Description
daß von zwei gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Seite Aufnahmen für auf der anderen Seite angebrachte Preßzapfen aufweist,
daß die mit den Schneidklemmen und Kontaktfedern vormontierten Kunststoffplatten durch die in Preßpassung ausgeführten Preßzapfen innerhalb eines Preßwerkzeugs auf Abstand gehalten werden,
daß in diese auf Abstand vormontierten Kunststoffplatten auf Länge geschnittene Anschlußdrähte in Steckrichtung eingeschoben werden, und
daß die Kunststoffplatten mittels des Preßwerkzeugs zusammengedrückt werden.

Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Kontaktierung einer vielpoligen Federleiste für Steckverbindungen mit Anschlußdrähten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Federleiste (1) aus mehreren inneren und einem Paar äußerer Kunststoffplatten (2, 3, 4) zusammengesetzt wird, wobei die inneren Kunststoffplatten derart ausgebildet sind,daß eine ihrer Seiten zur Aufnahme von Schneidklemmen (6) und mit diesen einstückig verbundenen Kontaktfedern (7) ausgebildet ist, während die andere Seite entsprechend geformte angespritzte Druckstücke (8, 9) aufweist, die zum Eindrücken der Anschlußdrähte (5) in die Schneidklemmen (6) dienen, und die äußeren Kunststoffplatten (3, 4) auf einer ihrer Seiten entweder gleichartige Druckstücke (8, 9) und Preßzapfen (10) oder Aufnahmen (11) aufweisen,daß von zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten eine Seite Aufnahmen (11) für auf der anderen Seite angebrachte Preßzapfen (10) aufweist,daß die mit den Schneidklemmen (6) und Kontaktfedern (7) vormontierten Kunststoffplatten (2, 3, 4) durch die in Preßpassung ausgeführten Preßzapfen (10) innerhalb eines Preßwerkzeugs auf Abstand gehalten werden,daß in diese auf Abstand vormontierten Kunststoffplatten (2, 3, 4) auf Länge geschnittene Anschlußdrähte (5) in Steckrichtung der Federleiste (1) eingeschoben werden, unddaß die Kunststoffplatten (2, 3, 4) mittels des Preßwerkzeugs zusammengedrückt werden. - Satz von Kunststoffplatten zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit inneren und einem Paar äußerer Kunststoffplatten, wobei die inneren Kunststoffplatten derart ausgebildet sind, daß eine ihrer Seiten zur Aufnahme von Schneidklemmen (6) und mit diesen einstückig verbundenen Kontaktfedern (7) ausgebildet ist, während die andere Seite entsprechend geformte angespritzte Druckstücke (8,9) aufweist, die zum Eindrücken von Auschlußdrähten (5) in die Schneidklemmen (6) dienen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Druckstücke (8, 9) sowohl innerhalb des Schneidklemmbereichs der in Aufnahmen einer komplementären Kunststoffplatte aufgenommenen Schneidklemmen (6) als auch außerhalb des Schneidklemmbereichs der Schneidklemmen (6) angeordnet sind, und daß die inneren Kunststoffplatten (3) mehrere Preßzapfen (10) und Aufnahmen (11) für die Preßzapfen (10) aufweisen, während eine äußere Kunststoffplatte (4) gleichartige Druckstücke (8, 9) und Preßzapfen (10) und die andere äußere Kunststoffplatte (3) lediglich Aufnahmen (11) aufweist. - Kunststoffplatten nach Anspruch 2 zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckstücke (9) außerhalb des Schneidklemmbereichs der Schneidklemmen (6) die Anschlußdrähte (5) fast zur Hälfte umschließen. - Kunststoffplatten nach Anspruch 2 zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckfläche der innerhalb des Schneidklemmbereichs der Schneidklemmen (6) liegenden Druckstücke (8) durch eine leichte muldenförmige Vertiefung des Druckstücks (8) ausgebildet ist.
