Description

The present invention relates to an oven with a lockable cooking space, in a blower chamber is formed by a baffle. in which an impeller is arranged and air through at least one suction opening of the baffle into the blower chamber sucks and at least one each extending substantially vertically Blow out in the two side areas of the baffle wall, the Airflow is swirled through turbulence flaps.

Such an oven is known from German specification P 25 57 867, wherein the blow-out opening in the two side areas of the baffle by two elongated ones vertical exhaust slots is formed. The two exhaust slots are through a narrow web spaced apart and of different widths. On the vertical The longitudinal edge of the wider of the two exhaust slots is the baffle around a vertical one Angled axis and protrudes as essentially over the entire height of the baffle extending turbulence flap in the air flow. To even out The fan is to achieve the air flow and thus the heat distribution in the cooking space surrounded by air baffles which flow substantially radially away from the fan Feed the air horizontally to the blow-out slots.

The object of the present invention is to provide an oven which is simple to use Averaged a uniform heat distribution in the cooking space.

This is achieved according to the invention by the features of patent claim 1.

This eliminates those arranged in the area of the blower Air guiding plates, which means for a possibly to be provided, in general known, the fan ring-shaped surrounding air heater created enough space is. At the same time, the oven is for cooking due to the bars provided suitable by means of microwave energy. The configuration according to the invention ensures uniform heat distribution over the entire height and depth of the cooking space, the speed of the air flowing out of the blow-out openings through the Turbulence flaps are suitably reduced and the air flow is evened out on all sides.

In terms of production technology, it is particularly favorable if at least some of the webs are attached to them upper or lower end sections angled as the turbulence flaps into the flow protrude.

To make the storage and handling of the baffle assembly cheap and to provide an oven that is favorable in terms of appearance and ease of cleaning the turbulence flaps protrude into the interior of the blower chamber.

A particularly favorable air flow and heat distribution is achieved in that the individual openings extend over essentially the entire height of the baffle.

According to a preferred embodiment, the baffle is trough-shaped. The individual openings are arranged in the opposite side tub edges, the individual openings extending over substantially the entire depth of the trough-shaped Extend baffle. This makes it possible to back wall the cooking space, which together with the baffle forms the blower chamber, essentially just to design. In terms of production technology, this can be cheaper than a trough-shaped one Formation of the rear wall of the cooking space and a correspondingly flat plate-shaped Training the baffle. To ensure the greatest possible air flow, the individual openings extend across the entire depth of the side tub edges.

The fan advantageously blows air out of the individual openings along a rear wall towards the side walls of the cooking space. To unwanted additional turbulence to avoid the transition from the back wall to the side wall essentially curved without edges. The one flowing out of the exhaust openings Air is drawn into the depth of the back wall without additional flow losses To the cooking chamber towards a cooking chamber door.

To further even out the air flow and heat distribution in the cooking space the oven bears in particular the design of the oven according to claim 7 at. The uneven air flow distribution that often occurs in practice due to the rotation of the impeller and the resulting different Air pressure areas in the blower chamber would result in an uneven heat distribution in the cooking space. This can be done by designing the oven according to the Features of claim 7 are counteracted. Because of the different The length and thus effective area of the turbulence flaps can also be swirling or air-guiding function compensates, for example, a stronger air flow on one side become.

To even out the heat distribution and in particular to the essentially horizontal Blowing the air out of the blower chamber helps that depending on the Direction of rotation of the fan the turbulence flaps in one side area of the Baffle inclined downwards and in the opposite side area protrude obliquely upwards into the air flow.

It is particularly advantageous in terms of production technology if the inclination and / or the length the turbulence flaps are of equal size within a side area of the baffle.

For both manufacturing and heat distribution reasons it is favorable if the webs at least in one of the side areas of the baffle are the same height.

The same purpose can serve that the individual openings in each of the side areas the baffle are the same size.

Below is an embodiment of the invention based on schematic representations Oven described with blower.

An oven has a cooking space 1, which is divided by a rectangular oven muffle 3 is limited (Fig. 1). The oven muffle 3 comprises a vertically extending rear wall 5, two vertically and perpendicularly extending side walls 7, one horizontally extending top wall 9 and one at a distance from it also horizontally extending bottom wall 11. The cooking space 1 is in a manner known per se lockable by an oven door, not shown. Immediately below the top wall 9, a first heater 13 forming an upper heat is arranged. Immediately below the bottom wall 11 is a bottom heat outside the cooking chamber 1 second radiator 15 arranged. The two side walls are different Heights corresponding guide ribs 17 formed on the in different Heights of several food carriers 19 can be held simultaneously.

On the rear wall 5 of the oven muffle 3 is a trough-shaped baffle 21 attached (Fig. 2). The baffle 21 has a substantially flat square Tub floor 22, from which a side tub edge is angled on the circumferential side 23 extends. Closes at the upper peripheral edge of the side tub rim 23 there is a circumferential fastening flange running approximately parallel to the tub floor 22 25 on. The baffle 21 delimits the cooking chamber 1 on the one hand and forms the other together with the rear wall 5 a blower chamber 27. The fastening flange is located here 25 circumferentially essentially airtight on the rear wall 5 of the Oven muffle 3. An impeller 29 of a radial fan is arranged in this, arranged in a manner known per se from an outside of the oven muffle 3 Drive unit (not shown) is attached. For reasons of clarity, in Fig. 1 interrupted the upper food support 19 and the baffle 21 and the blower 29 shown in a highly simplified manner. The fan wheel rotates clockwise according to the arrow in FIG. 1. It is immediately behind that in a circular area in the tub floor 22 arranged numerous circular suction openings 31 arranged. Over substantially the entire height of the side vertical tub edges 23 are numerous individual rectangular blow-out openings 33 arranged one above the other. This are separated from each other by narrow webs 35 and, if necessary, penetration of microwave radiation from the cooking space 1 into the blower chamber 27 avoid. The webs 35 are on the right side of the baffle 21 in their lower Border around a horizontal, extending into the drawing plane in Fig. 2 and 5 Edge 36 of the web 35 clockwise into the interior of the blower chamber 27 as the first Turbulence flap 37 bent. They extend at an angle of approximately 70 ° down and protrude into the blow-out openings 33. Accordingly, on the opposite Side of the baffle 21 formed second turbulence flaps 39, which are in the lateral tub edge from the lower edge of the individual opening 33 or in the upper edge the webs 35 inclined obliquely clockwise around the horizontal edge extend above. The first and second turbulence flaps 37, 39 are parallel to one another arranged. The length of the first turbulence plugs 37 is about twice as large as that Length of the second turbulence plugs 39 (FIGS. 4, 5).

When the oven is operating, the fan 29 sucks from the cooking space 1 through the suction openings 31 of the baffle 21 air into the blower chamber 27. The blower presses there 29 the air essentially radially away from itself, the impeller 27 turning clockwise rotates. Due to the direction of rotation and the arrangement of the fan 29 above the Center of the blower chamber 27, which is essentially airtight and closed at the top and bottom there is an uneven distribution of air flow and air pressure within the blower chamber 27. The air flowing into the blow-out opening 33 becomes braked by the first turbulence flaps 37 and over the height of the baffle 21 suitably designed turbulent, with the air flow immediately after exiting the individual blow-out openings 33 is directed essentially horizontally. Through the slight inclination of the side tub rim 23 and thus the blow-out openings 33 to the side wall 7 (Fig. 3) and the edgeless, even curvature In the area of the transition from the rear wall 5 to the side wall 7, there is no loss and particularly even flow of air over the entire height of the cooking space 1 towards the front of the oven door. Taking into account the twist and the uneven pressure distribution in the blower chamber 27 is achieved by the Arrangement and design of the second turbulence flaps 39 correspondingly on the opposite one Side of the baffle 21. In particular, this is in this area lower air flow due to the shorter design of the second turbulence flaps 39 in Compared to the first turbulence 37 compensated. Overall, this will over the entire height and depth of the cooking space 1 achieves an even heat distribution.
