Bei modernen Eisenbahngüterwagen besteht das Dach lediglich noch aus einem relativ schmalen Bauelement, um beim horizontalen Be- und Entladen den oberen Bereich des Wagenkastens innerhalb der durch das Lichtraumprofil bedingten Einschnürung für das Stapeln des Ladegutes voll ausnutzen zu können. Der in der Figur 1 dargestellte Eisenbahngüterwagen besteht im wesentlichen aus den
Laufwerken 1, dem Untergestell 2, den Stirnwänden 3, dem Dach 4 und jeweils pro
Wagenlängsseite zwei Schiebewandteilen 5. Jeder Schiebewandteil 5 liegt in Schließstellung
der Schiebewandteile 5 mit seinen Längsseiten unten dicht gegen das Untergestell
2 und oben dicht gegen das Dach 4 an. Mit seinen Längsenden liegt jedes
Schiebewandteil 5 in Schließstellung zum einen gegen die Stirnwand 3 und zum anderen
gegen den Zwischenpfosten 6 dicht an. Jedes Schiebewandteil 5 ist in seinem
Querschnitt angelehnt an das Eisenbahnlichtraumprofil ausgebildet, d. h. in seinem
unteren Bereich verläuft jedes Schiebewandteil 5 vertikal in einer Ebene, um in seinem
oberen Bereich der Einschnürung des Lichtraumprofils folgend nach innen abgewinkelt
zu werden. Das Untergestell 2 ist in herkömmlicher Bauweise mit Außenlangträgern 7
ausgebildet. Das die Stirnwände 3 verbindende Dach besteht lediglich aus einem
schmalen, kastenförmig gekanteten, unten offenen Bauteil, welches innen mit Querstegen
8 ausgesteift ist. Zum Verschieben der Schiebewandteile sind unten an diesen nahe
deren Längsenden fest Laufrollenfüße 9 angeordnet, an deren freien Enden je eine
Laufrolle 10 um eine horizontale Achse drehbar angeordnet ist. Die Laufrollen 10 stehen
in Verschiebestellung der Schiebewandteile 5 auf einer Laufschiene 11, die außen
fest am Außenlangträger 7 des Untergestells angeordnet ist. Die Laufschiene 11 ist
dabei gerade und ununterbrochen von Stirnwand 3 zu Stirnwand 3 durchlaufend ausgebildet.
Jeder Schiebewandteil 5 wird zum Verschwenken unten aus seiner Schließstellung
über die Laufrollen 10 auf die Laufschienen 11 angehoben und ausgeschwenkt.
Dieses Anheben und Ausschwenken des Schiebewandteils 5 erfolgt über
eine längs am Außenlangträger 7 des Untergestells 2 drehbar gelagerte Betätigungswelle
12, die für jede Laufrolle 10 der Schiebewand 5 eine Stützschiene 13 aufweist.
Zum Verdrehen der Betätigungswelle 12 jeden Schiebewandteiles 5 ist and der zugehörigen
Stirnwand 3 ein Handrad 14 angeordnet, das über ein Getriebe 15 und Hebelgestänge
16 die Betätigungswelle 12 dreht. Handrad 14, Getriebe 15 und Hebelgestänge

22 sind in dem Bereich, den die Führungsrollen 21 der Schiebewandteile 5 in
deren Schließstellung einnehmen, unterbrochen und durch parallel zu den Seitenwänden
4a des Daches 4 in Ebene der Führungsschienen 22 verlaufend angeordnete, auf
dem horizontal abgewinkelten Teil der Seitenwand 4a befestigte Stege 23, die mit einer
Ausnehmung 22 im Bereich des Rollenfußes 20 versehen sind, ersetzt.At the top of each sliding
In Schließstellung der Schiebewandteile 5 liegen diese unten über die Betätigungswelle
12, Stützschiene 11 und die Laufrollen 10 verschwenkt dicht gegen den Außenlangträger
7 des Untergestells 2 an. Oben liegen die Schiebewandteile 5 mit Abschlußprofilen
5a labyrintartig in den horizontal und vertikal nach oben abgewinkelten Längsseiten
der Dachseiten 4a an. Die Abstützung der Schiebewandteile 5 gegen das Dach 4 erfolgt
dabei über die Führungsrollen 21, Rollenfüße 20 einerseits und die Seitenwände
4a des Daches 4 andererseits. Gegen horizontal quer zur Wagenlängsachse nach außen
gerichtetes Abheben der Schiebewandteile 5 sind die Schiebewandteile 5 oben
durch Anlage der Führungsrollen 21 an den Stegen 23 und unten durch an der Betätigungswelle
12 angeordnete und in Schließstellung der Schiebewandteile 5 gegen die
Laufrollenfüße 9 anliegende Haken 24 gesichert. Zum Verschieben der Schiebewandteile
5 werden diese aus ihrer Schließstellung mittels des Handrades 14 und des Getriebes
15 und Hebelgestänges 16 über die Betätigungswelle 12 und die Stützschiene
13 in die Schiebestellung angehoben und nach außen verschwenkt. Dabei werden die
Laufrollen 10 von der Stützschiene 13 auf die Laufschiene 11 angehoben und ausgeschwenkt.
Oben gleitet jedes Schiebewandteil über seine Führungsrolle 21 an den
Seitenwänden 4a des Daches 4 einerseits und den Stegen 23 andererseits geführt
schräg nach oben und außen. In dieser angehobenen und ausgeschwenkten Stellung
der Schiebewand diese über die Laufschiene 11 unten und in den Führungsschienen
4a, 22 oben über das sich in Schließstellung befindliche Schiebewandteil 5 verschoben
werden. Durch diese Konstruktion kann im Dachbereich und im oberen Schiebewandbereich
bis auf die Führungsrollen und Führungsschienen auf jede Betätigungseinrichtung

An dem Dach 4 sind seitlich jeweils Dichtbleche 25 über Gummistreifen 26 einseitig
und vertikal beweglich angeordnet. Diese Dichtbleche 25 liegen in Schließstellung der
Schiebewandteilen 5 durch ihr Eigengewicht mit ihrer freien Längsseite auf den Schiebewandteilen

- A sliding wall arrangement for railway goods wagons which are covered by means of a fixed roof (4), whereby the sliding wall parts (5) which are in one plane when they are in the closed state can be moved by in each case a hand wheel (14) and an actuating linkage (12, 13, 15, 16) connected therewith, in the transverse direction of the carriage out of a low closed plane into a displacement plane onto a lower rail (11), being then displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the carriage between the sliding wall parts (5) in order to be opened by means of rollers (10) via the closed sliding wall parts (5) and intermediate posts (6), characterised in that when pivoted out of their closed plane into the displacement plane the sliding wall parts are guided in fixed guides (4a, 22, 23) on the roof (4) and can be raised obliquely upwardly and outwardly.
- A sliding wall arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the guides towards the longitudinal centre of the carriage are formed by downwardly directed rigid roof sides (4a) which are inclined towards the longitudinal centre of the carriage, the sliding wall parts (5) being braced in respect of these roof sides (4a) either directly or by the interposition of reinforcements, the roof sides (4a) forming in the direction of displacement of the sliding wall parts (5) the guide for the sliding wall (5) towards the longitudinal centre of the carriage.
- A sliding wall arrangement according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the guides crosswise to the longitudinal centre through the carriage and outwardly are formed by webs (22, 23) fixed to the roof (4) and extending at a distance from the roof sides (4a) and parallel with these latter, the sliding wall (5), in the closed position, being outwardly braced against the webs (23) and, in the closed position, being guided outwards by the webs (22).
- A sliding wall arrangement according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that there are on the roof (4) on both sides of the longitudinal centres of the carriage longitudinally extending profiled sealing plates (25) via rubber strips (26) which are adapted for unilateral vertical movement, the sealing plate (25), in the closed position of the sliding wall pans (5), having their free long side resting on these latter by their own weight and. in the displacement position of the sliding wall parts (5), being lifted off these, the sliding wall part which has to be displaced being guided for a sliding movement along and underneath the sealing plate (25).
