Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Wenden bahnförmiger Materialien in einer Produktionsanlage, bestehend aus einem Wenderahmen mit 2 Führungs- und einer parallel zur Bahnrichtung angeordneten Umlenkwalze, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungswalzen zwischen einer Schrägstellung und einer Querstellung in Bezug auf die Bahn beim Wendevorgang synchron verschwenkbar sind und die Umlenkwalze mit der Verschwenkung aus der Umlenkposition waagerecht in die auf der anderen Seite der Bahn liegende Stellung, in der sie keinen Kontakt mehr mit der Bahn hat, verschiebbar ist und die Bahn an der zu wendenden Stelle einen Doppel-Dreieck-Läufer aufweist, welcher die Bahnbreite einerseits auf ein schmales Band verengt und andererseits wieder auf die Bahnbreite erweitert, wobei die schmale Stelle den Wenderahmen zu dem Zeitpunkt durchläuft, in dem die Walzen verschwenkt bzw. verschoben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dreieckteile die Form eines spitzwinkligen, gleichschenkligen Dreiecks aufweisen und das verbindende Band eine Länge aufweist, die der Länge des Wenderahmens entspricht.
- Verfahren zum Hin- und Herwenden von bahnförmigen Materialien, wobei man die Bahn über eine erste diagonal zur Bahnrichtung angeordnete Führungswalze in einen Wenderahmen einführt, die dadurch im 90 °-Winkel umgelenkte Bahn um eine parallel zur Bahn Wendeangeordnete Umlenkwalze umlenkt und über eine zweite diagonal zur Bahnrichtung angeordnete Führungswalze wieder in die ursprüngliche Richtung zurückführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendung ohne Stillsetzung der Produktionsanlage wieder aufgehoben werden kann, indem man, während ein Doppel-Dreieck-Läufer, der in die Bahn eingefügt ist, durch den Wenderahmen läuft, die Führungswalzen in eine senkrechte Stellung relativ zur Bahnrichtung verschwenkt und die Umlenkwalze in eine auf der anderen Seite der Bahn liegende Stellung, in der sie keinen Kontakt mehr mit der Bahn hat, verschiebt, so daß die Bahn ohne Richtungs- und Lagenänderung durch den Wenderahmen läuft, und die Wendung wieder hergestellt wird, indem man, während ein weiterer Doppel-Dreieck-Läufer durchläuft, die Walzen in die Ausgangslage zurückschwenkt bzw. verschiebt.
