Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'une portion de boíte de montre dans laquelle est monté un dispositif poussoir selon l'invention;
- la figure 2 est une vue agrandie de l'extrémité du bouton poussoir selon la figure 1, et
- la figure 3 est une variante du mode de réalisation représenté à la figure 2.
Ainsi, pour assembler le bouton poussoir selon l'invention on positionne d'abord un ressort de rappel 6 dans une gorge 4 de la carrure, on place le joint torique 30 dans la gorge 12, on met en place depuis l'extérieur de la carrure la tige 10 et la tête 5, éventuellement préassemblée si ces éléments n'ont pas été réalisés en une seule pièce, puis on emboíte depuis l'intérieur de la boíte la douille 20 sur le tigeron 13, et ensuite on effectue le rivetage du rebord 18 sur la face extérieure de l'anneau 22, ce qui va entraíner la compression du joint torique 30 par l'extrémité de la partie tubulaire 21 de ladite douille. Comme représenté à titre d'exemple à la figure 3, la course de la douille 20 et son positionnement avant rivetage peuvent être ajustés, en prévoyant dans la surface interne de la douille 20 une rainure 25 dans laquelle vient s'encliqueter une lèvre 14 portée par le tigeron 13.
Claims (4)
- Bouton poussoir pour pièce d'horlogerie comportant une tige (10), pourvue d'une tête de manoeuvre (5) et coulissant dans un trou (2) cylindrique pratiqué dans la carrure (3) de ladite pièce d'horlogerie, et un moyen d'arrêt empêchant l'extraction de ladite tige (10), caractérisé en ce que la tige (10) comprend du côté de la tête (5) un corps principal (11) cylindrique prolongé par un tigeron (13) séparé de celui-ci par une gorge (12) destinée à recevoir un joint (30), ledit tigeron (13) ayant à son extrémité un dégagement annulaire (16) formant un tenon axial (17) terminé par un rebord annulaire (18), et en ce que le moyen d'arrêt comprend une douille (20) emboítée entre la paroi du trou (2) et le tigeron (13), de longueur sensiblement égale au tigeron (13), partiellement obturée par un anneau (22) de diamètre extérieur supérieur à celui du trou (2) et d'ouverture sensiblement égale au diamètre du tenon (17), ladite douille (20) comprimant le joint (30) et étant rendue solidaire du tigeron (13) par rivetage du rebord annulaire (18) contre l'anneau (22) de la douille (20).
- Bouton poussoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de l'anneau (22) est évasée vers l'extérieur.
- Bouton poussoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface interne de la douille (20) comporte une rainure (25) dans laquelle vient s'encliqueter une lèvre (14) du tigeron (13) pour permettre le positionnement de la douille (20) avant rivetage.
- Procédé d'assemblage d'un bouton poussoir pour pièce d'horlogerie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige est mise en place depuis l'extérieur de la boíte, que la douille (20) est emboítée depuis l'intérieur sur le tigeron (13) et que le rebord (18) est riveté sur la face extérieure de l'anneau (22).
