Abstract

Eine Schuhpreßeinheit (10) einer Papier- oder Kartonmaschine zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn in einer mit einer Gegenfläche (12) gebildeten, in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerten Preßzone (14) umfaßt wenigstens einen Preßschuh (16), ein über den Preßschuh (16) geführtes flexibles Preßband (18) und wenigstens ein an einem Träger (20) abgestütztes, durch eine Zylinder/Kolben-Einheit gebildetes Kraftelement (22), durch das das Preßband (18) gegen die Gegenfläche (12) anpreßbar ist. Im Druckraum (26) der Zylinder/Kolben-Einheit wenigstens eines Kraftelements (22) ist zumindest ein Paar von Zylinder/Kolben-Untereinheiten (28, 30) vorgesehen, die in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) hintereinander angeordnet und über getrennte Druckfluidleitungen (32, 34) so beaufschlagbar sind, daß sie dem Preßschuh (16) ein Kippmoment um eine jeweilige Kippachse vermitteln, die sich zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Bahnlaufrichtung (L) erstreckt.
