Abstract
Description
- un mécanisme de commande commun à l'ensemble des pôles pour provoquer l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'interrupteur,
- une pluralité de modules interrupteurs unipolaires disposés côte à côte dans des compartiments adjacents isolés les uns des autres par des cloisons de séparation, chaque module étant équipé d'un contact mobile en pont coopérant avec une paire de contacts fixes opposés pour engendrer une double interruption du courant par pôle,
- et des moyens de transmission susceptibles de déplacer simultanément les contacts mobiles de tous les modules interrupteurs par l'action du mécanisme de commande.
- chaque module interrupteur comporte un barreau de commutation individuel de support du contact mobile, ledit barreau étant formé par un plot isolant rotatif à axe vertical ayant un embout de guidage en rotation à l'une des extrémités, et des moyens d'entraínement à l'extrémité opposée,
- et une paire de tringles d'actionnement est accouplée mécaniquement aux moyens d'entraínement de la totalité des barreaux de commutation en coopérant avec des tiges de liaison du mécanisme de commande pour assurer un déplacement en translation des tringles selon des sens opposés lors du passage de la position d'ouverture vers la position de fermeture, et vice-versa, lesdites tringles allongées s'étendant parallèlement entre elles dans un plan horizontal perpendiculaire aux différents plots rotatifs.
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée de l'interrupteur multipolaire selon l'invention;
- La figure 2 montre une vue en perspective de l'équipage mobile accouplé au mécanisme de commande, le boítier de l'interrupteur n'étant pas représenté;
- La figure 3 représente une vue en plan de l'interrupteur après retrait du capot et du mécanisme de commande;
- La figure 4 est une vue en plan de l'interrupteur après retrait du carter intermédiaire;
- La figure 5 est une vue en coupe verticale de l'interrupteur en position assemblée;
- La figure 6 représente une vue schématique d'un barreau de commutation unipolaire.
En position de fermeture illustrée aux figures 2 et 4, le contact fixe 38,40 de chaque pôle est inséré entre les pinces des deux barres 36A, 36B du double contact mobile 36. L'arête d'entrée des contacts fixes 38,40 est avantageusement chanfreinée pour faciliter l'entrée de la pince en fin de course de fermeture.
Claims (10)
- Interrupteur électrique multipolaire à boítier (12) parallélépipédique en matériau isolant moulé, renfermant:un mécanisme de commande (62) commun à l'ensemble des pôles pour provoquer l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'interrupteur (10),une pluralité de modules interrupteurs (30) unipolaires disposés côte à côte dans des compartiments (22, 24, 26, 28) adjacents isolés les uns des autres par des cloisons (20) de séparation, chaque module étant équipé d'un contact mobile (36) en pont coopérant avec une paire de contacts fixes (38, 40) opposés pour engendrer une double interruption du courant par pôle,et des moyens de transmission susceptibles de déplacer simultanément les contacts mobiles (36) de tous les modules interrupteurs (30) par l'action du mécanisme de commande (62),chaque module interrupteur (30) comporte un barreau de commutation (34) individuel de support du contact mobile (36), ledit barreau étant formé par un plot (42) isolant rotatif à axe vertical ayant un embout (44) de guidage en rotation à l'une des extrémités, et des moyens d'entraínement (46, 52) à l'extrémité opposée,et une paire de tringles d'actionnement (58, 60) est accouplée mécaniquement aux moyens d'entraínement (46, 52) de la totalité des barreaux de commutation (34), et coopère avec des tiges de liaison (80, 82) du mécanisme de commande (62) pour assurer un déplacement en translation des tringles (58, 60) selon des sens opposés lors du passage de la position d'ouverture vers la position de fermeture, et vice-versa, lesdites tringles allongées s'étendant parallèlement entre elles dans un plan horizontal perpendiculaire aux différents plots (42) rotatifs.
- Interrupteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement de chaque barreau de commutation (34) élémentaire comportent une patte d'entraínement (46) agencée à l'extrémité supérieure du plot (42), et une bague de transmission (52) entourant ladite patte (46), et ayant de plus deux ergots (54,56) insérés dans des trous (64) ménagés dans les tringles (58,60).
- Interrupteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux tringles d'actionnement (58,60) travaillent respectivement en traction et en compression suite à l'action des tiges (80,82) sur l'une des bagues (52) d'un pôle intermédiaire.
- Interrupteur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de commande (62) comporte un dispositif à double genouillère (66) associé aux deux tiges de liaison (80,82), et un dispositif à pignons (68) à actionnement frontal ou latéral.
- Interrupteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif à double genouillère (66) est composé de deux leviers (74,76) articulés entre eux au niveau des tiges de liaison (80,82) au moyen d'un levier intermédiaire (78), d'une paire de flasques (70,72) fixes ayant un secteur circulaire (83) le long duquel se déplacent les deux tiges (80,82), et d'un ressort (92,94) enfilé sur chaque levier (74,76) pivotant en prenant appui sur la tige de liaison (80,82) correspondante.
- Interrupteur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les tiges de liaison (80,82) comportent des extrémités supérieures positionnées dans des gorges d'un pignon principal (84) du dispositif à pignons (68).
- Interrupteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le pignon principal (84) se trouve en liaison mécanique avec un pignon conique (98) par l'intermédiaire d'un pignon de renvoi (100), et qu'une poignée de manoeuvre (86) amovible est adaptable soit au pignon principal (84), soit au pignon conique (98) pour assurer une commande frontale ou une commande latérale.
- Interrupteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (12) est formé par la superposition d'une base (14) de logement des compartiments (22,24,26,28) des modules unipolaires, d'un carter intermédiaire (16) renfermant les moyens d'entraínement (46,52) des plots (42) et les tringles d'actionnement (58,60), et d'un capot (18) de positionnement du mécanisme de commande (62).
- Interrupteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque barreau de commutation (34) porte un double contact mobile (36) en pont formé par deux barres conductrices (36A, 36B) parallèles traversant des lumières (102) du plot (42) isolant, en étant séparées l'une de l'autre par un intervalle (d) prédéterminé, et coopérant d'un côté avec un premier contact fixe (38) en liaison avec l'une des bornes de connexion (112), et du côté opposé avec un deuxième contact fixe (40) en liaison avec l'autre borne de connexion (114) de chaque pôle.
- Interrupteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (12) renferme un compartiment additionnel (32) pour le logement d'au moins un auxiliaire électrique (33) de signalisation de la position ouvert ou fermé des contacts de l'interrupteur (10), le changement d'état de l'auxiliaire (33) étant opéré en fin de course de rotation du pignon conique (98) latéral grâce à un coulisseau (88) de commande.
