Claims (16)
- Preßgerät (1) zum Verbinden von rohrförmigen Werkstücken (28) mit wenigstens zwei einen Preßraum (21) umgebenden Preßbacken (10, 11, 19, 48, 49), die bzw. von denen wenigstens zwei derart relativ zueinander beweglich sind, daß sie zum Ansetzen auf das Werkstück (28) in eine Offenstellung und für den Verpreßvorgang bis in eine Schließstellung bewegbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bzw. zumindest zwei der beweglichen Preßbacken (10, 11, 48, 49) derart gekoppelt sind, daß bei Betätigung einer Preßbacke (10, 11, 48, 49) auch die andere(n) bewegliche(n) Preßbacke(n) (10, 11, 48, 49) gleichsinnig bewegt wird bzw. werden. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bzw. zumindest zwei der beweglichen Preßbacken (10, 11) jeweils über eine Koppelstange (32) miteinander verbunden sind. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bzw. zumindest zwei der beweglichen Preßbacken (10, 11) über einen Koppelreibschluß (43 bis 46) oder über eine Koppelverzahnung miteinander verbunden sind. - Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bzw. zumindest zwei benachbarte bewegliche Preßbacken (48, 49) zwei gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen (62, 63) aufweisen, in die ein Koppelelement (64) dergestalt einfaßt, daß bei Betätigung der einen Preßbacke (48, 49) auch die andere Preßbacke (49, 48) gleichsinnig bewegt wird. - Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekoppelten Preßbacken (10, 11, 48, 49) in Schließrichtung federbeaufschlagt sind. - Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßgerät (1) einen Griffbereich aufweist, der ein Halten des Preßgerätes derart zuläßt, daß einer der beweglichen Preßbacken mit der Haltehand (26) in Richtung der Offenstellung beaufschlagbar ist. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekoppelten Preßbacken (10, 11, 48, 49) Antriebshebel (22, 23, 58, 59) aufweisen oder damit verbunden sind, die von einem Antrieb (2) in Schließrichtung beaufschlagbar sind und die benachbart zu dem Griffbereich enden. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßgerät (1) einen Griffbereich zum Greifen des Preßgeräts (1) mit einer Hand (26) aufweist und daß dem Griffbereich ein Betätigungshebel (33) zugeordnet ist, über den einer der beweglichen Preßbacken (10) in Richtung der Offenstellung beaufschlagbar ist. - Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Blockiereinrichtung (35) zum kraft- oder formschlüssigen Blockieren wenigstens einer der gekoppelten Preßbacken (10, 11) in Offenstellung vorgesehen ist. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiereinrichtung (35) als Magnete (39, 40) ausgebildet sind. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beweglichen Preßbacken (10, 11) Antriebshebel (22, 23) aufweisen, die mit den Magneten (39, 40) derart versehen sind, daß in Offenstellung der Preßbacken (10, 11) aneinander anliegen. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiereinrichtung (35) als bewegliches Blockierelement (36) ausgebildet ist, welches in Offenstellung der Preßbacken (10, 11) in eine Blockierstellung bewegbar ist. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierelement (36) in Richtung der Blockierstellung federbelastet ist. - Preßgerät nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßgerät (1) einen Griffbereich zum Greifen des Preßgeräts (1) mit einer Hand (26) aufweist und das Blockierelement (36) dem Griffbereich derart zugeordnet ist, daß das Blockierelement (36) von dieser Hand (26) betätigbar ist. - Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Preßraum (21) ein beweglicher Fühler (41) hineinragt, der derart mit der Blockiereinrichtung (35, 39, 40) gekoppelt ist, daß er beim Ansetzen des Preßgeräts (1) an dem Werkstück (28) ein Lösen der Blockiereinrichtung (35) bewirkt. - Preßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Preßgerät (1) einen Griffbereich zum Greifen des Preßgeräts (1) mit einer Hand (26) und einen Schalter (29) zum Einschalten eines Antriebs (4) aufweist, der dem Griffbereich derart zugeordnet ist, daß er von einem Finger (27) oder Daumen dieser Hand (26) betätigbar ist.
