Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung für Positionsschalter oder dergleichen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The present invention relates to a safety device for position switches or the like according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es sind bereits derartige Vorrichtungen bekannt. Die DE 43 03 367 C1 beschreibt
einen Sicherheitsschalter bestehend aus einem Freigabemechanismus und einem
diesen Mechanismus entriegelnden Betätigungsorgan. Dabei besteht der
Freigabemechanismus im wesentlichen aus einer in einem Gehäuse gelagerten
Walze, die ihrerseits wiederum aus einzelnen, drehbar auf einer Welle gelagerten
Scheiben mit radial offenen, steuerkurvenartigen Ausnehmungen besteht. Das
Betätigungsorgan ist im wesentlichen schlüsselartig ausgebildet und weist in
Anpassung an die Ausnehmungen des Freigabemechanismus einzelne
Betätigungsabschnitte auf, so daß durch Einführen des Betätigungsorgans in den
Freigabemechanismus dieser entsprechend entsperrbar ist und somit über die
Walze ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang ausgelöst wird.
Es sind noch weitere mechanisch-kodierte Sicherheitsschalter bekannt. Auch in der
DE 42 38 016 C2 wird eine derartige Lösung offenbart. Hierbei wird ein
schlüsselartiges Betätigungselement in eine Gehäuseöffnung der
Freigabeeinrichtung eingeführt, wodurch dann ein Schlitten innerhalb der
Freigabeeinrichtung nach Entriegelung durch das kodierte Betätigungselement in
Einführrichtung bewegbar ist und in eingeführter Position des Betätigungselements
ein Schaltstößel des Schaltgeräts das Betätigungselement entgegen der
Einführrichtung verriegelt und ebenfalls ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang ausgelöst
wird.
Diese bekannten Lösungen haben alle gemein, daß die erzielte Sicherheit gegen
unbefugtes Schalten lediglich durch mehr oder minder einfache mechanische
Kodierung der Betätigungsorgane und der zugehörigen Freigabeeinrichtungen
erreicht wird. Die somit erzielte Sicherheit ist jedoch in vielen Fällen unzureichend,
da derartige mechanisch kodierte Betätigungsorgane im Fachhandel erhältlich oder
auch einfach nachzufertigen sind. In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, daß derartige,
durch mechanische Kodierung realisierte Sicherheitseinrichtungen relativ einfach zu
überlisten sind. Genau das birgt jedoch ein hohes Gefahrenpotential, da
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, wie Schutztüren, Abschirmgitter und -hauben, die mit Hilfe
derartiger Sicherheitsschalter abgesichert worden sind, umgangen werden können.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung
für Positionsschalter oder dergleichen zu schaffen, die einerseits einen deutlich
höheren Kodierungsgrad gewährleistet und andererseits ein Fälschen der kodierten
Betätigungselemente nahezu ausschließt und somit die Überlistungssicherheit

These known solutions all have in common that the security achieved against unauthorized switching is achieved only by more or less simple mechanical coding of the actuators and the associated release devices. However, the security achieved in this way is inadequate in many cases, since such mechanically coded actuating elements are available from specialist dealers or can also be easily reproduced. In practice, it has been shown that such safety devices implemented by mechanical coding are relatively easy to outwit. However, this is precisely what poses a high risk potential, since safety devices, such as protective doors, shielding grids and hoods, which have been secured with the aid of such safety switches, can be avoided. The present invention has for its object to provide a safety device for position switches or the like, which on the one hand ensures a significantly higher degree of coding and on the other hand almost precludes counterfeiting of the coded actuating elements and thus significantly increases the security against such devices.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß das Betätigungselement
und das Freigabeelement zusätzlich elektromagnetisch kodiert sind derart, daß das
Freigabeelement mindestens ein, magnetische Feldänderungen erfassendes
Fühlerelement aufweist und das Betätigungselement mindestens ein, ein Magnetfeld
erzeugendes Magnetelement aufweist, so daß nach erfolgter mechanischer und
elektromagnetischer Dekodierung ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang freigegeben wird.
Erfindungsgemäß weist das Freigabeelement mehrere Fühlerelemente und das
Betätigungselement mehrere Magnetelemente auf. Dabei sind die, vorzugsweise als
Hallsensoren ausgebildeten Fühlerelemente und die insbesondere in Form von
Dauermagneten ausgebildeten Magnetelemente beispielsweise in einer zwei- oder
mehrreihigen Matrix derart angeordnet, daß im betriebsmäßig zusammengeführten
Zustand von Freigabe- und Betätigungselement, deren Fühler- und Magnetelemente
nahezu deckungsgleich übereinander liegen. Bei entsprechender Matrixanordnung
von Fühler- und Magnetelementen erfolgt dann ein zusätzliches
Dekodierungssignal, so daß nach erfolgter mechanischer und elektromagnetischer
Dekodierung ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang freigegeben wird.
Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen und der nachfolgenden

In der Zeichnung ist die erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitsvorrichtung in einem

im wesentlichen aus einem insbesondere schlüsselartigen Betätigungselement 2
und einem, der Aufnahme des Betätigungselements 2 dienenden Freigabeelement
4. Erfindungsgemäß sind das Betätigungselement 2 und das Freigabeelement 4
zusätzlich zu einer mechanischen Kodierung elektromagnetisch kodiert derart, daß
das Freigabeelement 4 mindestens ein, magnetische Feldänderungen erfassendes
Fühlerelement 6 aufweist und das Betätigungselement 2 mindestens ein, ein
Magnetfeld erzeugendes Magnetelement 8 aufweist. So wird erfindungsgemäß erst
nach doppelter Freischaltung der Sicherheitsvorrichtung - nach erfolgter
mechanischer und elektromagnetischer Dekodierung - ein elektrischer
Schaltvorgang eines mit der Sicherheitsvorrichtung verbundenen Positionsschalters
10 oder dergleichen freigegeben. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform der
erfindungsgemäßen Sicherheitsvorrichtung sind auf dem Betätigungselement 2,
beispielsweise sechs Magnetelemente 8 in zweireihiger Matrixanordnung
angeordnet. Analog zu dieser Anordnung weist das Freigabeelement 4 ebenfalls
sechs, in gleicher Weise angeordnete Fühlerelemente 6 auf. Dabei sind die
Fühlerelemente 6 und die Magnetelemente 8 derart angeordnet, daß sie im
betriebsmäßig zusammengeführten Zustand von Freigabe- und Betätigungselement
4, 2 im wesentlichen deckungsgleich übereinanderliegen. In einer bevorzugten
Ausfürungsform sind die Fühlerelemente 6 als Hallsensoren und die
Magnetelemente 8 als Dauermagnete ausgebildet.
Zur Funktionsweise der erfindungsgemäßen Sicherheitsvorrichtung:
Durch das betriebsmäßige Zusammenführen von Freigabeelement 4 und
zugehörigem Betätigungselement 2 erfolgt einerseits - aufgrund der äußeren Form
des Betätigungselements 2 - eine mechanische Dekodierung. Andererseits erfolgt
zusätzlich eine elektromagnetische Dekodierung, indem die Fühlerelemente 6 des
Freigabeelements 4 die Anordnung der auf dem Betätigungselement 2 befindlichen
Magnetelemente 8 abfragen, beziehungsweise erfassen und mit einem
vorhandenen Referenzabbild beziehungsweise -muster vergleichen. Bei
Übereinstimmung von Referenzabbild des Freigabeelements 4 und
Magnetelementeanordnung auf dem Betätigungselement 2, erfolgt die
elektromagnetische Dekodierung, so daß nach erfolgreicher mechanischer und
elektromagnetischer Entschlüsselung ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang des
Positionsschalters freigegeben wird. Für den Vergleich der
Magnetelementeanordnung des Betätigungselements 2 mit dem Referenzabbild des
Freigabeelements 4 ist jedes der Fühlerelemente 6 insbesondere mit einem
Komparator verbunden (nicht dargestellt). Dabei ist jeweils an einen der beiden
Komparatoreingänge eines jeden Komparators eine Referenzspannung angelegt
derart, daß das Referenzabbild entsteht. Der andere Eingang eines jeden
Komparators wird dann jeweils mit dem Signalausgang eines Fühlerelements 6
verbunden. So wird durch Einbringen des Betätigungselements 2 in das
Freigabeelement 4, die Änderung einzelner Magnetfelder im Bereich der
Fühlerelemente 6 erreicht und eine Art Spannungs- beziehungsweise Signalmatrix
erzeugt. Falls diese Signalmatrix mit dem vorhandenen Referenzabbild
