Description
The present invention relates to a Connector according to the preamble of claim 1.
Connectors of this type, as for example in Mobile phones are used and how they are used for example in DE 195 00 102 A1 are supposed to be in ever smaller versions offered, however, must always have the same powers at Can endure insertion and removal of a cable connector. at such connectors engages the mechanical load, such as when locking and unplugging the cable connector results directly on the Plastic housing in which the one locking part of the Locking device between the connector and Cable connector is inserted from the top wall. from Plastic case affects the load on the PCB-side contact connections or their Solder connection to the circuit board. A certain one Relief of this solder joint is through in that Plastic housing on the side inserted soldering angle. A disadvantage is not only the direct transmission of the mechanical load directly on the plastic housing and the solder connection but also the multitude of for the Structure of the connector to be used and therefore too assembling parts. All of this requires a stable and because of the choice of material plastic for the housing voluminous component.
In EP-A-512 438 wird ein Steckverbinder nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 beschrieben.EP-A-512 438 describes a connector according to the preamble of claim 1.
The object of the present invention is one To create connectors of the type mentioned, in which the mechanical load on the plastic housing considerably reduced and the number of components is reduced.
To solve this problem with a connector mentioned type the features specified in claim 1 intended.
The measures according to the invention ensure that the mechanical stress, in particular due to the locking occurs when inserting and removing the cable plug, from Plastic housing on the metal bracket and thus immediately on its attachment to the circuit board is transferred.
This allows the plastic housing to be thin-walled and as a result, are made less voluminous. Besides, is achieved that the mechanical load from the electrical Contact between the circuit board side Contact connections and the circuit board is removed. On there is a further advantage of the measures according to the invention in that only a single component, namely the Metal bracket must be used for assembly, which also can also serve as electrical shielding.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention the features are provided according to claim 2, with what on the one hand a pre-fixation of the metal bracket on the PCB and on the other hand a relief of Solder connection between the soldering angle of the metal bracket and the PCB is reached.
An optimal fixation of the plastic housing relative to the Metal bracket results when the features according to claim 3 are provided.
A convenient locking one with elastic Locking parts provided cable connector on the connector arises if the features according to claim 4 are provided, as a result of which the elastic locking parts the cable connector immediately behind the locking tab of the rigid metal bracket.
Weitere bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen des Metallbügels ergeben sich aus den Merkmalen eines oder mehrerer der Ansprüche 5 bis 9.Further preferred configurations of the metal bracket result from the features of one or more of claims 5 to 9th
Eine zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung der Kontaktanordnung des Steckverbinders ergibt sich mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 10.An expedient embodiment of the contact arrangement of the Connector results with the features of the claim 10th
As for the cable connector-side contact connections of the

elektrisch und mechanisch verbunden. Der Steckverbinder 10
kann beispielsweise mit einem in Figur 5 dargestellten
Kabelstecker 11 verbunden werden.The
The
Das dünnwandige Kunststoffgehäuse 12 besitzt eine etwa
quaderförmige Außenform und einen ebenfalls quaderförmigen
Innenraum 16, der zur kabelsteckerseitigen Front bzw.
Vorderseite 17 hin entsprechend dem lichten Querschnitt des
Kunststoffgehäuses 12 offen ist. Das leiterplattenseitige Ende
bzw.
bzw. 33 und 34, wobei die jeweils übereinander angeordneten
Schlitze 31 und 33 bzw. 32 und 34 in Deckwand und Boden
miteinander fluchten.The thin-walled
Rastausnehmung 23 aufgrund vorhergehender elastischer
Verformung rasten.The
angeordnet. This is connected to each other in a latching manner by plugging
State of the
Der Metallbügel 14, der etwa kanalförmig ausgebildet ist,
besitzt eine rechteckförmige Längsplatte 46, die beidseitig in
um 90° umgebogene Seitenwangen 47, 48 übergeht. Jede
The
Die Verriegelungslaschen 58, 59 dienen ferner der
verriegelnden Halterung des in Figur 5 dargestellten
Kabelsteckers 11.
Verriegelungslaschen 58, 59 gelangen.The locking
