Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to anti-intrusion terminals or access control and more particularly retractable bollards.
Retractable bollards below the ground surface generally include a terminal body buried inside which is slidably mounted vertical the terminal itself.
It is provided between the body and the terminal of the means for driving the terminal between its positions in and out of order. In the simplest case, it is simply an elastic member (spring, gas spring, ...) whose effect tends to make the terminal come out of the body. The holding the bollard in its retracted positions or in service is provided by a lock, a pneumatic example of which or implementation is described in document EP-0 605 473. In other types of bollards there is a motorization for example pneumatic or electric which allows the operation of the terminal, in particular remote operation, when it comes to performing access control.
In all constructions, the terminal has a cover which has the function on the one hand to prohibit access to the terminal's internal space and mechanism and secondly to provide a guide and embedding jacket of the mobile part of the terminal which ensures its ability to resist a shock without prematurely "taking off".
The cover is generally attached by screwing on the body of the terminal and for obvious reasons of maintenance, these screws are accessible from the outside if although, maliciously, it is possible to withdraw the cover and access the internal mechanism of the terminal to put it out of use.
By the present invention is meant to remedy this vulnerability by complicating the removal of the cover previously stripped of its fixing screws.
To this end the invention relates to a terminal retractable with burglar-proof locking of its cover, comprising a terminal body, a terminal mounted at sliding in the body and a cover attached to the body and having a terminal passage sleeve, the terminal body comprising a pivotally mounted journal, parallel to the sleeve, located outside of it and having a protrusion lateral engaged in a planned baffle groove on the cover next to the journal.
In general the cover has a rim horizontal projecting from a peripheral polygonal skirt which just fits into the top of the buried terminal body.
When inserting the cover it is advisable to pivot the trunnion in one direction make him describe part of the groove then in direction reverse so that the other part of the chicane is traversed. The extraction requires the reverse maneuver otherwise the protrusion of the pin will oppose it by forming a abutment at one of the sides of this groove. We understand that the trunnion maneuver must be simultaneous with the lifting of the cover, while the bollard protrudes at the across the cover (since it is assumed by service and we want to maliciously neutralize it or not authorized) is an operation sufficiently inconvenient to sufficiently deter the operator from continue or significantly delay it, the thus forcing you to expose yourself to risk for longer to be caught in the act.
In one embodiment of the invention the lateral projection of the journal is formed by a finger implanted radially on the latter while the groove is delimited by two partitions external to the sleeve and parallel to its axis and by at least two partitions transverse extending between the two external partitions and each having a finger passage recess adjacent to the external partition opposite to that adjacent to the removal of the other transverse partition, the partitions transverse being distant from each other by a value at least equal to the thickness of the finger measured in parallel to the axis of the sleeve. This construction has the advantage to be robust and simple to produce by molding, machining or mechanical welding.
In the case where the terminal is manually operated as in document EP-0 605 473, the above-mentioned pin is in one piece with the locking rod that has the terminal.
It will be noted that the invention allows the manufacture a single cover whatever the type (manual or motorized) of terminal implemented, of course with dimensions equal.
Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description given below at purely indicative example.

In a known manner, a retractable bollard comprises
a
couvercle. In the upper part, near the cover
the
More precisely, the
When the
polygone de manoeuvre 19 formant extrémité du tourillon 5.The removal of the
The opening 12 is equipped with a
In Figure 3 we find most of the elements
already described with the same references. This figure
illustrates the application of the invention to a terminal at
manual operation in which a
pêne, soit l'encoche supérieure 25.The terminal carries in the lower part a
In Figure 3, the
The upper end of the rod 23, equipped with the
It is not beyond the scope of the invention that
to provide an anti-intrusion device consisting of
the kinematic reversal of the cooperation of the groove in
chicane and the finger which is engaged there. Figure 4 is a
diagram illustrating this variant in
