Claims (10)
- Monolithisches Fachhalteelement (1) zu dem Webrotor (5) einer Reihenfachwebmaschine, welchem eine für den Schussfadeneintrag vorgesehene Blasdüse (2) zugeordnet ist und welches aus einem Stück Metall gefertigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüse (2) in dem Fachhalteelement integriert ist und mindestens eine im Fachhalteelement angeordnete Bohrung (21) umfasst. - Fachhalteelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüse (2) eine erste Bohrung (21) aufweist, deren Längsachse sich bezüglich dem Webrotor im wesentlichen radial erstreckt, sowie mindestens eine zweite Bohrung (22) aufweist, die quer zu der ersten verläuft.
- Fachhalteelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Bohrungen (22') quer zu der ersten Bohrung (21) eine Mehrzahl von Düsenöffnungen (23') bilden.
- Fachhalteelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüse (2) aus einer Bohrung (21) besteht, deren Austrittsöffnung (23) gegenüber einer Fläche (25) angeordnet ist, die für eine Umlenkung des Luftstrahls (29) vorgesehen ist.
- Fachhalteelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Bohrung (21) ein Einsatzstück (3) angeordnet ist, das ein Abschlusselement (30) der Bohrung mit einer Düsenöffnung (23) bildet.
- Fachhalteelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei integrierte Blasdüsen (2a, 2b) vorliegen, die zumindest angenähert spiegelbildlich zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Fachhalteelement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für beide Düsen (2a, 2b) zumindest angenähert die gleiche Blasleistung vorgesehen ist.
- Webrotor (5) einer Reihenfachwebmaschine mit Fachhalteelementen (1) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Webrotor nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur einzelne der Fachhalteelemente (1) jeweils mindestens eine Blasdüse (2) aufweisen.
- Reihenfachwebmaschine mit einem Webrotor nach Anspruch 8 oder 9.
