Claims (12)
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine miteinem Maschinengehäuse (2),einem an dem Maschinengehäuse (2) gelagerten und über eine Messerantriebseinheit (139) angetriebenen Kreismesser (3),einer zur Einstellung der Scheibendicke des zu verarbeitenden Schneidguts senkrecht zur Schneidebene (6) des Kreismessers (3) mit einer Einstellvorrichtung verstellbaren Anschlagplatte (7) undeinem am Maschinengehäuse (2) parallel zur Schneidebene (6) hin- und herverschiebbar gelagerten Schlitten (9) mit einer Schneidgutauflage (23),wobei die Anschlagplatte (7) aus einer Sicherheitsposition, in der die Anschlagplatte (7) die Schneide des Kreismessers (3) abdeckt, in eine Schneidposition zum Schneiden des Schneidguts verstellbar ist,der Abstand der Schneidgutauflage (23) senkrecht zur Schneidebene (6) mittels einer Verstellvorrichtung zwischen einem Minimalabstand (c') und einem weiteren Abstand (c) verstellbar ist,und daß die Einstellvorrichtung der Anschlagplatte (7) mit der Verstellvorrichtung so gekoppelt ist, daß bei einer Bewegung der Anschlagplatte (7) in die Sicherheitsposition der Abstand der Schneidgutauflage (23) zur Schneidebene (6) auf den weiteren Abstand (c) und bei einer Bewegung der Anschlagplatte (7) in eine Schneidposition der Abstand der Schneidgutauflage (23) zur Schneidebene (6) auf den Minimalabstand (c') verändert wird.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Minimalabstand (c') der Schneidgutauflage (23) von der Schneidebene (6) in jeder Schneidposition der Anschlagplatte (7) konstant ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidgutauflage (23) gegebenenfalls gemeinsam mit dem Schlitten (9) zwischen einer Position mit dem Minimalabstand (c') und einer Position mit dem weiteren Abstand (c) mittels der Verstellvorrichtung hin- und herbewegbar ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtung für die Schneidgutauflage (23) eine bezüglich ihrer Längsachse exzentrisch verschwenkbar gelagerte Führungsschiene (13) umfaßt, welche den Schlitten (9) parallel zur Schneidebene (6) verschiebbar lagert.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die exzentrisch gelagerte Führungsschiene (13) einen Hebel (25) aufweist, welcher beim Einrücken der Anschlagplatte (7) in die Sicherheitsposition von einem Mitnehmer der Einstellvorrichtung (8) der Anschlagplatte (7) betätigt wird und die Schneidgutauflage (23) zusammen mit dem Schlitten (9) in den weiteren Abstand (c) zur Schneidebene (6) bewegt.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer als Teil einer Kurvenscheibe (17) ausgebildet ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer als eine radial angeordnete Nut (26) ausgebildet ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse der Führungsschiene (13) und deren Mittelachse bei einer mittleren Scheibendickeneinstellung der Anschlagplatte (7) in einer zur Schneidebene (6) im wesentlichen parallelen Ebene liegen.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (25) in seiner Schwenkbewegung durch einen Anschlag (28) begrenzt ist.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (25) nach Freigabe durch den Mitnehmer an dem Umfang der Kurvenscheibe (17) anliegt.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer einen Fangzahn (27) am Umfang der Kurvenscheibe (17) umfaßt.
- Aufschnitt-Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kreismesser (3), gegebenenfalls gemeinsam mit der Messerantriebseinheit (139) gegenüber der Schneidgutauflage (23) zwischen einer Position mit dem Minimalabstand (c') der Schneidgutauflage (23) zur Schneidebene (6) und einer Position der Schneidgutauflage (23) zur Schneidebene (6) mit dem weiteren Abstand (c) mittels der Verstellvorrichtung verstellbar ist.
