Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The invention relates to a latching hook arrangement, in particular one for fixing magnet systems with loudspeaker baskets.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In the prior art loudspeaker baskets are constructed so that at mutual axial distance in the direction of the loudspeaker axis a bottom and an upper edge is present and that the upper edge is connected to the bottom with at least one intermediate piece. Such an arrangement, which shows a plurality of intermediate pieces, is shown for example in DE-A-41 130 17. In the context of this application, an arrangement with an intermediate piece is understood to mean one in which the entire circumference of the base is continuously connected to the entire circumference of the upper edge. The latter does not exclude that in such an intermediate piece openings are formed. In addition to the arrangements shown in DE-A-41 130 17 loudspeakers are also known which have a magnet system arranged inside the loudspeaker basket. Such an arrangement is shown for example in DE-A-196 18 898 in more detail.

The bottom of the speaker basket is, as also shown in DE-A-41 130 17 and DE-A-196 18 898, connected to a magnet system. In the context of this application, a magnet system is understood to mean not only the unit formed from return-path parts, holders and the permanent magnets, but also the individual parts (return-circuit parts, holders and permanent magnets) themselves, which form such a magnet system.

The connection of ground and magnet system is solved in many ways in the prior art. Known types of connection in this context are the bonding, riveting and screwing. Occasionally, the latching is specified as a connection technique (such as in DE-A-40 31 742), whereby it should always be noted that such a connection technique can be used only in very light magnetic systems. The reasons that lead to the limited usability of snap-in connections, are that latching hooks are not able to permanently magnetic systems, such as mid or woofers permanently connected to the bottom of the speaker basket connect. The reason for this is that for tolerance compensation formed with the magnetic system or the parts of the magnet system coming into contact edges of the locking hooks are formed beveled and thus the latching hooks or their edges have only a linear contact with the magnet system. This linear contact as well as the cold flow typical in synthetic hooks cause the snap hook connection to loosen or loosen. The latter can only be avoided by securing the latching hooks latched to the magnet system, for example by means of an additional tensioning band shown in EP-A-0 538 702, which prevents the latching hooks from slipping off the magnet system.

US 4 852 178 shows the clamping of a loudspeaker only by turning a clamping ring on a provided with snap hook plate.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a latching hook arrangement, with which a magnet system can be locked regardless of the weight of the magnet system, without further external security measures for such a latching connection are necessary.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

This object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are the claims 2-4 removed. Runs according to claim 1 to the edge of the second component, which is arranged in the connected state of both components between the contact shoulder and the ramp of the first locking device, a securing edge, the first component with the second heavy component can be permanently locked. The necessary for the locking of the two components mutual rotation of the two components causes the webs of the first latching hook between the edges and the securing edges, so that a "snatching" the latch hook necessary radial movement of the latching hook is excluded in this position.

In addition, it is ensured by screwing in the webs between the edge and the securing edge, that each of the latching hook receives a predetermined desired position to the second component. If the frictional force, which is necessary for screwing in the webs of the first latching hooks between the edges and the associated securing edges, is not considered sufficient to prevent later removal of the webs from the just defined position, additional securing means can be arranged according to claim 2.

A particularly advantageous connection between the two components is given if - as stated in claim 3 - the securing means from the second locking hook of specified type are formed, since in this case the first locking hooks only need to absorb axial forces and the second locking hooks are responsible only to avoid mutual rotation of both components in the connected state. In addition, it is ensured by this type of connection that the two components are later sorted recoverable because only one tool must pry the first and second locking hooks from their respective desired position to dissolve the connection.

Have according to claim 4 all webs of the first locking hooks and all abutment shoulders or webs of the second locking hooks the same distance A 'to a common center M, the cost of producing the locking connection is significantly reduced because the abutment shoulders of the second locking hooks the edges and their securing edges to be able to use.

Wege zum Ausführen der ErfindungWays to carry out the invention

The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS.

In Fig. 1, reference numeral 10 is a holder for a Magtnetsystem DE-A-196 18 898 described in more detail. Reference numeral 11 designates a loudspeaker basket for such a magnet system, but only the bottom plate 12 of the loudspeaker basket 11 is shown in more detail. On the underside 13 of the bottom plate 12 are first latching hooks 14.1 - 4 visible These first latching hooks 14.1 - 4 are each formed by a web 15 and a arranged at the free end of the web 15 ramp 16. In addition, each web 15 still includes a contact shoulder 13 ', which is formed in the present case of the bottom 13 of the bottom plate 12.

In this edge 17 four apertures 18.1 - 4 are arranged. As illustrated for the breakthrough 18.1, each aperture 18 is formed by an edge 19 and a securing edge 20, wherein in plan view of a holder 10, the respective right and left end of a securing edge 20 is parallel to the edge 19 of the respective opening 18. In addition, Fig. 1 is removable, that the respective right end of the openings 18 and that of the respective edge 19 and the associated securing edge 20 has a distance A. This distance A corresponds to the thickness D of the webs 15 of the first latching hooks 14th

Is lowered to the bottom plate 12 in the direction of arrow P1 on the holder 10 so that the first latching hooks 14 penetrate the left ends of the apertures 18, the bevels slide 16 'of the ramps 16 along the edges 19, wherein the webs 15 slightly outward be bent. These relationships are shown in more detail in FIG.

If the bottom 13 of the bottom plate 12 completely on the edge 17 of the holder 10, the webs 15 again assume their position shown in Fig. 1, in which case the edge 17 between the ramps 16 (not visible in Fig. 2) and the from the bottom 13 of the bottom plate 12 formed abutment shoulders 13 'is clamped. Then, the holder 10 is rotated in the direction of arrow P2 (Fig. 2) relative to the bottom plate 12, so that the webs 15 are screwed in the direction of the right ends of the openings 18 in this. These relationships are Fig. 3 can be removed.

In this context, it should be noted that in Fig. 3 for reasons of better depiction on a gapless abutment of the bottom 13 of the bottom plate 12 was dispensed with the edge 17 of the holder 10. Have the webs 15 taken after twisting in the direction of arrow P2 their end position, they can not perform radial movements, so that the holder 10 of the bottom plate 12 only by a rotational movement opposite to the arrow direction P2 (FIG. 2) and a subsequent to the holder 10th acting tensile force opposite to the direction of the arrow P1 (Fig. 1) can be solved. However, since the edge 17 is clamped between the ramps 16 (FIG. 1) and the abutment shoulders 13 '(FIGS. 1 and 2), the rim 17 is pressed against the bottom plate 12, the static friction caused thereby is between the bottom plate 12 and the edge 17 already enough to exclude a rotational movement of the holder against the direction of the arrow P2 (Fig. 2).

If a rotational movement of the holder 10 against the direction of the arrow P2 is excluded even under extreme conditions, additional securing means are necessary, which are already connected in one piece with the holder 10 and / or the loudspeaker frame 11, contrary to the prior art.

In the present case, these securing means are formed by the second latching hook 14 ', which are each formed by a contact shoulder 13'', a web 15' and a ramp 16 ''. The webs 15 'of the second latching hook 14' extend parallel to the contact shoulders 13 'of the first latching hooks 14 and to the bottom 13 of the bottom plate 12. In addition, the Investment shoulders 13 '' of the second locking hooks 14 'and the webs 15 of the first locking hooks 14 are equal distance A' to a common center M (Fig. 1).

Further, in the edge 17 are respectively provided at the right ends of the apertures 18 and with a lateral distance to these slots 21.

If now, as indicated in Fig. 1, the bottom plate 12 is lowered onto the holder 10, penetrate the second latching hooks 14 'the openings 18. Then takes place after the first latching hooks 14 have embraced the edge 19, the rotational movement in the direction of arrow P2 ( Fig. 2), thread the abutment shoulders 13 '' in the distance A of the apertures 18 a. During this threading, the ramps 16 "of the second catch hooks 14 'slide on the underside 22 of the rim 17 until the ramps 16" meet the slots 21. Since the webs 15' are resilient during sliding on the underside 22 of the rim 17. *** " were deformed, this deformation is restored as soon as the respective ramp 16 "hits a slot 21. This provision also causes each intermediate piece 23 (FIG. 1) of the edge 17 to be locked between the abutment shoulder 13 '' and the ramp 16 '', whereby at the same time any movement of the holder 10 against the direction of the arrow P2 (FIG. 2) is inhibited becomes.

Claims (4)
