Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a frame adapter for the angled, especially right-angled connection of scaffolding groups I, II, which are constructed with frame elements consisting of two in the area of their ends by at least one upper and lower crossbeam are interconnected stands, with adjacent frame elements of each scaffold group are connected to each other at least via covering platforms.
When scaffolding buildings, different scaffolding groups must be used connected to each other at the corners of the building will. For this it is necessary that one at the building corners the vertically arranged frame elements with coupling means connects with each other to create a transition between a scaffolding group and those connected at an angle to it to get the second group of scaffolds. When connecting of scaffolding groups, however, it should be noted that the individual platforms not only on the same level must lie, but that the gap widths between the covering platforms of individual scaffolding groups according to the latest regulation may not exceed 25 mm. Furthermore said the requirement that the through opening of the frame elements must be secured on the end faces, being here triple side protection is required. About that in addition, the vertical frame elements of each of the scaffolding groups with wall anchors and spacer tubes on the two Sides of the building. It follows that the Corner scaffolding of buildings requires a comparatively high amount of work required.
The invention has for its object this workload for connecting two angled together to significantly reduce scaffolding groups to be connected.
To solve this problem, a frame adapter is the beginning mentioned type proposed from a stand and at least one lower and one upper crossbar there is that the crossbars of the frame adapter over one essentially parallel to the stand Spar are connected to each other that on the side facing away from the stand Side of the spar at least one fastener is attached to a stand of the frame element the neighboring group of scaffolds can be attached and that the distance between the stand and the fastener of the frame adapter equal to the distance between the uprights of the frame elements the scaffolding group to be connected.
With the newly proposed frame adapter, it is possible to build a corner structure in which the gap widths be kept to a minimum, a perfect transition surface arises and at the same time in a simple manner three-part side protection can be realized. Of the Frame adapter according to the invention is with a stand provided, which is formed like the stand, as they also have the other frame elements. Furthermore is the stand equally with an upper and lower Crossbar provided, but these crossbars their opposite end not on a second stand are connected, but to a spar, which is otherwise is still closer to the stand than the stands of the usual frame elements with each other. On the side of the spar that faces away from the stand Fasteners attached, which are advantageous in the form of cup-shaped holders are formed, the fastening dimension corresponds exactly to the distance for these holders, the stands of the frame elements to be fastened pointer. This measure makes it possible the frame adapter directly on the front stand the scaffold group to be attached, this Frame adapter then fully functions as a Frame element takes over. Since the frame adapter on the Stand of the already erected scaffolding group connected is a special orientation, support, anchoring etc. not required, but can be used immediately the angled second scaffolding group continued to be built will.
The frame adapter with a diagonal traverse is advantageous provided the frontal passage closes diagonally. Furthermore, can advantageously between the stand and the spar of the frame adapter cross members be drawn in, the required continuity guarantee. According to another suggestion of the invention, the lower crossbar is designed in such a way that this can accommodate a toe board, being equally can be advantageous, this toe board fixed equally to connect with the lower crossbar.
Through the direct connection of the frame adapter one stand of the other scaffolding group becomes the minimum Distance between the platforms is the same as that between the Frame elements of a scaffold group is obtained.

In Fig. 1 sind zwei Gerüstgruppen I und II rechtwinklig
miteinander verbunden. Die Gerüstgruppe I ist aus vier Rahmenelementen
2 aufgebaut, die in bekannter Weise ineinandergesteckt
und mittels Belagbühnen 6 miteinander verbunden
sind. Diese Belagbühnen sind in den jeweils oberen
Quertraversen 4 eingehängt. In Fig. 1, two scaffold groups I and II are rectangular
connected with each other. Scaffolding group I consists of four
A framework group II is connected to the framework group I,

bilden.Between the upper end of the

The attachment is with an adapter element according to the invention a second scaffolding group that is angled to the first scaffolding group runs, very easy, because only a height alignment of the lowest adapter element must, and this is usually done in such a way that on the lower adapter element, namely on its stand Spindle is arranged, the exact height positioning allows. The orientation in the vertical direction is indicated by the first scaffolding group I guaranteed. For the rest is too notice that not necessarily the scaffolding group first I must be created and then the scaffolding group II. The construction can also be carried out in the reverse manner.
