Definitions
- the invention relates to a winding machine for winding a continuously starting thread according to the preamble of claim 1 and a Process for winding a continuously running thread after the Preamble of claim 17.
- the winding spindles are on swing arms rotatably mounted, the bearing rockers by means of swivel joints on one Turret are attached.
- the winding spindles are rotated by the Winding turret alternately from a winding area to a changing area hazards.
- the winding spindles are used for winding in an inner Position on the winding turret held against a stop and for changing the bobbin moved radially outward into an outer position.
- the Time to change the full bobbins depends on a fixed position on the winding speed and the evasive movement of the pressure roller. At the usual high winding speeds of> 6,000 m / min. and a fixed pressure roller result in very short changing times.
- a winding machine is known from US Pat. No. 4,298,171, in which the Spool spindles are also rotatably mounted on swing arms and wherein the bearing rockers in turn by means of swivel joints on the winding turret are attached.
- the winding spindle in the winding area by means of Bearing rocker brought into a position on the winding turret, which ensures that the winding spindle with a driven friction roller for winding of the thread is driven.
- the winding turret is then with growing coil diameter of the coil formed against one on it acting torque swiveled. Because of the fixed friction roller there is a collision between the full coil in the Exchange area and the spool to be formed in the winding area.
- the center distance is when winding between the pressure roller or friction roller and the winding spindle Rotation of the turret increased.
- the winding spindle is on one defined circular spindle guide path.
- increasing Axis distance or growing coil occurs a change in the radial contact force between the pressure roller and the coil to be formed.
- these changes result from the geometric change between the pressure roller and winding spindle and on the other hand from the increasing weight of the coil.
- DE-A-252377 also discloses a winding machine in which the winding spindles are each arranged on a linearly guided bearing management device.
- the warehouse management facilities are also attached to a turret through which the winding spindles alternately in a winding area and in a changing area become.
- the evasive movement of the Spool spindle only executed by the warehouse management system.
- the direction of movement of the bearing guide device transverse to the direction of movement of the winding turret, so that the winding spindle is only used for changing the bobbin be moved by the turret.
- the aim of the invention is to provide a winding machine in which the radial contact pressure of the pressure roller on the bobbin remains largely constant in the course of the winding cycle.
- the winding spindles are on led the winding turret that the winding spindles at the beginning of the winding in the winding area in the outer position and the evasive movement the winding spindle to form the bobbin by the bearing guide device the winding spindle and / or the winding turret is executable.
- This has the particular advantage that the evasive movement increases Start of winding by the bearing guide device of the winding spindle is guaranteed.
- the turret remains in its place Position so that the winding spindle with the one ready for changing Full spool remains in a fixed change position. Since the Winding spindle in the changing area has also moved to the outer position, it is avoided that the wound coil and the full coil in the alternating area hinder oneself.
- the evasive movement of the additional winding spindle in the winding area to form the bobbin by rotating the turret can do this by rotating the winding turret with a fixed bearing guide device, by rotating the turret and moving the bearing guide or by the movement of the bearing guide device when it is stationary Turret turret can be carried out.
- the possibility of variation of the superimposed Movements are particularly beneficial to the geometric Conditions between the pressure roller and the bobbin or the bobbin spindle to change such that a certain contact pressure or a certain contact pressure profile is observed during the winding cycle.
- the warehouse management facility for example be designed as a swing arm mounted on one side of the turret.
- the design of the winding machine according to claim 2 also has the Advantage that the winding spindle at the transition from the winding area to the changing area is first moved to the inner position. So that will achieved that the winding spindle with the full bobbin so far from the edge area of the winding turret is that the bobbin diameter of the full bobbin is within the turret diameter.
- the winding machine thus has a very tight design.
- the second winding spindle can meanwhile take a position favorable for thread take-up.
- the bearings of the winding spindles Movable back and forth on the bearing guideways.
- the result Ways to remove the winding spindle with the empty tube from the outer position or swinging from the inner position into the thread course Furthermore are the movements of the winding spindle bearing during winding, possible when changing bobbins and threading, without a rotary leadthrough is provided.
- the winding machine according to the invention according to claim 6 offers an advantageous Drive device for the bearing guide device of the winding spindles.
- the turret is offset from one another by 180 ° eccentric turret rotatably mounted.
- a winding spindle is rotatably mounted eccentrically.
- the storage of the winding spindles are each on a circular bearing guideway by means of the spindle turret guided.
- the direction of rotation of the winding spindles is independent from the direction of rotation of the spindle turret.
- the drives of the spindle turret and the drive of the spindle turret are advantageously controlled so that a superposition of the rotary movement is possible. This allows the geometrical relationships during winding between the pressure roller and the winding spindle to different Change wise.
- the operation of the turret and turret in the same or in opposite direction of rotation has the advantage that with the winding machine both the method of tracking and the method of Countercurrent catching is feasible.
- the winding spindle and the thread has the same direction of movement.
- the Counter-rotating catches the winding spindle is driven counter to the thread running direction.
- the Drives of the spindle turret and the drive of the spindle turret with each other coupled could result in a mechanical coupling between the rotary movement of the turret and the rotary movements of the turret by, for example, a gear transmission.
- the winding turret will driven by an electric motor. The rotation of the winding turret is then selectable on the Transfer turret.
- the spindle turret and the Winding turret each driven by converter-controlled individual motors.
- the coupling is done by a programmable controller.
- a programmable controller In order to can use any combination of the rotary movements of the spindle turret and the winding turret of the winding machine.
- In the winding area can thus a predetermined profile of the contact pressure between the pressure roller and the spool are passed through.
- adjust the position of the winding spindle in the changing area in such a way that a height required for a clearing device for receiving the full spools is observed.
- the winding machine according to the invention is particularly for the variants suitable, where the pressure roller are fixed in relation to the spool.
- the control of the drive motors of the turret and Spindle turret using a sensor that measures the pressure force between the Coil surface and the pressure roller detected, take place.
- the control of the turret known from EP 03 74 536 can also be extended to the spindle turret without difficulty. This is the movement of the pressure roller on a swing arm is stored, recorded and used to control the drives.
- the mobility of the pressure roller can also be advantageous Increased parking time can be used. For this, at the beginning of the Winding travel of both the winding turret and the spindle turret in the winding area not powered. Thus, the pressure roller is used to form the coil the growing diameter of the coil from its position crowded. After the stroke limit of the pressure roller is reached, the spindle turret or the spindle turret is activated so that the pressure roller takes its original position.
- Fig. 1 the view of a winding machine is shown schematically.
- the Winding machine has a winding turret 11, which by means of the bearing 20th is rotatably mounted in a machine frame 9.
- the winding turret 11 will driven by an electric drive motor 40.
- the turret 12 and 13 are eccentric with the bearings 21 and 22 rotatably mounted.
- the spindle turrets 12 and 13 are around 180 ° offset in the turret 11.
- the two spindle turrets 12 and 13 are each provided with an electric drive motor 41 and 42 driven.
- the spindle 14 is cantilevered on the spindle turret 12 stored off-center.
- the spindle 15 is also on the spindle turret 13 Eccentrically cantilevered, rotatably mounted.
- Fig. 1 it is shown that the winding spindle 14 in the winding area and the winding spindle 15 in the changing area the winding machine.
- the Traversing device consists of a traversing drive 6 and the Wings 3.
- the wings 3 alternately guide the thread 1 along one Guideline 4 back and forth within the limits of a traverse stroke.
- the string runs on the pressure roller 5.
- the pressure roller 5 is from Thread 1 partially wrapped and placed directly on the spool 17.
- the Coil 17 is formed on the winding tube 16 and rotates with the winding spindle 14 in the direction of rotation 23.
- the pressure roller 5 is on a rocker 8 stored.
- the rocker 8 is in the swivel 25 with the machine frame 9 connected.
- a sensor 19 is arranged below the rocker 8, which is connected to a control device 10.
- the control device 10 is the spindle turret and the drive motor with the drive motors of the turret connected.
- the control device 10 is programmed in such a way that it first drives the Spindle turret 12 activated.
- the spindle turret 12 turns 24 move the winding spindle 14 so that the center distance between the Pressure roller 5 and the winding spindle 14 enlarged.
- the winding spindle 15 is located in an external area in the changing area Position on the winding turret.
- the bobbin change was already here carried out and the winding spindle 15 is provided with the empty winding tube 18.
- the control device is freely programmable, so that the Spool travel by rotating the turret 11 with the turret stationary 12 can be started. It is particularly advantageous here if a combination of both rotary movements during the winding cycle takes place so that the winding spindle runs through a resulting guideway, which, for example, a fluctuation in the contact pressure between the pressure roller and prevents the coil.
- the winding turret remains during the entire winding cycle, i.e. until the full spool is formed on the sleeve 16, stand in its position.
- the winding spindle 14 is then only on a circular bearing track guided, whereby they increasingly differ from an ideal spindle guideway away. This gives a maximum time for changing the in the change area located winding spindle 15 reached.
- the winding spindle 15 can a position on the turret 11 predetermined by the controller 10 assume that is set by the turret 13 and itself directed exclusively to the requirements of a clearing device.
- Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of a section of the winding machine Fig. 1 shown.
- the winding spindle 14 is located in the winding area and the winding spindle 15 in the changing area.
- the winding spindle 14 stored in the turret 12 by means of the bearing 30.
- the winding spindle 14 is driven by the spindle drive 27. So the peripheral speed kept constant on the coil surface during the coil travel can be, the speed of the pressure roller 5 by means of the sensor 35 detected and fed to a control device 34.
- the control device 34 converts the signals into control pulses that are fed to the spindle drive 27 and thus controls the drive of the winding spindle 14.
- the Spool spindle 15 is mounted with the bearing 29 in the spindle turret 13 and is driven by the spindle drive 28.
- the drive motors of the Spindle turrets 12 and 13 are preferably arranged in the spindle turret (here Not shown).
- the spindle turret is preferably by means of a Chain drive driven.
- the drive of the turret 11 is on the machine frame 9 arranged (not shown).
- the winding spindles can be moved using various methods.
- the first already known possibility is that the spindle turret is stationary and the spindle turret is driven. In this case, the winding spindle moves on an ideal circular spindle guide path.
- the second possibility is that the spindle turret is driven and the turret is stationary. Here, the winding spindles are moved on a circular bearing guideway.
- this movement of the winding spindles only enables a local change of position on the winding turret.
- the drive of the winding turret In order to be able to make the transition of the winding spindle from the winding area to the changing area, the drive of the winding turret must also be activated. As a result, the winding spindle is alternately guided on the bearing guideway and the spindle guideway. Another sequence of movements of the winding spindles is given by the combination of the rotation of the spindle turret and the rotation of the winding turret. Here, the winding spindle is moved on a resulting guideway between the bearing guideway and the spindle guideway.
- the combination of the drives produces elliptical guideways in particular.
- the shape of the resulting guideway is variable. Since it arises due to the combination of rotary movements, it can only be influenced by changing the rotational speeds.
- a winding machine is shown schematically, the fixed Pressure roller 5 winds a thread 1 on spool 17.
- the winding spindle 14 in the winding area and is in the direction of rotation 23 driven.
- the evasive movement to wind the thread is here again via the rotary movement of the spindle turret 12 in the direction of rotation 24 completed.
- the winding spindle 14 on the circular Bearing guide track 32 moves.
- the second spindle turret has it on it mounted winding spindle 15 in the outer position on the edge of the winding turret 11 proceed.
- the winding spindle 15 has one wound on the winding tube 18 Full spool 31.
- the full spool 31 is ready for replacement.
- the Drive of the turret 11 and the turret 13 are not activated. Control of the drive motor from the turret 12 could here via a contact pressure control or a coil diameter-controlled Regulation.
- the winding machine in Fig. 4 shows the transition of the winding spindle 14 from Winding area in the changing area.
- the winding turret 11 in Direction of rotation 33 driven.
- the spindle turret 12 In a horizontal position of the winding spindle 14 and 15 to each other, the spindle turret 12 has the spindle 14 in move an inner position on the winding turret.
- the spindle turret 13 has however, the winding spindle 15 with the empty tube 18 is brought into the outer position. This ensures that the full coil 17 with its diameter not over the machine frame or over the diameter of the winding turret 11 protrudes.
- a narrow machine division can also be used for large-volume ones Full coils can be achieved.
- Fig. 5 an exemplary embodiment is shown, in which first the full coil 17 is formed on the winding tube 16, which by means of the winding spindle 14 is driven.
- the full spool 17 was both Spindle turret 12 and the spindle turret 11 are rotated simultaneously.
- the direction of rotation 38 of the turret 12 directed in the opposite direction Direction of rotation 33 of the winding turret.
- the Spool spindle 14 pass through an elliptical guideway 37, which overlap the rotary movement of the spindle turret 12 and the rotary movement of the turret 11 has arisen.
- FIG. 6 shows the start of winding up analogously to FIG. 5. in this connection However, the direction of rotation 39 of the turret is opposite. So that will the thread 1 on the empty bobbin tube 18, which from the winding spindle 15 in Direction of rotation 23 is driven, caught in the opposite direction. The process is there analogous to the transition already described in FIG. 5.
- the thread can be used in co-rotation and counter-rotation be placed on the empty tube without turning the turret.
- the winding turret is pivoted into a position so that the between the solid bobbin and the pressure roller the thread guiding the bearing guideway of the spindle turret is tangent to the empty winding spindle or passes.
- the winding spindle with the empty tube by means of the spindle turret is pivoted into the thread course, and the thread is separated from the trapped empty sleeve.
- the spindle turret can be turned clockwise or be moved counterclockwise.
- Fig. 7 an embodiment of a winding machine is shown, which a mechanical coupling between the drive of the turret 11 and the drives of the spindle turret 12 and 13.
- the winding turret 11 is by means of the electrical controlled via the control device 10 Drive 40 driven to rotate.
- the one on the winding turret 11 rotatably mounted spindle turret 12 with the spindle 14 is with a Sprocket 44 firmly connected.
- a pinion 45 engages in the ring gear 44, that is rotatably mounted on the turret 11.
- the spindle turret 13 is also firmly connected to a ring gear 46. In the ring gear 46 engages the pinion 47, which is rotatably mounted on the turret 11.
- a tooth segment 43 is stationary in a plane parallel to the winding turret 11 arranged.
- the tooth segment 43 extends almost half the circumference of the turret 11.
- the sprockets 44 and 46 and the pinion 45 and 47 lie in one plane to the tooth segment 43. This causes rotation of the turret 11, the pinion 45 - as shown in Fig. 7 - in the tooth segment 43 engage so that the pinion 45 as the rotary motion progresses of the turret 11 rolls in the tooth segment 43.
- the rotary motion of the pinion 45 is now transferred to the spindle turret 12, which means of the ring gear 44 is driven.
- FIG. 8 is a further embodiment of an inventive Winding machine shown.
