Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device for dispensing systems with a hand pump, the a pressure ball made of flexible material and two check valves, one Intake hose or connector and a pressure-side spray nozzle.
- DE-U-71 33 794 shows such a cleaning device. It serves the parts of a Dispensing system that alternately comes into contact with air and drink, in particular, therefore, to rinse the tap with clear water in order to get on the tap to remove forming bacteria.
- the suction hose of the cleaning device is dipped in a water container and with the pressure ball water is in the Pump spout pumped.
- the device is simple, but easy to use problematic.
- the disadvantage is that the rinse water in the hand of the user Water container runs back, causing germs on the surface of the skin in the container and then injected back into the tap outlet.
- the germs also collect inside the pressure ball, where it is in the Periods of non-use of the cleaning device for bacteria formation.
- the Water in the pressure ball evaporates and the residues germinate with the formation of mold.
- DE-U-94 08 190 shows a cleaning device for taps, in which the Spray nozzle is surrounded by a collecting container. This has a bottom side Outlet to which a drain hose is connected.
- the device is cumbersome to operate, e.g. not simply placed in a sink after the rinsing process, but must be held in a special wall bracket.
- the object of the invention is the cleaning device mentioned above further train that a backflow of rinse water into the clear water supply is prevented without the need for a drain hose.
- the advantage of the collecting container is that flushing liquid that flows back is collected directly below the tap, so that the flushing liquid is not over run the user's hand and also do not get back into the clear water supply can.
- the cleaning device in the sink is simply placed on the Upside down, with the collecting container acting as a stand. The cleaning device will thereby positioned vertically so that any water from the pressure ball and the Valves can be removed. A possible contamination of the inner parts of the Cleaning device is thus minimized.
- the collecting container known per se according to DE-U-94 08 190 this is not possible because the spray nozzle over the edge of the Protruding container.
- the collecting container forms a structural unit with the spray nozzle, which is preferably liquid-tight but detachable with the valve housing of the pressure-side shut-off valve is connected.
- the interface is preferably placed so that part of the Valve housing is formed by a bottom socket of the collecting container, while the other part is assigned to the pressure ball. After loosening this plug or
- the internal parts of the check valve can be removed using a screw connection be, so that an optimal cleaning of the valve is possible.
- the pressure ball according to a further embodiment of the invention on its two opposite passage openings have annular beads on the subsequent valve housings of the check valves are releasably attached.
- a modification of the invention is that the collecting container is a central one Has opening which is penetrated by a tube of the spray nozzle and that the Collecting container is held detachably on the pipe of the spray nozzle.
- the container is pushed as a separate component onto the pipe of the spray nozzle, which is why Container preferably has a pipe socket surrounding the central opening, that fits on the pipe of the spray nozzle.
- the collecting container has bottom-side pipe socket, which by means of a flexible hose with a Connection piece of the pressure-side check valve of the cleaning device connected and that the pipe socket communicates with the spray nozzle.
- the collecting container with the spray nozzle is a separate component that is connected to the actual one Cleaning device can be connected via a flexible hose.
- the figure shows a longitudinal section through the new cleaning device 10.
- This points a pressure ball made of rubber or rubber-like plastic with two each other diametrically opposite central openings 14 are comparatively large Diameter is provided.
- the opening diameter is at least 30% of the largest inner diameter of the pressure ball 12, which changes the shape of the pressure ball 12 differs from conventional shapes. The purpose of this shaping is explained further below.
- annular beads 16 are formed, which form-fit and liquid-tight in annular grooves 18th engage that on an upper or lower valve housing 22 of a corresponding Check valves 20 are formed.
- Each of these two valve housings 22 is made from two parts 24, 26 and 28, 30, which are screwed together in a liquid-tight manner.
- the housing part 24 supports a valve ball 32 and this housing part 24 has a corresponding valve seat for the ball 32, while the housing part 26 has an insert body 34 for limiting the stroke of the valve ball contains.
- the check valve 20 on the suction side this is supported by the pressure ball 12 connected housing part 28 this insert body 34, while the other housing part 30 has the valve seat and contains the valve ball 32.
- the housing part 30 of the suction-side check valve 20 has a suction port 36, which is used for immersion in a clear water reservoir.
- the upper housing part 26 of the pressure-side check valve 20 is integrally equipped with a spray nozzle 38, which consists of a cylindrical tube 40 and a central nozzle mouth 42.
- the Have nozzle mouth 42, tube 40, check valves 20 and pressure ball 12 a common geometric axis.
- On the pressure side valve housing 20 is a Collection container 44 is provided, which surrounds the spray nozzle 38 all around at a distance.
- the peripheral wall 46 is preferably contoured in a circle and is in the axial direction of the Cleaning device 10 via the spray nozzle 38 at least slightly before and has one Diameter in any case larger than the largest outside diameter of the pressure ball 12 is.
- the diameter ratio of the collecting container 44 to is preferably Pressure ball 12 in the range of 1.2 to 1.8.
- a preferred ratio is 1.4.
- the Circumferential wall 46 of the collecting container 44 has an upper edge 48 which in a to Axis of the cleaning device 10 lies at right angles. So that can Cleaning device 10 are turned upside down, whereby the collecting container 44 as Support foot works.
- a collecting container 44 is shown, which with the Spray nozzle 38 and the housing part 26 of the check valve 20 are integrally formed is.
- the right half of this figure shows an alternative solution in which only the Spray nozzle 38 is integrally formed with the valve housing part 26, during the Collecting container 44 has a socket 50 which extends upwards from the bottom which defines a cylindrical channel which in front of the pipe 40 of the spray nozzle 38 is enforced.
- this neck is preferably an inner, not shown Integrated ring groove, in which an O-ring is arranged to provide a seal to create between the collecting container 44 and spray nozzle tube 40.
- the user pumps water up from a clear water supply, whereby he holds the spray nozzle 38 under the area of the tap outlet.
- the rinse water sprays from the nozzle mouth 42 into the tap and reaches everyone there flushing inner surfaces.
- the backflushing rinsing water collects in the Collecting container 44. Because of its size, rinse water is reliably prevented the user's hand drips.
- the collecting container 44 can be emptied several times become.
- the cleaning device 10 is turned upside down provided so that the collecting container 44 acts as a support foot. Through a few operations of the pressure ball 12 residual liquid is removed. By gravity the two check balls 32, the check valves 20 remain open. The inside of the Cleaning device can thus dry out completely, so that nucleation as far as possible is excluded.
- the valve housing 22 are preferably made of clear plastic. same for for the valve balls 32 and the stroke limiting inserts 34 and finally also for the pressure ball 12. This is a visual inspection of inaccessible places of the Cleaning device 10 guaranteed with respect to any contamination. thanks to the The fact that the valve housing 22 are formed in two parts and the interface so is laid that after unscrewing the two parts 24, 26 and 28, 30th the valve ball 32 and the insert body 34 can be removed all parts can be cleaned comfortably and thanks to the large exposed areas Channel cross sections of the housing parts 24, 28 adjoining the pressure ball 12 can be also clean the inside of the pressure ball 12 easily. In addition, it is provided that thanks the annular beads 16 of the pressure ball 12 and the valve housing 22 of the pressure ball can be removed so that an inside cleaning of the pressure ball 12th is simplified even further.
- the cleaning device 10 can be dismantled several times, the individual parts can be Assemble and disassemble without using tools.
