La bobine de matériau se trouve alors dans une position en suspension sur les doigts (12) précités qui pénètrent partiellement à l'intérieur du mandrin de la bobine. Quasiment en fin de dévidage, la butée escamotable (30) se retire et n'assure plus l'appui et la retenue de la bobine de réserve (B2). Celle-ci descend par gravité et fait alors jouer le doigt (24) associé aux plaquettes (23), dans les conditions décrites précédemment. La bobine de réserve prend la place de la précédente. La première bobine (B1) est éjectée dans le fond du carter. Il y a lieu d'observer que le positionnement de la bobine de réserve est tel que la bande de papier pendante se trouve à l'avant de l'appareil. Claims (9)

  1. Loading device for dispensing apparatus for material wipes of the type comprising, in a housing, the accommodation of at least one reel (B) of wipe material, underneath mechanisms, especially a drum (3) that may or may not include a cutting device (4), and a pressure component (5) that presses against the drum and between which the strip(s) of material taken from the reels of wipe material is/are to be threaded, characterised in that the housing comprises lateral walls (2b-2c; 20a-20b) perpendicular to the rear wall (2a) and devised so that they have curved slots (2g-20c) and at least one projecting part (9-21) shaped as a cam situated at the rear end of each curved slot, and in that opposite each wall (2b-2c; 20a-20b) there is a small hinged profiled plate (11-23), elastically deformable, each small plate comprising a retractable pin (12-24) arranged opposite the wall of the housing so that it engages in, projects from or retracts from said curved receptacle slot in combination with elastic deformation of the small plate, the lower part of which is capable of movably cooperating with the projection (9-21) formed on the opposite wall depending on the loading phase of the reel, said pin constituting a limit stop means of the reel of wipe material until the core of the latter is offered up opposite the pin and then constituting a means of freely suspending the core that supports the reel of material, and in that one of the ends of the small plate (11-23) has an associated elastic return means (15-25) allowing limited displacement and return to its initial position, and in that the diameter of the pin (12-24) is much less than the diameter of the core.
  2. Loading device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that each projecting part (9-21) has a gradual slope (9a-21a) from the rear end of the opposite curved slot (2g-20c) making it act as a cam, said projecting part cooperating with the lower end of the small hinged plate, allowing its spreading by elastic deformation when pushed apart, or during loading or unloading of the reel of material, allowing pin (12-24) to retract inside the curved slot, said pin pressing against the lateral side of the reel during insertion or removal, said pin penetrating by resilience into the core, and ensuring its suspension when said core is opposite the pin.
  3. Loading device as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that each of the small plates (11-23) has in addition a second shaped projection (10-22) forming a ramp (10a-22a) in a manner similar to projections (9-21), and arranged opposite the latter projections relative to curved slots (2g-20c) to allow the withdrawal and removal of the reel of material, creating a similar deformation effect of the small plates and retraction of the pins.
  4. Loading device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that shaped small plates (11) each support a pin (12) for positioning, retaining and suspending the core, the small plate forming a pendulum being freely hinged at its upper part (11a) about connecting means (13) fixed to the opposite lateral wall of the housing, and in that the lower part of the shaped small plate is designed with a heel piece (11b) accommodating a shaft (14) that protrudes externally the other side to said pin (12) and is used to attach an elastic means of return (15) of which the other end is associated to means fixed to the lower part of the lateral wall, small plate (11) cooperating with the above-mentioned ramp shapes (9-10), and in that the curved slot (2g) is arranged in an essentially horizontal plane.
  5. Loading device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that shaped small plates (23) each support a pin (24) for positioning, retaining and suspending the core, the small plate being L-shaped with the short leg (23a) in an essentially horizontal position supporting the retractable pin (24) accommodated in the curved slot (20c), said short leg (23a) cooperating with projections (21-22) depending on the given movement of the loading device, and in that long leg (23b) enables the attachment of the elastic return means (25) of the small plate relative to the lateral walls of the housing, said small plate being hinged at its angled part relative to the opposite wall, and in that the curved slot (20c) is arranged in an essentially vertical plane.
  6. Dispensing apparatus for material wipes comprising a loading device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that it is fitted, in its bottom part, with a container (R) to receive the used up reel of material, the remaining strip of which is threaded between the pressure component and the drum to be simultaneously cut with the beginning of the material of the new reel.
  7. Apparatus as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that it comprises a retractable support frame (28) hinged on the walls of the apparatus and cooperating with shaped ribs (29) formed on the cover of the apparatus to ensure dispensing of the paper in folded or non-folded form.
  8. Apparatus as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that it comprises in addition a mechanism enabling two rolls or reels of material (B1-B2) to be dispensed, a roll or reel in use held by the loading device and a reserve roll or reel held above by retractable means.
  9. Apparatus as claimed in claim 8, characterised in that the reserve reel (B2) rests against a retractable limit stop (30) which is hinged by a connecting rod (31) relative to a fixed support (32) joined to one of the walls of the housing (20), one large opening (20d) allowing positioning and swivelling of the limit stop to ensure its escape, and in that said connecting rod cooperates with an arm (33) associated with a hinged pivot (34) in opposition to a return spring, said end of arm having a test means (36) that rests at the rear and underneath the reel of material (B1) that is in use to measure its diameter and trigger the escape of the reserve roll to replace the roll in use with the latter escaping into the bottom of the apparatus.
