Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for producing an under mattress with a variety of support elements that dissolve the bottom mattress area in terms of their spring properties in at least one direction enable in the lower mattress level and a manufactured according to this process Under mattress.
- Known mattresses are, for example, slatted frames with a frame and arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the base mattress, elastically flexible Battens.
- under mattresses are now known, at which a variety of individual support elements over the surface of the bottom mattress distributed and elastically supported against a base frame or themselves are elastic.
- the supine spine can be reached by the double S-shaped Body contour is reproduced.
- the desired straight line Shape of the spine In the side position the desired straight line Shape of the spine but cannot be fully achieved as the Slats are not flexible enough for this.
- the shoulder area can Do not immerse to the side as deep as it is to ensure a straight line extended spine would be required.
- the use of single support elements allows deep immersion of the body on everyone Job. So while crossbars dissolve the bottom mattress area in the With regard to their spring properties in the longitudinal direction of the base mattress, is the bottom mattress area with regard to the individual support elements completely dissolved in their spring properties down to almost punctiform areas.
- the invention is based on the object, a method of the aforementioned Kind in such a way that at the same time low manufacturing costs optimal support in all areas of the body is made possible. Moreover the invention has for its object a sub-mattress with these properties specify.
- the first-mentioned object is achieved by a method according to claim 12.
- the second task is done by a Solved mattress according to claim 1.
- the selection and arrangement can depend, for example, on the Shoulder and / or hip width of the user take place by using with wide shoulder in the corresponding under mattress area individual support elements be arranged that allow deep immersion while in the Chest and lumbar crossbars are arranged. For people with wider Hip or broad shoulders and wide hips can be used in these Individual support elements are provided in the associated areas of the lower mattress while the chest and lumbar area in between are equipped with crossbars.
- the exact location of the areas with individual support elements can also be dependent can be chosen from the height of the user to the spring properties to adapt the sub-mattress even better to the physique of the user.
- At least as support elements some longitudinal and / or cross battens are used. These enable one Dissolution of the sub mattress in one direction, according to the requirements can be chosen.
- Single support elements can also be used. These enable an almost punctiform dissolution of the lower mattress.
- By using elongated individual support elements can also be given an orientation so that the resolution is different in one direction than in the direction perpendicular to it. Such a selection has proven to be particularly advantageous.
- a sub-mattress produced by the method according to the invention has the benefits listed above.
- a further embodiment of the Invention provided arrangement of elongated individual support elements around an axis perpendicular to its support surface and between at least two positions are rotatable, allows a variation in the resolution of the bottom mattress even after their manufacture. Such a mattress can therefore manufactured uniformly and later adapted to the respective user.
- the support elements with an elongated contact surface have as such also have the advantage that by varying the orientation of the support elements a different support in relation to the mattress to be supported can be achieved in different mattress areas, in particular depending on the physique of the user of the mattress.
- the Support elements can, in particular, optionally along or across Longitudinal axis of the mattress base are arranged. The through the Support elements formed support surface for the mattress can thereby Needs to be resolved differently.
- support elements are made more easily stable than square or round Support elements, because the elongated design of the support surface already increased tilt stability in the longitudinal direction of the support surface is given.
- the support surface of the support element can preferably be rectangular or have an elliptical shape.
- the ratio of length to width of the contact surface is preferably between about 1.5: 1 and 3: 1, in particular between approx. 2: 1 and 2.5: 1.
- a ratio of 2: 1 to 2.5: 1 has become variable resolution of the contact surface was found to be particularly suitable.
- the support body at least one spring element for elastic support on the base support fixable.
- the spring elements are in different positions Support body, in particular longitudinally displaceable relative to this, attachable.
- the support elements can be of different dimensions Base mattress to be adjusted. This is particularly important if the Support elements can be arranged either lengthways or crossways to the base mattress. In this case, the spring elements must namely on grid dimensions on the Base rails are adjusted depending on the cross direction of the base mattress vary on the width of the under mattress. So trained Support elements can therefore be used for mattresses of different sizes become.
- the support body of the support element via a spring element which extends essentially over the entire bearing surface or supported via two spring elements arranged side by side his.
- two spring elements arranged side by side these can either also together essentially over the entire contact surface of the Carrier body extends, or the two spring elements can each in opposite Edge areas of the support surface can be arranged. In all cases there is a stable support of the support body.
- the spring elements and the support body can also be made in one piece be trained.
- the manufacture of the support elements will thereby simplified and cheaper.
- the support element shown in Fig. 1 comprises a Contact surface 1 for a support body not shown here 2, which by means of two spring elements 3 on one opposite the mattress, Base carrier, also not shown here, can be supported elastically is. As you can see, the support surface 1 is elongated and has approximately a length to width ratio of 2: 1 to 2.5: 1.
- the spring elements 3 shown can be designed in any manner. In particular, instead of here only to clarify the function shown coil spring elements formed of elastic material spring body be provided.
- the two spring elements 3 can also by a only spring element to be replaced, which is preferred over the entire Bearing surface 1 extends, the bearing surface 1 so in particular on all sides on the edge supported. In this way, a high tilt stability of the support body 2 reached.
- the spring elements 3 can also be formed in one piece with the support body 2 be, in particular as a molded part, thereby increasing the manufacturing costs reduce.
- FIG. 2 4 In the arrangement of support elements not shown according to the invention shown in FIG. 2 4 according to FIG. 1 is a plurality of support elements 4 over the bearing surface the bottom mattress 5 arranged in rows and columns, the support elements 4 in the shoulder area 6 and in the hip area 7 of the lower mattress 5 their longitudinal axis II oriented in the direction of the longitudinal axis I of the lower mattress 5 are.
- the support elements 4 In the other areas of the base mattress 5, in particular in the head and Neck area 8, in the chest and lumbar area 9 and in the leg area 10 but also in the edge areas 11 and 12, the support elements 4 are transverse to Longitudinal axis 1 of the base mattress 5 is arranged.
- the exact place and the exact The size of the shoulder area 6 and the hip area 7 can be dependent be chosen by the physique and height of the user. Per Depending on their size, the lying surface can be between approx. 40 and approx. 120 support elements 4 may be provided. This number combines a good resolution the lying area with low manufacturing costs.
- the support elements 4 are dependent on the physique of the user arranged differently. It is important that by choosing the orientation of the Support elements 4 optimally dissolve the sub-mattress 5 to the physique is adjusted, so in the shoulder and hip area 6, 7 a resolution at least transversely to the longitudinal axis I of the base mattress 5 and that support elements are arranged in the chest and lumbar region a dissolution of the bottom mattress area only in their Cause longitudinal direction.
- the rest Areas 8 and 10 to 12 can therefore in principle also conventional crossbars 13 can be used, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the support elements 4 can also be rotatably arranged on the base support be so that the orientation of the support elements 4 depending on the physique of the user can be changed. The rotatability can be so be designed so that a twist only once and only between two twist positions is possible. This is useful when the mattress is on a user is to be hired.
- the support surface of the bottom mattress 5 can also be resolved by variation the distances between the support elements 4 can be changed.
- a preferred one In the case of support elements 4 with a support surface 1 of approximately 10 ⁇ 20, the division is seen cm before that the distance measured from center to center of the support elements 4 in Longitudinal direction of the support elements 4 approx. 25 cm and in the transverse direction approx. 15 cm is. This results in a good resolution of the support surface of the bottom mattress 5 combined with a not too large number of support elements 4, so that achieved good support properties with comparatively low costs can be.
- the support surface 1 of the support elements according to the invention 4 also elliptical or in another elongated shape his.
- the ratio of length to width of the contact surface 1 can also be different, in particular be chosen larger.
- the contact surface 1 can be 10, for example Measure x 25 cm or 8 x 20 cm. In the second case it is due to the smaller Area a finer division of the contact surface of the lower mattress 5 and thereby a higher resolution of the lying surface is possible.
- the variant of a sub-mattress 5 according to the invention shown in FIG. 4 largely corresponds to the variant of FIG. 3.
- individual support elements 15 of square shape in the shoulder area 6 and provided in the hip area 7.
- the exact location can also be used in this variant and the size of the shoulder area 6 and the hip area 7 depending on chosen by the height of the user and depending on the physique only the shoulder area 6 or only the hip area 7 with individual support elements 15 be provided.
- the spring characteristic of the individual support elements 15 can be varied depending on the physique of the user.
- Fig. 5 shows a support element 4, on which two spring elements 3 are longitudinally displaceable are attached.
- the support body 2 has on it Underside protruding hook 16, which in slots 17 on the opposite Sides of the two spring elements 3 can engage in such a way that the spring elements 3 attached to the support body 2, but in the longitudinal direction II are movable.
- the hooks 16 can be snapped into the elongated holes 17.
- the elongated holes 17 of the spring elements 3 thus enable longitudinal displacement of the spring elements 3 relative to the support body 2.
- the support body 2 also has, as shown, breakthroughs 19, the ventilation of a promote supported mattress.
- the invention makes it possible to individually adapt the sub-mattress 5 possible to the physique of the user by dissolving the Under mattress area in terms of their spring properties to the physique is adjusted.
- the assigned shoulder area 6 of the lower mattress 5 in the transverse direction strongly resolved in people with a wide hip corresponding to the hip area 7.
- elongated Support elements 4 or other individual support elements for example the shown square individual support elements 15 can be used.
