Abstract

The goods waggon (1) comprises a chassis frame (2) on bogies (3), and a base conveyor belt (6) with one upper and one lower end (9,8). Each of the two deflection ends of the conveyor is vertically moveable by a height adjuster (11,12), to move it to a different distance relative to the chassis frame. The waggon may have two height adjusters, each one associated with one longitudinal half (31,32) of the conveyor. Each adjuster consists of a pivot arm (17), which is supported on the chassis frame and pivoted by a height adjuster drive (13,14) about a horizontal axis (18), extending in transverse direction of the waggon.

Description

The invention relates to a rail-bound bulk goods loading wagon with a chassis frame supported on rail undercarriages and a floor conveyor belt which runs in the longitudinal direction of the wagon and is arranged above the chassis frame and inclined with respect to the horizontal with the formation of a lower and a higher deflection of the floor conveyor belt and the side walls associated with the lateral limitation and formation of a storage space in the longitudinal direction of the wagon are, a height adjustment device having a height adjustment drive is provided between the floor conveyor belt and the chassis frame for changing the angular position of the floor conveyor belt.

Such a loading wagon is already known from EP 0 501 318 B1, which in use is coupled to other loading wagons of the same type to form a loading train. The higher-lying deflecting end of the floor conveyor belt of each loading wagon projects over the end of the chassis frame and overlaps the lower-lying deflection end of the floor conveyor belt of the connected loading wagon, so that a continuous conveyor belt line is formed. With the aid of a height adjustment device, the discharge end of the floor conveyor belt is designed to be adjustable in the vertical direction, while a transverse sliding drive at the same time allows the end of the floor conveyor belt end to be adjusted in the transverse direction of the carriage. If the loading wagons are used to store bulk goods, the desired dumping height in the storage space is achieved by adjusting the height of the discharge end in combination with a corresponding change in the circulating speed of the downstream, receiving floor conveyor belt. On the other hand, if bulk goods are only to be transported along the loading train via the floor conveyor belts arranged in series, the higher deflection ends are in the lowered position directly above the lower deflection ends of the subsequent conveyor belts. This lowered position is also used to maintain the clearance profile for the transfer run.

The object of the present invention is now to provide a bulk goods loading wagon of the generic type in which the direction of transport for the bulk goods can be reversed with only a small amount of additional construction work and minimal conversion work.

This object is achieved in that in a bulk loading wagon of the type mentioned, each of the two deflecting ends of the floor conveyor belt, which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the wagon, are each designed so that they can be distanced in the vertical direction with respect to the chassis frame.

With such a design, it is possible in the simplest way to change the direction of transport of the bulk goods in the opposite direction, if necessary, without having to reverse the bulk goods loading wagons or the entire loading train by time-consuming maneuvering. It is only necessary to lower the previously higher deflecting end and to raise the lower deflecting end after a corresponding, brief, spacing of the loading wagons from one another in the longitudinal direction of the track, after which, in conjunction with a reversal of the conveying direction of the floor conveyor belt, problem-free bulk material transport can be carried out in the opposite direction. A particular advantage lies in the fact that regardless of the respective conveying direction, the entire capacity of the storage space of the loading wagon is available without restriction.

Further advantages according to the invention result from the subclaims and the drawings.

The invention is described in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings, the same reference numerals being used for functionally identical parts in the various examples.

The rail-bound bulk loading wagon 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a chassis frame 2, which is supported or movable on a track 4 via rail bogies 3 and which is provided with coupling devices 5 for incorporation into a train set formed from a selectable number of such wagons . Above the chassis frame 2 there is a floor conveyor belt 6 which runs in the longitudinal direction of the carriage and is inclined with respect to the horizontal and to which side walls 7 are assigned on both longitudinal sides. These extend in the longitudinal direction of the carriage between two distant, higher or lower deflection ends 8, 9 of the floor conveyor belt 6 that are spaced apart from one another and serve to limit and form a storage space 10 for bulk material. Two height adjustment devices 11, 12 are arranged between the chassis frame 2 and the floor conveyor belt 6, by means of which the angular position of the floor conveyor belt 6 including the side walls 7 can be changed. For this purpose, each of the height adjustment devices 11, 12 spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the wagon and each assigned to a half 31, 32 of the floor conveyor belt 6, related to the longitudinal direction of the wagon, has a height adjustment drive 13, 14. Like a conveyor drive 15 of the floor conveyor belt 6, these can be acted upon by means of an energy source 16 accommodated below the chassis frame 2.

Each height adjustment device 11, 12 is designed as a swivel frame 17 which is mounted on the chassis frame 2 so as to be pivotable about a horizontal axis 18 extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle, the height adjustment drive 13 or 14 being articulated on the one hand on the chassis frame 2 and on the other hand on the swivel frame 17. The swivel frame 17 consists of two approximately parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the carriage extending supports 19 arranged inclined to the level of the chassis frame 2, the lower end of which is articulated to the chassis frame 2 by means of the axis 18. The other ends of the carrier 19 are mounted on a support frame 20 of the floor conveyor belt 6 connected to the side walls 7 and adjustable in the longitudinal direction thereof. For the purpose of this longitudinal adjustment, the higher end of the carrier 19 is equipped with a flange roller 21 which is mounted in a guide 22 connected to the support frame 20 and extending in the longitudinal direction of the frame.

By means of the height adjustment devices 11 and 12, each of the two deflecting ends 8 and 9 can now be spaced apart in the vertical direction with respect to the chassis frame 2. The position of the higher deflection end 8 shown in FIG. 1 can be lowered by means of the height adjustment drive 13 and the lower position of the deflection end 9 can be raised by means of the height adjustment drive 14 in order to assume the position shown in broken lines. For the temporary fixation or releasable attachment of the support frame 20 of the floor conveyor belt 6 to the chassis frame 2 to create the necessary stability during use, a holding device 23 is provided in the end region of the chassis frame 2, based on the longitudinal direction of the carriage. This can have a locking bolt 24 which can be operated remotely, for example by means of a drive, with which the respectively lower deflecting end 8, 9 of the floor conveyor belt 6 is fixed in its position directly above the chassis frame 2.

Alternativ wäre es aber auch möglich, die Höhenverstelleinrichtung z.B. als direkt über die Schwenkachse 26 auf den Tragrahmen 20 wirksamen Rotationsantrieb oder ähnlich auszubilden.FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the loading wagon 1, in which the support frame 20 of the floor conveyor belt 6 is mounted in its center, relative to the wagon longitudinal direction, on a bearing block 25 about a horizontal pivot axis 26 running in the wagon transverse direction, the bearing block 25 is in turn mounted on the chassis frame 2. This design allows the support frame 20 or the floor conveyor belt 6 to be tilted for height adjustment of the two deflecting ends 8, 9 with respect to the horizontal, after which the lower-lying deflecting end can be locked in the respective position by means of the holding device 23. The height adjustment device 11 is limited in this simplified variant to the arrangement of a hydraulic height adjustment drive 13, which is provided directly between the chassis frame 2 and the support frame 20 and is articulated on both frames 2, 20 and which is assigned to one half 31 of the floor conveyor belt 6. To increase the stability, a second height adjustment device 12, which is assigned to the other half 32 of the floor conveyor belt 6 (as indicated by dash-dotted lines) can be provided. Alternatively, however, it would also be possible to design the height adjustment device, for example, as a rotary drive that acts directly on the support frame 20 via the pivot axis 26 or the like.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a bulk loading wagon 1 is shown in the operating position, in which it is combined with other similar loading wagons to form a train set and can be moved together. The trolley is equipped with two height adjustment devices 11, 12, each of which is positioned in the end region of the chassis frame 2, based on the longitudinal direction of the trolley, and each has a vertical support frame 27 on which the support frame 20 of the floor conveyor belt 6 is mounted. The height is adjusted using a link guide 28, which runs vertically in the support frame 27 and in which a pin 29 connected to the support frame 20 is mounted such that it can be adjusted in height by means of the height adjustment drive 13 or 14. In order to create the play in the longitudinal direction of the carriage in the slide guide, which may be necessary for the height adjustment, one of the pins 29 can be fastened on the supporting frame 20 in a slightly displaceable manner in the longitudinal direction of the floor conveyor belt 6. The support frame 27 of the height adjustment device 11, 12 is adjustably mounted on the chassis frame 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wagon and connected to a transverse slide drive 30, whereby the respectively associated deflecting end 8, 9 can be transversely adjusted as required, in order to enable unhindered bulk material transfer from a loading wagon when used in track arches to ensure on the next.

In order to change the bulk material transport from the conveying direction shown in FIG. 3 with small arrows 33 to the reverse direction shown in FIG. 4 (arrows 34), the individual loading wagons have to be briefly distanced 1 of the loading train from each other in the longitudinal direction of the train, to the extent that the mutually facing deflecting ends 8, 9 of adjacent loading wagons 1 no longer overlap one another. This can be done either by uncoupling the loading wagons 1 in a simple manner or, for example, also by a length-adjustable design of the coupling devices 5. Then the higher-lying deflection end 8 is lowered in all loading wagons 1 by means of the height adjustment devices 11, 12 and the lower-lying deflection end 9 is raised and afterwards the carriages pushed back together to the original distance. As a result, the deflecting ends 8, 9 of the successive floor conveyor belts 6 overlap again, the conveyor drives 15 of which only need to be switched over in the opposite direction, so that the bulk material transport can now take place in accordance with the situation shown in FIG. 4.
