Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a can according to the preamble of claim 1.
Cans with a can jacket running around the can axis, a can bottom and a closure assembly located at the end opposite the can bottom are used to hold a wide variety of products. The tightly closable closure arrangement comprises a closure membrane and a slip lid. The sealing membrane closes the can jacket in one Tightly from the end area and may consist of (especially with thin aluminum foil laminated) paper and / or plastic, but preferably a metal foil, especially made of aluminum, all of the following for the sake of simplicity only as Called membrane or film. If necessary, the membrane or film is in itself known way removable with the aid of tear tabs. To protect the vulnerable Foil and to close the can after removing the foil Slip lid placed on the can, the slip lid edge at least on the outside, but possibly also outside and inside, extending over the edge of the can.
The collar-shaped edge of the sealing membrane is pulled up in the direction of the can axis, the end surface of the film is inside the can and the collar-shaped Edge from the end surface against or to the front edge of the can extends. The membrane collar is usually cylindrical and with a corresponding cylindrical end region of the inside of the can jacket is firmly connected, or glued or sealed. The - preferably flanged - can edge from The membrane collar is wrapped around or free. If the collar is not over the edge of the can extends, this makes it easier to attach and tear open the film.
The membrane films described therein are at most 0.2 mm thick and e.g. from a 50µ aluminum foil with 20µ heat seal coating on the inside and 10-20µ lubricating lacquer coating on the outside. Depending on the contents or on a lid used, If necessary, the can base is also formed with a film and, in particular, a slip bottom be.
In general, it is preferred if the membrane film - at least in that for the Connection with the inner wall of the can specific area - with a heat seal lacquer is coated. Basically, however, the inner wall of the can can also be mentioned in the above Area - as well as that of (e.g. coated with aluminum foil) combination cans - be provided with a primer or a heat sealable layer; otherwise required the tight connection often requires the use of special - especially multi-component - adhesives or heat seal lacquers. In any case, it can also be bare or lacquered tin cans are sealed.
Die CH 467 202 beschreibt eine Dose mit einer Verschlussmembran, die aus Flachmaterial besteht, die gleiche Dicke hat wie der Dosenmantel und aus der lediglich eine, von einer Schwächungslinie umgebene, Mittelpartie entfernbar ist.CH 467 202 describes a can with a sealing membrane made of flat material consists of the same thickness as the can jacket and from which only one of a weakened line, the middle section is removable.
The problem with the at least partially removable closure membrane is that this must be removable with a relatively small effort. Therefore can push the contents against the sealing membrane to break open or at least to leaks in the connection area or in the area of the weakening line, the sealing membrane. Content hits the membrane occur, for example, during transport. When the can lid is facing down acts on the membrane, in addition to the impact forces, the weight of the contents of the can. Most of the cans come with an inserted membrane and a slip lid filled through the still open can bottom. The incoming filling material strikes on the membrane, the force acting on the membrane directly from the Density and the feed rate of the product depends. With quick filling and / or heavy filling material leakage occurs when the cans are filled too large on. With cans with easily removable membranes, this can also be the case with air transport or negative pressure occurring during transport in mountain regions to loosen the membrane to lead. Even if the force only leads to an irreversible deformation, so this may be undesirable in special applications.
The known plug-in lids eliminate these problems, but are because of the required grip ring is more expensive and therefore more expensive than the slip-on cover, so there is a desire for the latter.
The object of the invention is now a closure arrangement with easily removable Closure elements, i.e. in particular with a sealing membrane and to create a slip lid, so that the cans are possible even on the Membrane acting forces, such as when filling quickly, especially with heavy contents, and remain tight during transport.
To solve the task, together with the generic terms, the characterizing features of claim 1 provided. By attaching it to the sealing membrane acting, outward forces at least in part or Contact areas due to the fact that they can be applied to support areas on the inside of the lid can be transferred to the lid, there is a risk of leaky membranes essentially eliminated. The cans according to the invention can therefore be larger Speed and filled with high density goods without precautions transported and also exposed to relatively large negative pressures.
To prevent, for example, when the can is in an environment with negative pressure located in the sealing membrane and / or from this on the slip lid large forces act, the membrane preferably comprises an expansion area between two contact areas. The expansion area is bead-like or bead-like, and runs along a closed line, preferably circular, if necessary but also elliptical around the can axis. The expansion area allows a deformation associated with a change in volume in the closed can area the sealing membrane, in particular an enlargement or reduction the bead in the expansion area. There may also be a sprung movement the membrane sub-areas inside and outside the expansion area relative to each other achievable.
The type of pressure-related deformation of the sealing membrane depends not only on the Design and material of the membrane, but also from or from the support area (s) of the slip lid. The slip lid can be made of plastic or cardboard be. Preferred embodiments ensure an elastic or reversible Deformation also for large volume changes, so that the can even after it has been exposed to negative pressure, does not look bloated. If necessary, it is advisable if the cavity between the membrane and the lid has a small Compensating opening is connected to the environment, so that membrane movements not transferred to the lid. To secure the lid in a defined position To give a seat, for example, a groove is provided in the body of the lid, which in the desired position a ring, especially the outward flanging, records. It goes without saying that any other stuck connections can be provided between the lid and the can jacket.

Verkleinerung der Wulst im Ausdehnungsbereich 17.If appropriate, the membrane comprises an
Es versteht sich, dass beliebige andere Deckel-Querschnittsformen und Anordnungen der Teilberiche möglich sind.2 shows that the cover and its partial areas are circular. It it is understood that any other lid cross-sectional shapes and arrangements of the Partial reports are possible.
den Kontaktbereichen 7a, 7b zugewandten Teilbereiche der Deckelfläche 10.The invention is not restricted to the illustrated embodiment. It understands
self-evident that the most diverse arrangements of each other
Contact and / or support areas are possible. Instead of closed lines
and / or surfaces can also radial or any combination of courses, in particular
interrupted or section-wise arrangements can also be provided with the same function.
It is also possible that the contact or support areas do not have the same shape, but instead
for example, are designed to run transversely to one another, preferably
it is guaranteed that the support and / or the deformation behavior in all twist positions
