Claims (8)
- Elektrischer Installationsschalter, insbesondere Leitungsschutzschalter, mit einem drehbaren Schaltknebel (14) und einem Schaltschloß mit Verklinkungsstelle (26, 28), mit einem thermischen und einem elektromagnetischen Auslöser (44; 37), und mit einer Kontaktstelle, die ein festes und ein an einem Kontakthebel (33) angeformtes bewegliches Kontaktstück (34) aufweist, wobei daß mit dem Schaltknebel (14) ein senkrecht zur Frontwand (12) des Installationsschalters linear bewegliches Führungselement (20) mittels eines Hebels (19) gekoppelt und am Führungselement (20) ein Klinkenhebel (22) drehbar gelagert ist, auf den der thermische (44) und der elektromagnetische Auslöser (37) einwirken und dabei entgegen der Kraft einer Feder verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem in Richtung der Bewegung des Führungselementes (20) verlaufenden Langloch (27) im Führungselement (20) ein Ende (28) eines Bügels (29) geführt ist, dessen anderes Ende (30) mit dem Kontakthebel (33) gekoppelt ist, und daß am Klinkenhebel (22) eine Nase (26) angeformt ist, gegen die das eine Ende (29) zur Verklinkung angedrückt ist.
- Installationsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nase (26) am Klinkenhebel (22) das Langloch (27) im verklinkten Zustand quer überdeckt.
- Installationsschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klinkenhebel (22) V-förmig mit einem ersten Schenkel (24) und einem zweiten Schenkel (25) ausgebildet ist, und daß die Nase an dem ersten Schenkel (24) an dessen dem zweiten Schenkel (25) zugewandten Seite angeordnet ist.
- Installationsschalter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontakthebel (33) mittels einer Feder beaufschlagt ist, die diesen dauernd in Ausschaltrichtung beaufschlagt.
- Installationsschalter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (20) beidseitig Nasen aufweist, die in Führungsausnehmungen zweier Platinen geführt sind, die auch zur Lagerung des Schaltknebels (14) dienen.
- Installationsschalter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselment (20) mit dem Klinkenhebel (22) mit dem elektromagnetischen Auslöser (37) räumlich in einer Reihe liegt und diese Reihe parallel zur Frontwand (12) verläuft.
- Installationsschalter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am elektromagnetischen Auslöser ein senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung des Ankers (42) des elektromagnetischen Auslösers (37) zwischen dem elektromagnetischen Auslöser (37) und dem Führungselement (20) verlaufender Übertragungshebel (41) ausgelenkt ist, der die Bewegung des Ankers (42) auf den zweiten Schenkel (25) des Klinkenhebels (22) überträgt.
- Installationsschalter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiterer Übertragungshebel (45) vorgesehen ist, der die Bewegung des freien Endes des Thermobimetalles (44) auf den Übertragungshebel (41) überträgt.
