L'organe de distribution 2 peut être quelconque et peut être en particulier une pompe ou une valve. De même, l'élément de fixation 3 peut être une bague vissable ou encliquetable, une coupelle, ou tout autre élément de fixation approprié pour fixer un organe de distribution sur un récipient. La partie d'expulsion 12, pourvue d'un orifice de sortie 13 et avantageusement d'un gicleur 19, est mobile par rapport à ladite partie de corps 11, entre une position de blocage, où elle empêche le déplacement du poussoir 10 dans sa position d'actionnement, et une position d'utilisation, où elle permet le déplacement du poussoir 10 dans sa position d'actionnement. La figure 1 représente plus particulièrement la position de blocage de la partie d'expulsion de produit 12 du poussoir 10. Cette partie d'expulsion de produit 12 comporte une partie saillante, telle qu'une languette 14 qui coopère, dans la position de blocage, avec un élément fixe par rapport au récipient 1, pour empêcher le déplacement du poussoir 10. Avantageusement, ladite languette 14 s'appuie sur une partie dudit élément de fixation 3 comme visible sur les figures 1 et 2 au cas où l'organe de distribution 2 est monté directement dans le récipient sans utilisation d'un élément de fixation 3, la languette peut coopérer soit avec le récipient 1, soit avec une partie du corps de pompe. Pour coopérer avec l'élément fixe par rapport au récipient 3, la languette 14 de la partie d'expulsion de produit 12 s'étend à travers une fente 15 ménagée dans ladite partie de corps 11 du poussoir 10. De préférence, le déplacement de ladite partie d'expulsion de produit 12 par rapport à ladite partie de corps 11 du poussoir 10 se fait par rotation autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement du poussoir. Dans l'exemple représenté sur les figures, le poussoir 10 se déplace verticalement en translation et la partie d'expulsion de produit 12 tourne autour d'un axe horizontal. Ainsi, dans sa position de blocage, la partie d'expulsion 12 est sensiblement parallèle à ladite direction de déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement 10 et, dans sa position d'utilisation, ladite partie d'expulsion 12 est sensiblement perpendiculaire à ladite direction de déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement 10. Avantageusement, on peut prévoir un organe de butée 18, 21 sur la partie de corps 11 du poussoir 10 comme représenté sur la figure 4. Cet organe de butée peut par exemple être une bride 18 qui s'étend au- dessus de la partie d'expulsion de produit 12 et qui coopère avec celle-ci lorsqu'elle se trouve dans sa position d'utilisation. Ainsi, l'angle de rotation maximal de la partie d'expulsion de produit 12, de préférence ± 90° par rapport à la position de blocage, peut être déterminé par ledit organe de butée 18. Un autre exemple d'organe de butée est représenté sur la figure 4a. Dans cet exemple, la partie d'expulsion de produit 12 comporte une nervure 20 qui coopère avec un plat 21, solidaire de la partie de corps 11, pour bloquer ladite partie d'expulsion de produit en position d'utilisation.According to the invention, this actuating member (or pusher) 10 comprises a body part 11 and a product expulsion part 12. To cooperate with the fixed element relative to the container 3, the tongue 14 of the product expulsion part 12 extends through a slot 15 formed in said body part 11 of the pusher 10. Preferably, the movement of said product expulsion part 12 relative to said body part 11 of the pusher 10 is made by rotation about an axis perpendicular to the direction of movement of the pusher. In the example shown in the figures, the pusher 10 moves vertically in translation and the product expulsion part 12 rotates about a horizontal axis. Thus, in its blocking position, the expulsion part 12 is substantially parallel to said direction of movement of the actuating member 10 and, in its position of use, said expulsion part 12 is substantially perpendicular to said movement direction of the actuating member 10. Advantageously, one can provide a stop member 18, 21 on the body part 11 of the pusher 10 as shown in FIG. 4. This stop member can for example be a flange 18 which extends above the product expulsion part 12 and which cooperates with it when it is in its position of use. Thus, the maximum angle of rotation of the product expulsion part 12, preferably ± 90 ° relative to the blocking position, can be determined by said stop member 18. Lorsque la partie d'expulsion de produit 12 est déplacée vers sa position d'utilisation une sollicitation angulaire du poussoir devient possible, l'appui du poussoir 10 sur la bague 3 n'étant plus réalisé qu'en deux points. Avantageusement, les nervures 31 et 32 sont disposées de telle manière à former avec la languette 14 un triangle environ équilatéral. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet donc de réaliser les deux sécurités souhaitées, c'est-à-dire la sécurité de transport, empêchant 1 'actionnement du dispositif dans la position de blocage du poussoir, et la sécurité de premier usage, indiquant à l'utilisateur si le distributeur a déjà été utilisé auparavant. Ces deux sécurités sont dans le dispositif de l'invention réalisés par les mêmes moyens, à savoir la fente 15 qui coopère avec la languette 14. L'invention fournit donc l'avantage de pouvoir réaliser un distributeur incorporant ces deux sécurités avec un minimum de complication dans la fabrication et le montage, et donc avec un minimum de coût. De plus, comme expliqué précédemment, le dispositif de l'invention s'applique aisément à tout type de récipient, tout type d'organe de distribution, et tout type d'élément de fixation. These two safety devices are in the device of the invention produced by the same means, namely the slot 15 which cooperates with the tongue 14. The invention therefore provides the advantage of being able to produce a dispenser incorporating these two safety devices with a minimum of complication in manufacturing and assembly, and therefore with a minimum cost. In addition, as explained above, the device of the invention can easily be applied to any type of container, any type of dispensing member, and any type of fixing element.
