Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une partie femellle d'un élément auto-agrippant comportant :une première couche (1) formant supportune seconde couche (2), comportant une base (3) et sur une (7) de ses faces des boucles (4) libres, la seconde couche étant de structure légère et ajourée; le procédé de fabrication comportant l'étape qui consiste à :contrecoller la seconde couche (2) par sa face (6), opposée à la face (7) où se trouvent les boucles, sur la première couche (1) formant support, par application entre les deux couches (1) et (2) d'un agent de liaison,on réalise les boucles (4) en un matériau qui, dans les conditions opératoires de contrecollage, présentent une première affinité d'adhérence très faible ou nulle vis-à-vis de l'agent de liaison ; eton réalise la base (3) et la première couche (1) en un matériau ou des matériaux ayant une seconde affinité d'adhérence qui est bonne vis-à-vis de l'agent de liaison.
- Procédé de fabrication suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base (3) de la seconde couche (2) est à mailles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la base (3) de la seconde couche (2) est obtenue par entrelacement de fils et/ou de bandelettes tissés ou tricotés, en tricot chaíne ou trame, les boucles (4) étant en fil et réalisées lors de la fabrication de la base (3).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le contrecollage s'effectue par fusion thermique partielle de la première couche (1) et/ou de la base (3) de la deuxième couche (2), l'agent de liaison étant constitué par les produits de fusion qui, après refroidissement, font partie intégrante de la structure de la première couche et/ou de la base de la seconde couche.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les boucles (4) sont en une matière présentant un point de fusion plus élevé que celui de la matière constituant la base (3) de la deuxième couche (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la base (3) est au moins partiellement en polypropylène ou en un dérivé polyoléfine et les boucles (4) sont en polyamide, en polyester ou en un polymère dérivé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la première couche (1) est en polypropylène ou en un dérivé polyoléfine.
- Partie femelle d'élément auto-agrippant obtenue par le procédé de fabrication suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
- Auto-agrippant comportant une partie femelle suivant la revendication 8.
