Description
Claims (8)
- Führungsstift (5) für elektrische Steckverbindungen, bestehend aus einem Drehteil mit einem in einem Anschlußloch (6) einer Unterlage (3) fixierbaren Befestigungsabschnitt (11) an einem Ende und einem voreilenden Führungsabschnitt (12) am anderen Ende, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsabschnitt (11) des Führungsstiftes (5) zwei Zonen aufweist, daß die eine Zone eine Befestigungszone (16) ist, die als massive Einpreßzone zur Einpreßbefestigung des Führungsstiftes (5) in dem Anschlußloch. (6) ausgebildet ist und daß die andere Zone eine Führungszone (17) ist, die als sich an die Einpreßzone zum Ende des Führungsstiftes (5) hin anschließende, gegenüber der Einpreßzone in der lichten Außenweite geringfügig reduzierte Vorpositionierzone zum Einführen des Führungsstiftes (5) in das Anschlußloch (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Führungsstift nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpositionierzone (17) am Ende des Führungsstiftes (5) mit einer Einführabschrägung (18) versehen ist.
- Führungsstift nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpositionierzone (17) in der lichten Außenweite derart gegenüber der Einpreßzone (16) reduziert ist, daß die Vorpositionierzone (17) mit sehr kleinem Spiel in das Anschlußloch (6) paßt.
- Führungsstift nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lichte Außenweite der Einpreßzone (16) ein geringes Übermaß gegenüber der lichten Innenweite des Anschlußloches (6) aufweist.
- Führungsstift nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Einpreßzone (16) im Querschnitt im wesentlichen die Form eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks hat, das anstelle der Ecken mit Abrundungen (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Führungsstift nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einpeßzone (16) ursprünglich eine im Querschnitt kreisrunde Form hat und die Dreiecksform der Einpreßzone durch einen Bearbeitungsvorgang, z. B. durch Fräsen, hergestellt ist.
- Führungsstift nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abrundungen (19) der Einpreßzone (16) in Längsrichtung des Führungsstiftes (5) mit einer Rändelung versehen sind.
- Führungsstift nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorpositionierzone (17) im Querschnitt kreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
