Claims (24)
- Tragvorrichtung (2) für eine Stromschiene (1) zur Speisung von Leuchten, mit einem bügelförmigen Halter (11), an welchem ein Tragelement (31) befestigbar bzw. befestigt ist und welcher federnde Arme (17, 18) mit inneren Rastvorsprüngen (19, 20) zum Verrasten mit der Stromschiene (1) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (11) isolierend ausgebildet ist, und daß die federnden Arme (17, 18) äußere Rastvorsprünge (23, 24) zum Aufschnappen einer Sicherung in Form einer Abdeckkappe (26) aufweisen.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Abdeckkappe (26) eine Hinterschneidung (25) zum Einschnappen der äußeren Rastvorsprünge (23, 24) an den Enden der federnden Arme (17, 18) ausgebildet ist.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur der Ausnehmung (12) des Halters (11) im Bereich des oberen Teils (3) der Stromschiene (2) an dessen konvexe Außenseite angepaßt ist.
- Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die federnden Arme (17, 18) von einem ringförmigen Bund (14) des Halters (11) weg erstrecken.
- Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (11) allgemein rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet ist und sich in Richtung der Rotationsachse (13) zu seinem einen Ende hin verjüngt, wobei der Halter (11) am Ende des verjüngten Abschnittes einen zylindrischen Fortsatz (29) mit einer zentrischen Bohrung (30) für die Durchführung des Tragelements (31) aufweist.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende des zylindrischen Fortsatzes (29) eine, z.B. außen konisch verlaufende Verdickung (36) aufweist, auf welche der Rand einer zentrischen Bohrung (35) einer weiteren Abdeckkappe (34) aufschnappbar ist, welche den verjüngten Abschnitt des Halters (11) umgibt.
- Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bund (14) einen Anschlag für die Abdeckkappe(n) (26, 34) bildet.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe(n) (26, 34) zur engen Aufnahme der Stromschiene (2) mit an deren konvexe Kontur angepaßten, miteinander fluchtenden Ausnehmungen (12') versehen ist (sind).
- Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe (26) im Bereich der äußeren Rastvorsprünge (23, 24) der federnden Arme (17, 18) des Halters (11) Bohrungen (27, 28) aufweist.
- Stromschiene (1) zur Verwendung mit einer Tragvorrichtung (2) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit zwei über eine Isolierung miteinander verbundenen Metallprofilen (3, 4) als Stromleiter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Metallprofile (3, 4) an seinen äußeren Längsseiten mit Längsnuten (21, 22) zur Verrastung mit dem Halter (11) versehen ist.
- Stromschiene nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der die Stromschiene (1; 1a bis 1d) bildenden Metallprofile (3, 4) jeweils allgemein halboval ist und die Metallprofile (3, 4) an ihren einander zugekehrten Basisteilen (5) über einen Isolierstreifen (6) als Isolierung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Stromschiene nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Metallprofile (1; 1a bis 1d) einen vom Basisteil (5) ausgehenden Schlitz (10a) aufweist, der in eine Bohrung (9) einmündet, in welche Kontaktstifte (39; 39') zur Stromüberleitung einsteckbar sind.
- Stromschiene nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die voneinander abgewandten Schmalseiten (7) der Metallprofile (3, 4) abgeflacht sind.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung für Stromschienen nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Stromüberleitung zwischen zumindest zwei Stromschienen (1; 1a; 1d) ein Kupplungsteil (37; 37') mit einem die Stromschienen trennenden Isolierstück (38; 38') vorgesehen ist, welches die Kontaktstifte (33; 33') trägt.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Isolierstückes (38) des Kupplungsteiles (37) an den Querschnitt der Stromschienen (1) angepaßt ist, und daß zwei Kontaktstifte (39) mit Gewinde (47) in Gewindebohrungen (48) des Isolierstückes (38) einschraubbar sind, wobei die Kontaktstifte (39) beidseitig des Isolierstückes (38) vorragen, und in die Bohrungen (9) der Metallprofile (1; 1a bis 1d) einsteckbar sind.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungsteil (37') aus einem allgemein zylindrischen Isolierstück (38'), beispielsweise mit einer axialen Bohrung (59), und zwei die Kontaktstifte (39') tragenden metallischen Abdeckkappen (50, 51) besteht, die am Isolierstück (38') befestigt und durch einen Bund (52) des Isolierstückes (38') voneinander getrennt sind.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Abdeckkappe (50) randseitig ein Innengewinde (53) aufweist, mit welchem sie auf ein an den Bund (52) des Isolierstückes (38') anschließendes Außengewinde (54) des Isolierstückes (38') aufschraubbar ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die andere Abdeckkappe (51) eine Hinterschneidung (58) aufweist, in welche hakenförmig ausgebildete Enden zweier Arme (56, 57) einschnappbar sind, welche durch einen vom Bund (52) des Isolierstückes (38') ausgehenden Schlitz (55) gebildet sind.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappen (50, 51) allgemein konusförmig ausgebildet sind und im Bereich ober- und unterhalb des Bundes (52) des Isolierstückes (38') jeweils zwei gegenüberliegende Gewindebohrungen (64) aufweisen, in welche ein Gewindeende (65) der Kontaktstifte (39') einschraubbar ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Abdeckkappe (50) mit einer bodenseitigen Bohrung (63) zum Hindurchführen eines abgesetzten Endabschnittes (62) des Isolierstückes (38') versehen ist, während die andere Abdeckkappe (51) bodenseitig geschlossen ist, wobei in der axialen Bohrung (59) des Isolierstückes (38') eine Tragstange (60) montierbar ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite der Abdeckkappen (50, 51) im Übergangsbereich zu den Stromschienen (1a bis 1d) von der Konusform in eine Vierkantform übergeht, wobei wahlweise zusätzliche, die Stromschienen (1a, 1b) kreuzende Stromschienen (1c, 1d) am Kupplungsteil (37') anbringbar sind.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktstifte (39; 39') zumindest eine Kontaktmanschette (49) tragen, welche die Wandung der Bohrung (9) der Metallprofile (3, 4) mit den Kontaktstiften (39; 39') leitend verbindet.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktmanschette (49) aus mehreren bombierten und kreisförmig angeordneten, federnden, metallischen Lamellen (66) besteht, die endseitig jeweils in einen kreisförmigen Bund (67) übergehen, der durch einen Schlitz (68) unterbrochen ist, wodurch die Kontaktmanschette (49) auf den Kontaktstift (39; 39') aufschnappbar ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Kontaktmanschetten (49) pro Kontaktstift (39; 39') vorgesehen sind.
