieser Hohlraum entgegengesetzt zum Zufuhrkanal von einer ringförmigen äußeren Schürze (6) begrenzt wird, die Mittel (6a) zur Befestigung auf dem Spender aufweist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (5) eine Querwand (5b) zwischen dem Zufuhrkanal (11) und der äußeren ringförmigen Schürze (6) aufweist, wobei die elastischen Rückholmittel (32) zwischen einer vom Druckknopf (26) gebildeten Schulter (28) und dieser Querwand angeordnet sind.
- Spender (1) nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2) aus einer geschmeidigen und biegsamen Tasche besteht, die ein offenes Ende (2a) aufweist, das fest mit dem Ring (4) verbunden ist und mit dem Zufuhrkanal (11) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Befestigungsmittel (6a) mit einem Endrand (6b) einer die Tasche enthaltenden, äußeren steifen oder halbsteifen Hülle (8) zusammenwirken.
- Spender (101) nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (102) aus einer steifen oder halbsteifen Hülle (8) besteht, die mit dem Zufuhrkanal (11) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Befestigungsmittel mit einem Endrand der steifen oder halbsteifen äußeren Hülle zusammenwirken, wobei ein Nachlaufkolben (102a) am Boden des Behälters angeordnet ist.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt (P) eine Creme, ein Gel oder ein flüssiger Fond de Teint ist.
