Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a handgun consisting of a housing receiving locking parts, one on the housing attached shaft and a detachably connected to the housing Barrel, and with a support for a scope.
Riflescopes are usually at certain points in the Gun fixed by means of adjustable consoles, of which the length of a scope at least one attached to the barrel is. This direct connection between barrel and rifle scope leads on the one hand to vibrations and misalignment of the Rifle scope, on the other hand, affects the connector created asymmetrical mass accumulation that Vibration behavior of the barrel and thus the accuracy.
Riflescopes have recently been used, the reticles of which The shooter's eye is further away, or even more elaborate, some even electronic, target devices. These are mostly attached to the barrel with both brackets, making the above Disadvantages occur even more. Other disadvantages of the known The arrangement is the large distance from the barrel axis and the lack of adjustability in the longitudinal direction.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a rifle that these disadvantages of conventional scope mounting avoids and an inexpensive yet elegant and enables practical design of the entire weapon.
To this end, the housing forms according to the invention via the connection with the barrel towards the front, a housing extension and is on the top of the housing and on the housing extension as a carrier a longitudinal rail is formed for the scope.
The housing extension and its longitudinal rail thus form the basis for attaching the scope. As a result of that the longitudinal rail is formed directly on the housing, is the optical axis of the rifle scope very close to the barrel axis by being practically the entire length of Housing and housing extension stretches can be the most varied Riflescopes at various distances from the Eye and without touching the barrel. Furthermore the housing extension creates effective hand protection, gives greater freedom in material selection and enables overall a particularly inexpensive and practical design the weapon. The longitudinal rail finally increases the rigidity of the housing.
A preferred material for the housing is light metal (Claim 2), especially if the housing from a drawn Profile is made (claim 3). It doesn't just do that Extra weight due to the housing extension and a forward one Rifle scope more than made up for it, but also one achieved significant reductions. Meets in particular with a drawn profile too. Another simplification Manufacturing is achieved when the housing consists of several glued parts (claim 4), one of which is the housing extension is (claim 5). One is largely cylindrical adhesive joint to achieve the strength of the Connection benefits.
An increase in the bending stiffness of the housing and housing extension is achieved in that their cross section Extended laterally on both sides above the horizontal center plane and roughly forms a stage in this (Claim 6). In addition, a forend can be added to the step or connect a housing casing flush, the the housing is also dustproof at the front.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the Longitudinal rail on a dovetail profile, on which two the Rifle scope holding clamps are guided (claim 7). The Optical axis of the riflescope can be the barrel axis can be approximated even further, especially if the longitudinal rail has grooves in the transverse direction at certain intervals (Claim 8). These offer the one holding the clamp Clamping screws space.
