Description

The invention relates to a screw with a magnet for hand-held tool devices according to the preamble of claim 1.

Hand-held tool devices such as chisels have a gear and a percussion. Both the gearbox and the striking mechanism show mechanically interacting, metallic components. When interacting despite lubrication, these components are subject to metallic abrasion, which is reflected in the Components lubricating lubricant distributed over the lubricant to ball bearings and Toothings arrives and there is excessive wear and tear premature damage to the ball bearings and the gears.

From US-PS 4 810 148 is a device for collecting metallic, in the Known abrasion gear housing known from a screw with a Magnet exists and can be inserted into the gear housing. The screw points Head part and a shaft part, the head part radially projecting beyond the shaft part and the Shaft part is provided with an external thread and with a recess for free end of the shaft part is open. The turning drive of the screw serve rotary driving surfaces on the outer contour of the head part in the form of an external hexagon, on which a corresponding screwing tool can be attached.

A magnet protrudes into the recess and surrounds the free end of the shaft part Exceeds the amount that is greater than the total length of the screw. Due to the large length of the magnet protrudes a little into the interior of the gearbox and is washed around by the circulating lubricant. In this way, the metallic abrasion to the magnet and remains at the free end and on the circumference of the Magnets stick.

This known screw has the disadvantage that when removing the screw Magnet can hit the side of the external thread. Part of the scope of the Magnet abrasion accumulated on the thread of the Stripped gearbox housing and is deposited there. In the following The screwing in of the screw can be caused by the metal abrasion deposited on the thread damage to the threaded connection between the screw and the Gearbox cause or cause a leak in the area Lead threaded connection. Another disadvantage is the large axial length of the Magnet that extends beyond the free end of the screw. So that together with the Screw inserted into the gearbox magnet with moving parts of the Gearbox cannot collide, the gearbox must have an additional one Have recording area that leads to a large size of the gear housing leads.

The invention has for its object to a screw with a magnet create where a large amount of metal debris can accumulate without metal abrasion is deposited on the external thread and one with moving parts Machine tool cannot collide.

This problem is solved by a screw with a magnet, which is characteristic of the Section of claim 1 features listed. Thereby, that the axially measured strength of the magnet is essentially that of the free end of the shaft part from the measured depth of the recess corresponds to the magnet can be used in the screw such that a surface of the magnet and the free End of the shaft portion of the screw are substantially in the same plane. There the screw surrounds the circumference of the magnet, metal abrasion can only occur on the Collect the face of the magnet pointing in the direction of rotation. When unscrewing the screw from the gearbox housing gets the metal abrasion with the The receiving thread of the gearbox housing is not in contact. A deposit of Metal abrasion on the thread is prevented.

With the help of the magnet, a large amount of metallic abrasion is collected and can be tied to the magnet, it must have a very large, have interacting with the lubricant contact surface on which Lubricant flows past. The axial strength of the magnet and the corresponding one The depth of the recess can be very small. The ratio is expediently between the depth of the recess and the outer diameter of the shaft part 0.1: 1 to 0.2: 1.

A form-fitting fixing of the magnet in the recess is preferred achieved by tapering the recess towards the free end of the shaft part and encompasses the circumferential area of the magnet at least partially.

If the screw according to the invention is to be disposed of, it is necessary to separate the magnet from the screw. To do this separation process with simple To be able to accomplish means is preferably in the peripheral area Recess at least one extension arranged, the recess radially protrudes and is open towards the free end of the shaft part. In these Recess, for example, a screwdriver can be used, the Swiveling on the one hand on a surface facing the free shaft part of the Screw supports, on the other hand engages on the side of the magnet and the magnet out the recess. The magnet can be a radial depression, for example have, in which the tip of the screwdriver can engage positively. It is it is also possible to design the recess axially so deep that it can reach behind of the magnet is made possible by the screwdriver.

Since the magnet arranged in the recess when pressed out with the Tilting screwdriver and jamming it are advantageous that several extensions evenly distributed in the peripheral area of the recess arranged. In this way it is possible to use two magnets, for example to press opposing screwdrivers out of the recess.

The screw is advantageously made of plastic. The one made of plastic Screw is light and leads to a smaller one Total weight of the machine tool.

For economic reasons and thus the magnet with the screw in Connection is established, the magnet is advantageously extrusion-coated with plastic.

The screw 1 has a plurality of depressions 21, 22 on the end face 23 of the head part 2 in which a screwing tool, not shown, can engage. The depressions 21, 22 are open towards the front side 23 of the head part 2 and extend up to the area of the shaft part 3. The depression 22 is arranged in the center of the screw 1 and is designed in the form of a hexagon socket. This central depression 22nd extends in the axial direction over substantially half the total length L of Screw 1. The two, diametrically opposite recesses 21 are as Blind holes formed.

The shaft part 3 has a recess 32 which leads to the free end of the shaft part 3 is open towards. The axial depth T of the recess 32 essentially corresponds one third of the total length L of the screw 1. The ratio between the Depth T of the recess 32 and the outer diameter of the shaft part 3 is 0.1: 1 to 0.2: 1.

The magnet 4, the outer diameter of which is essentially fixed, is fastened in the recess 32 corresponds to the inner diameter of the recess 32. The magnet 4 tapers is stepped in the direction of rotation and lies with its step-like taper adjoining end face 41 in one plane with the free end of the shaft part 3 Shaft part 3 tapers towards its free end.

The recess 32 tapers in the direction of insertion and engages behind with a tapered one Section the step-like tapered area of the magnet 4, so that the magnet 4th is held positively in the screw 1.

Four extensions 33 are arranged in the peripheral region of the mouth of the recess 32, which are arranged evenly distributed over the circumference of the recess 32. The extensions 33 extend partially along the circumference of the recess 32 and protrude beyond the recess 32 in the radial direction to the outside. For free At the end of the shaft part 3, the extensions 33 are open.
