Claims (14)
- Schwertfalzmaschine zum Querfalzen von durch eine Vorrichtung einzeln zugeführten Bogen (7), mit einem quer zur Zuführrichtung der Bogen angeordneten, gegenläufig rotierenden Falzwalzenpaar (11) sowie einem die zugeführten Bogen jeweils zwischen das Falzwalzenpaar (11) auslenkenden, etwa taktgleich angetriebenen Schwert (2, 31, 41), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geschwindigkeit des Schwertes (2) innerhalb eines Falzzyklusses zur Herstellung unterschiedlicher Formate der gefalzten Bogen (7) relativ zur Geschwindigkeit der Bogen (7) veränderbar ist und dass die Bogen (7) im Lauf und ohne Anschlag gefalzt werden.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert so bewegt wird, dass seine Geschwindigkeit im Falzmoment niedriger ist als seine mittlere Geschwindigkeit.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (2) rotierbar ist.
- Maschine nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geschwindigkeitsverlauf des Schwertes (2, 31, 41) während eines Zyklus durch eine weitere gesteuerte oder geregelte Antriebsbewegung überlagert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportgeschwindigkeit der Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Bogen (7) zu den Falzwalzen (11) steuer- oder regelbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportgeschwindigkeit der zu falzenden Bogen (7) zumindest im Bereich, in welchem das Schwert (2, 31, 41) aktiv ist, steuer- oder regelbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ausgleichsmasse vorgesehen ist, die im Gegensinn zum Schwert (2) oder einem Schwertträger (1) beschleunigbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwertträger (1) mit einem Servomotor (17) angetrieben ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (2) an einem rotierbaren Schwertträger (1) angeordnet ist und dass der Schwertträger (1) mit konstanter Drehgeschwindigkeit dreht, während der Schwertbewegung eine zyklische und ungleichförmige Bewegung überlagert ist.
- Akzidenzverarbeitungsmaschine mit einer Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Transportrichtung gesehen vor ihr wenigstens ein Druckwerk und ein Querschneider (63) und nach ihr eine Auslage angeordnet sind.
- Akzidenzverarbeitungslinie nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geschwindigkeit des Schwertträgers während eines Falzzyklus der Falzmaschine (30) mittels einer Steuer- oder Regelvorrichtung (17) steuer- oder regelbar ist.
- Akzidenzverarbeitungslinie nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Transportrichtung gesehen vor dem Querschneider (63) ein Falztrichter (67) zum Bilden eines Längsfalzes in der Papierbahn (64) angeordnet ist.
- Akzidenzverarbeitungslinie nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckwerk und der Falzteil in Linie oder im Winkel oder in U-Form zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Akzidenzverarbeitungslinie nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Transportrichtung gesehen nach der Druckmaschine Wendestangen (66) angeordnet sind.
