Claims (7)
- Zylinderkopf (18) für einen Motor, mit einer Anordnung für die Befestigung eines Einspritzventils (10) für den Kraftstoff, wobei das Einspritzventil ein Gehäuse (12) aufweist, von dem ein Teil in Axialrichtung eine zylindrische Aussparung (16) im Zylinderkopf (18) durchsetzt, sodass eine Spitze (24) für das Einspritzen von Kraftstoff, die das untere axiale Ende (20) des Einspritzventils (10) verlängert, in einer Einlasskammer (26) für den Kraftstoff mündet, die durch eine Innenseite (28) des Zylinderkopfes (18) begrenzt wird, wobei das Einspritzventil (10) in Axialrichtung im Klemmsitz im Zylinderkopf (18) durch einen Befestigungsflansch (42) gehalten wird, der sich auf einem Verbindungselement (46) abstützt, welches fest mit dem Mittenabschnitt des Gehäuses (12) des Einspritzventils (10) verbunden ist und das in Axialrichtung zum Zylinderkopf (18) hin durch in Axialrichtung in den Zylinderkopf (18) eingeschraubte Schrauben beaufschlagt wird, wobei ein Axialspiel zwischen dem Befestigungsflansch (42) und einer Außenseite (40) des Zylinderkopfes (18) besteht und wobei eine Dichtung (22) vorgesehen ist, auf der sich in Axialrichtung das untere Ende (20) des Gehäuses (12) des Einspritzventils (10) abstützt zur Erzielung einer Abdichtung zwischen der Aussparung (16) für das Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils (10) und der Einlasskammer (26) für den Kraftstoff, die durch die Innenseite (28) des Zylinderkopfes (18) begrenzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zueinander komplementären Kontaktflächen (44,46) des Befestigungsflansches (42) und des Verbindungselementes (46) kugelförmig ausgestaltet sind, dass das Verbindungselement (46) in Axialrichtung im wesentlichen in der Mitte des Gehäuses (12) des Einspritzventils angeordnet ist und dass das Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils eine Öffnung (50) im Befestigungsflansch durchsetzt, die im wesentlichen konisch ausgestaltet ist zum Erhalt eines Radialspiels zwischen dem Befestigungsflansch (42) und dem Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils (10) während des Einbaus des Flansches (42).
- Anordnung für die Befestigung eines Einspritzventils (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelpunkt der Kugel, die durch die Kontaktflächen (44,48) zwischen dem Befestigungsflansch (42) und dem Verbindungselement (46) definiert ist, auf der Achse des Einspritzventils (10) angeordnet ist um eine axiale Verteilung der Klemmkraft zu erzielen.
- Anordnung für die Befestigung eines Einspritzventils (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (46) zwischen dem Befestigungsflansch (42) und dem Einspritzventil (10) ein Einsatzteil ist, das am Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils (10) befestigt ist.
- Anordnung für die Befestigung eines Einspritzventils (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Verbindungselement (46) in Axialrichtung und in Richtung der Klemmkraft auf einem elastischen Haltering (32) abstützt, der in einer radialen Nut (30) des Gehäuses (12) des Einspritzventils (10) festgelegt ist.
- Anordnung für die Befestigung eines Einspritzventils (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (46) zwischen dem Befestigungsflansch und dem Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils (10) eine im wesentlichen rohrförmige Gestalt aufweist, wobei es vom Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils durchsetzt wird, sowie mit einer kugelförmigen Oberfläche (48) versehen ist und auf seiner Unterseite eine Nut aufweist um sich auf dem elastischen Haltering (32) abzustützen.
- Anordnung für die Befestigung eines Einspritzventils (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (46) zwischen dem Befestigungsflansch (42) und dem Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils (10) einstückig mit dem Gehäuse (12) des Einspritzventils (10) hergestellt worden ist.
- Anordnung für die Befestigung eines Einspritzventils (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Schrauben (52) für die Halterung des Befestigungsflansches (42) eine gestufte Schraube ist, die einen Schraubenkopf (54) aufweist zur axialen Anlage am Flansch (42), an den sich ein erster axialer Abschnitt (56) des Schaubenkörpers anschließt, der durch einen zweiten mit einem Gewinde versehenen Endabschnitt (58) mit geringerem Durchmesser verlängert ist, wobei die beiden Abschnitte durch eine untere ringförmige Schulterfläche (60) begrenzt sind, die in Kontakt steht mit der Außenseite (40) des Zylinderkopfes (18) und dass die Länge des ersten Abschnitts das Axialspiel zwischen dem Zylinderkopf (18) und dem Befestigungsflansch (42) bestimmt.
