Claims (14)
- Verteilvorrichtung (2) eines Auftragswerkes (1) zum direkten oder indirekten Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums auf eine laufende Materialbahn mit einem Verteilrohr (3) für das flüssige oder pastöse Medium, wobei das Verteilrohr (3)sich über die gesamte Maschinenbreite des Auftragswerkes (1) erstreckt,ein Einströmende und ein Ausströmende, sowieüber die Länge des Verteilrohres (3) verteilt
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Querschnitt des mit dem flüssigen oder pastösen Medium befüllten Inneren des Verteilrohres (3) veränderbar ist. - Verteilvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Verteilrohres (3) abschnittsweise oder kontinuierlich über die Maschinenbreite veränderbar ist.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Veränderung des Querschnittes die Durchtrittsfläche geändert wird, während der Umfang der Durchtrittsfläche konstant bleibt.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Veränderung des Querschnittes sowohl die Durchtrittsfläche als auch der Umfang der Durchtrittsfläche verändert wird.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Veränderung des Querschnittes im Betrieb erfolgen kann.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Veränderung des Querschnittes durch elastische Verformung zumindest eines Teiles des Verteilrohres (3) erfolgt.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Veränderung des Querschnittes eines mechanische Verstelleinrichtung, (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Verstelleinrichtung (8) eine Anzahl von über die Maschinenbreite verteilt angeordneten Justierschrauben aufweist.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Verstelleinrichtung (8) eine Hebelanordnung aufweist, die über Stellglieder, die über die Breite der Maschine verteilt sind, Kräfte einleitet, die eine abschnittsweise Verformung des Verteilrohres (3) bewirken.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Veränderung des Querschnittes ein oder mehrere Füllkörper (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Verstelleinrichtung (8) mit einem thermischen, hydraulischen, pneumatischen, magnetischen, magnetostriktiven oder piezzoelektrischen Verstellmechanismus vorgesehen ist.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Stellmotoren zur abschnittsweisen Betätigung der Verstelleinrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Verteilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (8) ferngesteuert betätigbar ist.
- Verteilvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ferngesteuerte abschnittsweise Ansteuerung der Verstelleinrichtung (8) in einem Regelkreis automatisch aufgrund von Meßwerten des Querprofils des aufgetragenen Auftragsmediums vorgenommen wird.
